I used to like Pearl Vision, however I was seen by another doctor. It was the quickest exam Ive ever had. I didnt feel like the doctor took the time to really ensure my prescription was correct. A few days later I asked about my glasses prescription because my trial contacts were not clear and the people at Pearl Vision were very defensive and not kind. So I ordered glasses from another location and sure enough the prescription was off. My older glasses see better than the new ones. I wouldnt recommend Pearl Vision in Fargo.

Lauren was just awesome. I felt nervous trying on glasses and figuring out which to buy. She was just there for me the whole way through, her honesty and warm smile really helped me with this process! I have been a Pearle Vision shopper since I can remember but she really stood out to me. So very kind and helpful. Thank you Lauren!

I have been a customer of Pearle Visions for years, and they never fail to give me the best experience possible. Dr. Williamson has a kind heart and hes professional, but he also does his best to create quality relationships with his patients. The rest of the staff is the same way. Everyone is helpful, attentive, and determined to get you the best care possible.

My appointment for an eye infection was handled very well at Pearle Vision. Dr. Schuchard is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and so kind. She took great care of me, and was conscientious about the cost of the medication she was perscribing. I have been a patient of Pearle Vision for over 30 years.

I’ve been going to this location for about 7 years now. I have seen a few different doctors and have loved them all. The front desk staff has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. The opticians have always been personable, made me feel comfortable, and never rushed. They always explain my benefits to me. They’re always willing to order in other frames for me to try. Amazing service, specially from Connie! I was looking for Half Rim Glasses and there appeared to be only a small handful of the type I was looking for. She knew exactly where to find a few more options for me while also showcasing different colors available online incase I didnt like what I saw in store. She was never pushy or trying to force a sale, just a helpful guide while I was shopping. I had some issues with my insurance but she did everything she could to resolve the issue for me. Unfortunately I had to come back, but she gave me a card with all the info I needed to get the pair we picked out along with my prescription. - When I did come back, she was gone for the day but apparently she was determined to look for other pairs that I was desiring since she could only offer me a few options and wanted to beore prepared the next time someone asked for that style or if I came back in time to see her again. 10/10 Service and Connie really went the extra mile. They really care about thier customers! Highly recommend!!!

They were quick, kind, and courteous. Had my eye exam, selected new frames, and had the new glasses the next week. Staff were professional and friendly.

Dr. Williamsons eye examination was very careful and reassuring.Selecting the right frame was delightful due to the help given by Patrick of the Sales Staff.

Wasn’t a good experience. My wife and I had a scheduled apt. at noon. My wife and I brought our two little girls, thinking it would be maybe an hour apt. We show up and the eye doctor just left for lunch. We didn’t know this until sitting and going up to ask what the wait was for. Mind you we showed up early and we still had to wait one hour just to start the process. Safe to say won’t be going back. It shouldn’t take 3 hours to check eyes and get new lenses. Thankfully our kids didn’t cry the entire time. They handled it better than my wife and I.

Doctors are very personable and great at helping with issues I was having with my eyes. The staff that helped me pick out my glasses at my most recent visit was phenomenal. They took the time to explain to me what they were looking for as we were choosing frames and we found the perfect pair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are very busy. The tech and the eye doctor did not introduce themselves to me. It made me feel like a number. My glasses were done quickly which was nice.

The machine that puffs in the eye is actually quite gentle, here.

I love Dr. Koeppe and definitely recommend him, but not the practice. Weve been coming here for many years and have continued to have experiences that demonstrate their lack of organization in the office. Its always been little things that havent had a huge impact, but it all adds up and makes a difference to the overall experience. Id rather go somewhere with a more professional front office flow.

Eye exam by provider was great. They charge twice the amount for contacts compared to several online companies. They were unwilling to match or even consider a reduction. Wont buy contacts from pearle in the future

An unexpected and pleasant experience. My son realized he forgot his contacts and glasses 3 hours into a 5 hour trip. Because his last eye exam was at Pearl, we called the nearest Pearl Vision, in Fargo. By the time we got there, they not only had called our home Pearl Vision for his prescription, but they had some contacts ready for him. They totally saved us on this trip. Thank you Pearl Vision!

I stopped in earlier for an adjustment during a blizzard. They were severely short staffed due to the weather. I was help by a young gentleman with dark hair. The five that were working were really busy, had great attitudes, and were not slowed down. The young gentleman that helped me was very upbeat and apologized for my wait time. I told him that I understood. He was great at adjusting my glasses and seemed to know what was wrong and how to correct it. He made the adjustments and then explained to me what he did and why. Very kind, positive, and knowledgeable staff. If it were up to me, I would give these five a bonus for showing up in terrible weather and having great attitudes!

Put the wrong lens in frame, taking long time to get both pairs of glasses

I liked the doctor very much. The glasses are still not right after being sent back three times and paying more than $840.00 for them. It has been nearly 4 months since my original appointment and I have made approximately 8 sixty mile trips for these glasses. I really dont know what to do at this point other than just suffer. I can only see with one eye closed! I can no longer drive at night it is just too dangerous! I could only see if I could see cross eyed because it is the only place i can see through these glasses. Do yourself a favor and find another eye clinic.

The staff was thorough and friendly. All of my pre-appointment screenings went smoothly with modern equipment. My visit with Dr. Gunhus was pleasant and he issued the most fitting, comfortable and appropriately prescribed set of contacts Ive had in years. I cannot speak for the whole chain, but this Pearle Vision has earned my business and I would be happy to return.

I’ve been going to Pearle Vision for about 18 years. They used to be such a wonderful place to get glasses. In the last 3 years, they have ordered me the wrong contacts, messed up glasses and keep on causing issues. I would not recommend going here.

I have been going here for 3 -4 years never again. The doctor is great but the staff is the worst more worried about getting there payment then taking care of the customer. Tried telling me my insurance didnt cover something when it did had to get my insurance company on the phone to tell them whats up. Went in the first time on 05/09/17 didnt get my contacts till 09/18/17. then had a lady that works in the contacts department tell me i was a liar and didnt return something when i did. Dr Amy is great about explaining what she is doing and why. Yes the service is some times slow, but I have caused that when I have had an eye emergency. Turns out waiting could have cost me my vision permanently.
