The cashier was really nice! She informed me of a birthday reward i didnt even know I had, and I thought that was really nice of her tbh.

The prices suck, but the store is full of awesome stuff, the staff is great, and the store isnt just for angsty teens anymore. Go check it out.

There is always a great selection. I love how knowledgeable the employees are. They always have a great sale going on. My daughter loves this store. It’s easy for me to put a smile on her face without having to spend a ton of money.

My 10 year old daughter was not treated very kindly and unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. The attendants attitude and mannerisms towards us were rude and unpleasant.

I always love going to Hot Topic. I usually dont buy anything but jewelry as it gets expensive for other items, but you can always find deals!

I may be biased, as Ive been going here since my edgy teenage years, but Hot Topic will always have a place in my heart.The staff is normally friendly and willing to help, be it getting something from a top shelf or answering questions for you.That being said they normally have a limited stock and its difficult finding things in certain sizes at times. But its always worth a look. They have some pretty neat items.

The selection is pretty good, a bit thinner than in previous years. Though the staff was exemplary. No complaints at all!

I was treated very rudely by one of the ladies working that day i went in. She said that i was to old for the store and said that i should shop at a different place for elderly people. Even though i am only 20. she also glared at me like i was destroying the store but all i was doing was quietly shopping. I even bought some shirts. When i went to check out i was told that the clothes would look terrible on me. Im never going back there again.

The stores always great. Only downside to our recent trip was I wish we could have been told prior to signing up for their credit card that that days purchase is automatically put on that billing. That was a major down to that experience!

It is awesome store but when my mom got bunch of hot cash we could only use it one at a time since she got a lot of them from buying a lot of stuff there since my mom is into the emo phase cause of me im sorry l but we couldnt go back there with it since of the covid which is pretty sad but glad there reopened love this place still

Lovely store with helpful staff. They never have shirts in the size we want. Apparently everyone else wants that size too. But we keep hoping that some day the Stars will align and we will get a shirt.

The staff is either amazing or incompetent. I purchased several items under the buy one get one and it didnt ring in right. The sweetest guy with the pink mohawk type cut knew all his stuff. Merch is hit or miss. Sizing is small in womens, per norm of corporate companies. Mens sizes are true though. Also there are always good sales. Bogo, 30% off, etc.

Always love the selection of fandom clothes & collectibles here. This store even had an item I tried to order online, but had sold out. They saved Christmas!
