Steven helped me to easily pick out my perfect bed after describing my likes and dislikes. He was very knowledgeable and told me how the mattress could be modified to my needs, no problem. I also got an electric base and move my bed daily. The massage is great and I haven’t slept this well in years!!

Our experience here was nothing less than fantastic. My girlfriend and I had looked at a couple bigger places in town but as a young couple we felt like they just wanted to rake up the biggest bill for us. Today we returned two pillows because we did not find them comfortable, as the website advertised. We had purchased a mattress earlier and we were happy with our mattress purchase until pickup. We were met by Ben Enney who made it seem like we were a burden to get our mattress that we had paid for. I asked if I could make two trips and he said he wouldnt be there after we left because it was his Friday night. He was the same person who today nearly refused to honor their return policy on their website. He didnt want to take them back because he couldnt sell them and they were now garbage. I am very pleased with Comfort King of Fargo. My initial shopping experience was a positive one. After sleeping on my new mattress set for a few months, I decided that I picked too firm a mattress. When I returned to the store, the sales person was helpful and congenial. Once I figured out which bed fit my needs better, he described what extra padding would be added to my current mattress. But the best part was how hard he worked to keep the cost down for these changes. I basically got a more expensive bed at a much reduced price.They picked up my mattress and returned it on the same day, and I love the way it feels! Excellent Service and Quality!We purchased our bed from Comfort King 11 years ago. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned!

I bought the softest mattress I could from Comfort King and I loved it. Then my body changed and I needed a firm bed. This was four years after I bought the mattress. The store manager Ben worked with me to adjust my bed twice to get it to affirm this level that relieves a lot of pain in my body. He also charged me literally half of what he could have and transportation fees for the mattress that he waved not to mention other professional courtesy extended. You would be foolish buy a mattress or a pillow any other place. Remember when you call them, be nice to them theyre working for a living trying to help you out.

Wasnt happy about having to wait over 2 months to get any beds cause no products in store

With all of my large furniture still at my old apartment (too big to move by myself), I had been sleeping on a $30 air mattress since moving to West Fargo twenty-five days ago. My back, shoulders and neck were aching unbearably. I could not endure one more night on that air mattress. My son and daughter-in-law had two beds made by Comfort King and they couldnt be happier, so I stopped in. Cody was working on building a mattress, but immediately stopped to help me choose a bed. Once I chose the size and comfort level, I asked about the lead time and told Cody about having to sleep on an air mattress and that I could not take one more night of it. He said that if I had to have it that day, that he could make it happen. Our experience at this store was awful. Ben Enney helped us but when I say help he more like criticized us for buying a bed-in-a-box brand prior to our visit. Ben primarily spent his time ridiculing other mattress brands instead of focusing on helping us find something that we liked. Most of our questions were met with condescending and unhelpful responses. We bought a mattress at Beds By Design instead who offer basically the same warranty policies but without the pompous and arrogant staff.

We had a great experience at Comfort King!The customer service was above and beyond expectations.We arrived just after 6 p.m. on a Saturday, and they had just closed. We said we would be back tomorrow, but Tobi insisted we come in and take a look. So we did, and we found the bed we needed for one of our kids and decided to get our bed there as well.We were dreading the process to replace our bed but we found one almost immediately.Their warranty allows one to have their mattress adjusted for the lifetime of the bed. Either making it a bit more firm or softer for cost of materials.The factory is right in the store. Theres no middleman markup. Youre saving a lot of money and getting a more quality product for what you spend.

My wife & I initially purchased a pillow top mattress 10 years ago from Comfort King. This thing has survived 4 kids and 4 moves and was still in good shape. So, instead of having to buy a whole new mattress we just brought it back in to get re padded for a much, much lower price. On top of that the customer service was excellent. I honestly have to say my new bed from comfort King in Fargo has improved my back. I had lower back pains so I purchased a new bed July 2014. Since then I have had a great night sleep and my back feels great. The only negative I have to say is when I sleep in another beds in a hotel or at other places I dont sleep as well. I was shown all the bed models within my price range without being up sold. I wanted a zip off top but the model i chose didnt come with one. They were able to add the zipper no problem. In and out in less than 15 minutes, custom bed ready for pickup in 3 days but I could have walked out with the standard model same day. Excellent quality mattress, wont be able to settle for less in the ditties.

He then let me take my time in testing the various mattresses without making me feel rushed or being pushy. When I called to actually order the mattress, the service was prompt and courteous and the delivery people were very polite when delivering the mattress.

He gave me a couple options on fixing it, gave me the supplies and directions on how to make the changes myself free of charge. I got an adjustable queen sized bed. The delivery drivers had a wee bit of a time getting the box/adjustable base upstairs. After many attempts they took it out of the box and finally got it upstairs. Most other furniture stores would have given up, but not these guys. Where there is a will, there is a way! They earned it that day. They even told me a story about how in an old farm house the base would not fit. So they measured the upstairs window and it would fit through there. The farmer put them in the loader on the tractor and hoisted them up and they got it in! Wonderful delivery service!
