I have been to several Merle Normans in my many travels. This one was excellent. They had just what I needed in stock and shipped it to me. There was a small mix up with one of the items in the order. I called them to see what we could do, and they quickly sent me the correct item with a paid return label. They went above and beyond to get it straightened out. I will continue to purchase from this Merle Norman from now on. Thanks so much!

I went to Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio today looking for a hair piece. Google said this place had hair pieces, and boy did they! The store had a huge selection to choose from, different styles, different lengths, and so many color combinations too. The lady working there, Kelsie, helped me select the right one for me and my needs. She took me to the back to try the piece on and then showed me how it looked. Then she let me “play” with it and style it how I would my regular hair. When I decided to purchase this piece, she styled it and trimmed it how I needed it to be too. She gave me her number and told me to call if I ever had any questions or needed anything. I will definitely be going back to do more shopping.

This place is awesome! The girls that work here are amazing and super super helpful! Its expensive but way way Worth it. So if you dont have a lot of money, save up a little before coming to buy but they know their stuff!

I was diagnosed with cancer two months ago and was having anxiety attack due to my Loss of hair... I had heard of Merle Norman from a cosmetic assistant at Sallys Beauty in moorhead so I went in to their shop yesterday and was talking to one of the ladies, I believe her name was Julie (sorry bad memory) and she was fantastic! She was able to help me with any first time questions and concerns. Today I returned and talked to Kelsie about helping with cuts or styles to fit better on my head, was the greatest experience!! All workers were incredibly kind and patient with me and were able to help pick out a perfect fit/style for me. Thank you All so so so much through these hard times!! I would recommend this cosmetics store for any new time wearers like myself, or any one looking for great products!!

Recently new to the wig wearing experience and brought a wig in for them to fix. They cut it and thinned it and even made it fit my head better! Took me awhile to finally find someone who was able to help me out! Very nice ladies to ask anything about with lots of knowledge about wigs and makeup. Much appreciated for all the help! Thank you!

We (my mom, grandma and I) all had a great experience. My grandmother needed new makeup, and the sales associate was very knowledgeable on the products, very helpful applying the makeup and she also pierced my grandmas ears. We had a minor mixup with the earrings and were able to come back and get it sorted out. This was an excellent experience. I was very impressed with the customer service and expertise! Thank you!!!

I have to be completely candid. I am astonished the continuous quality of product this company puts out!! They back their product with a quality of customer service care that is hard to come by in the market place in this day and age!! I am always made to feel like Im their only customer when in the store. I just recently tried their new 24k Primer...why its called just primer is beyond my understanding because after one use Im short of feeling like Ive had a hydra facial and a face lift!! No Joke this product blew my mind . Do yourself a favor ladies ...if you want to add one product to your arsenal this is IT!!

I came in the other day and was able to purchase 2 wig stand s for 15 dollars not counting tax. They are really good stands. 10/ 10 would recommend
