Amazing overall experience. Great service from helpful workers who really seemed to care about getting me just the right pair of glasses for me. Really felt like the red carpet was rolled out just to make sure the fit and style were what I wanted. They also had plenty of styles to choose from. I needed my glasses ASAP and they had my 2 pairs ready the next day. Obviously costlier than getting online but Id say worth the price. Would recommend.

Brianna provided such amazing costumer service today when I stopped in today. I went in needing a pair of prescription sunglasses in a day and they were done in about an hour! She was super helpful and they had a great deal. 10/10 recommend going there.

Hands down the most knowledgeable optical in the FM area! I brought my Dad in to have his glasses fixed and they were able to take care of us, while there I started trying on frames and fell in love with 2 pairs, the optician ran through the prices and sales with me and I got both! Their second pair offer was impossible to refuse! I remember every employee in the store commented on the frames I picked out including the store manager. This type of caring and service is unfortunately so rare in today’s world that I felt like these guys aren’t just doing a job, they are living the golden rule. Thanks to the LensCrafters in Fargo you guys have earned my business and praises, see you soon for those computer glasses!

Got an eye exam same day, all of the staff have always been very nice to me, and didnt get glasses this time but always find something that works perfect for me when I do! Highly recommend to those who wish to get stylish frames! Ive had the Light Responsive XTRActive lenses for over a year now and they work amazingly, no longer need sunglasses. They change almost immediately and get darker as the sunlight gets brighter, even when Im driving.Will always recommend LensCrafters, and will continue to go back every year!

In the past I had some horrible experiences with eye exams and eyewear shops. I went to Lens Crafters and found an amazing pair of prescription glasses at an amazing price. The best part was the service from the sales staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Hashim was top notch. I went back later to get my annual eye exam and got the pleasure to work with Dr. Aaron. Talk about a true professional who knows his stuff. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Than Amber was amazing at fitting my glasses, explaining the frames, and helping me get the right style and fit for them. The service at place never what had before. After I got my glasses a few days later they did a follow up call. That is real service. I have been glasses for over 20 years never had that experience before. They are the best in town.

I typically shop at LensCrafters but my vision insurance stopped working with them so I was left going elsewhere. The place I went couldn’t get my glasses to fit right after multiple attempts and I was frustrated. I had just spent $200 on glasses that I hated. I went to LensCrafters because of the woman behind the glass who works with the lenses but Hash was the star of the show. He was patient with me, understood why I was frustrated and consulted the woman in the lab when he needed help. I can’t thank them both enough but hopefully this is a start. I’ve been struggling with these glasses for over a MONTH!I manage a team of people in the service industry and I would’ve offered him a job on the spot if he wasn’t clearly very good at what he was doing.Thank you, Hasheem!

Absolutely horrible experience, assistant manager was condescending, they promised to cover cost difference for an exchange cause their system was down, I get a voicemail a couple days later saying that they changed their mind and that they would need me to cover the cost. I was in Bemidji at that time so I asked if I would just be able to return the glasses for a refund a day later than my 30 day limit, they said NO. Wasted my time with rude, money grabbers when we have many honest eye wear business in Fargo. $350 down the drain.

I will never go back to LensCrafters ever since what happened to me. They put the company interests way above their customers and they lack the basic human integrity and decency. I had my glasses made there in April 2017. When I picked them up, I noticed right away they were not working well, but I was told to try them on any way and that I needed time to get used to the new glasses. So I decided to give them a chance. A few months later I realized that they were still not working well, but would work much better if I pressed the glasses much closer to my eyes. One day at the end of last year I was at home and somehow decided to try on my old glasses from Costco, I was surprised to find that they worked much better. I did some google search and realized that the problem lies in the frame for LensCrafter classes. All websites I viewed recommended me to pick a small (ideally mental) frame with my strong prescription, but at LensCrafters no one mentioned anything wrong with the frame I picked there, which was a big plastic frame. I can understand maybe the woman helped me to place the order that day was inexperienced, but the technicians worked on my glasses should have discovered the problem. Thinking back, I still remembered the expression on the mans face who told me to try their glasses when I picked them up. Im certain he knew exactly what went wrong with my glasses when I told him they didnt work well, however he chose to do nothing but lie. There were 3 steps from the point I ordered the classes to I got them so there should have been at least 3 different persons worked on the order. It is unbelievable none of them noticed the problem. They were either all incompetent to see the problem, or at least one of them knew too well what went wrong but decided not to do anything to save his or her own skin. Once I found out the problem and informed them about the situation, the manger denied any wrong doing at their part and blamed the problem to my changing vision. The only offer they could give me was 30% off, which was the discount they were running for everyone at the time. With my insurance, I have to pay for a frame myself this year and my lenses cost a lot even with insurance so there will be no glasses for me this year until I save up enough to get a new pair next year, definitely not from LensCrafters. So LensCrafters, shame to you and all those involved in this fraudulent dealing, and goodbye forever!!!

All alone in the store with 2 employees & it took them 1&1/2Hr just to tint my glasses. In this time there was just 1 other customer in store asking Qs. Talk about quick service!!!!!

I was visiting from out of town and my RayBan sunglasses were causing me problems. I stopped in to see if they could help adjust them. The staff at Lens Crafters was so helpful in getting my problem fixed! Thank you so much for your help and service !!

This place should be avoided at all costs. They rushed me through the entire exam process. Then when I voiced my displeasure, the doctor called me at home to tell me why I was wrong! After repeated efforts to get the proper correction for me failed, I requested that they simply give me my previous prescription. They agreed. Then they gave the wrong one! This bunch should open a Jamba Juice in that space. That is the level of competence and caring I experienced. Actually, the juice bar is more concerned with customer satisfaction. What a bummer!

Our insurance no longer covers where we used to go so decided to give it a try-very little wait for an appointment and we were treated respectfully and professionally.

Broke my frames the other night and went to jc Penney optical today to get them fixed. I was told that my prescription was expired and that I would have to get an eye exam but but they had no doctors or appointments available. They wouldnt just let me buy new frames and keep my lenses even though they work perfectly fine for me. I went next door to lens crafters and the woman was extremely nice. She looked around for the frames that would best fit my lenses for the best price and about half an hour later I was walking out of there with brand new glasses! And it didnt break my bank. It was great, I suffer severe pain in my eyes and headaches without my glasses. I really needed a new pair and she came through for me in a big way

I will never return again!!! This was going to be my primary eye doctor but not after I have been treated. I ripped my contact getting ready for work this morning and ran out of new ones, I also dont get paid for 3 more days and asked if I paid whatever amount they liked if I could get a trial one until Monday when I would order some more, keep in mind I am legally blind without them!! I was told there is nothing hey can do to help me. All is fair I suppose eyecare associates agreed to help me no questions asked!!! They have lost me as a client indefinitely.

I saw Dr Guler at Focus Family Eyecare inside Lens Crafters at West Acres. Shes great, the new contacts she recommended are so much better then my previous brand. She took the time to listen to my needs and did a complete exam.

I had my glasses made in less than an hour!
