I had my annual appointment this past month. I used the new machine that checks the retina. The doctor thought he saw a hole in my retina. I was was referred to Dr. Bagan who confirmed it, and he was able to close it off to help prevent a retinal detachment. I am very thankful 20 20 Vision has this technology!!!! Highly recommended!!

First they worked me in at the last minute. We live 2 1/2 hours away and come back to Fargo for my eye appointments. They are the friendliest and most accommodating place I have ever worked with.

Ive been going to 20/20 Vision for like 15yrs now so that alone should say something! The staff are always super friendly, From Lexie(sp?) helping me with my my actual insurance through my employer, to the MSUM alumi receptionist that when she found out I was a student (I was wearing my MSUM hoodie) engage in awesome conversation about the school! I find myself being able to engae in easy conversations with the entire staff everytime I visit and to my its very much needed and appreciated😁💯Anyway, I saw Dr. Jordan Mari yesterday, can I just say I loved her!!! She was awesome, she really took my concerns about my vision seriously and came up with a recommendation on how to effectively correct the problem! I didnt feel rushed during my exam and and she was just so easy to talk to! Thank you 20/20 Vision for all that you do & taking care of my eyes for these past 15 yrs, heres to 15 more!!!!😁👍🏾

Everyone is so friendly! My mom is 96 and I met her there from the nursing home. I am on a crutch due to an injury and one gal even brought me something to put my leg up on while we waited for the van to pick up my mom. Dr Jordan Mari is so patient with my mom and very helpful.

Seriously, this place is a well oiled machine! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and experienced. Customer service is unbeatable. The doctors are kind, patient, and spend time getting to know you. Highly, highly recommend. We appreciate the Saturday mornings availability!

Shopped for glasses, a few months back, and they required that we allow them to take our temperature and wear masks before we could even look around. Now they are asking for Proof of Vaccination. This is a ridiculous overreach and an infringement on privacy.

My daughter and I visited 20/20 vision express for the first time today. Service was excellent and Dr. Jordan was very personable. We picked out some glasses afterword with some very helpful staff.

Wow! Just came in to get my wife’s frames fixed and the nice gentleman fixed them at no cost! Two pieces required to fix properly and they sent me out the door with no charge at all! We are from out of town but I’m going to do everything I can to give these guys our continued business!

Love the staff, service, and selection at 20/20. My child breaks EVERY pair of glasses he owns and I can take them into 20/20 and have them fixed in minutes. Their selection of glasses is extensive and the staff and doctors are caring and attentive. Highly recommend!

Ordered prescription sun glasses and was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. When that 2 weeks was up they called and asked for my prescription which they took a photo copy of when I ordered the sun glasses. 3 weeks after that they sent a text saying my sun glasses are ready. When I picked them up the sun glasses had a silver mirror reflection on the lenses, I specifically told them I don’t want a reflective lens and also the ones I tried on did not fit the same as the ones I received. I don’t think they could screw up any worse. I will never go back.

Dr Mari was excellent!! Glasses are taking forever to come in! Ordered on the 9th and still nothing on the 23rd. Not happy or impressed. Son started school without new glasses.

The male receptionist is incredibly overwhelming and would not back down when I told him I had to go due to something coming up at work. He could see I was stressed out but kept persisting that I try on glasses as I told him I needed to leave.Everyone else was just fine, but due to his near constant badgering I will never return.

20/20 Vision staff are nothing but warm and welcoming! I’ve only recently started with this location and I’m nothing but satisfied each time I’ve had a visit!

The front desk person gave instructions nice but please, i am not 8. The appt took forever due to overlapping appts. My appt was 082218 and was told 7-10 days. It is now 091018. The lab said its in finishing stage and will be shipped out tomorrow.Great people however they need to find a better lab. I do expect quality especially if I am paying half a paycheck for glasses and I would like them in a timely manner. I will not go back to this business due to the wait time.

Horrible!They tried three times, over a period of two months to make a pair of RX safety glasses work, with no success. Then they were reluctant to return them. I then made the mistake of ordering contacts from them. Over three weeks later, still nothing.I called Walmart, contacts were in stock. DoneGo elsewhere
