Only store closed in the mall again. Website says Fargo location open so drive all the way there and not open. Cant get ahold of anyone by phone, chat, or email even on Kays corporate site. When they were finally open they had sent my husbands ring and my ring off for service. When it was time to pick them up only one of them was back. I tried going back a week later to pick the other one up and they are closed again only place in the mall closed. They never called and asked us to come pick up the rain cuz they were going to be closing their store.

I have bought a ring from Kays before and I had no issues because we went into the store and they were very helpful when we went in and we ended up leaving with the ring that we had wanted. However, just recently I ordered a mothers day ring for my mom from their website and I have had nothing but problems. First they double charged me for my order, which they did return one of the payments, then they havent updated any of the shipping information since the date that I had ordered it which was on the 12th! Customer service has given me no answers and I have emailed the email address and still have yet to receive an answer on this issue. I have never had so many issues with ordering things online than I have had with this order and its driving me nuts.

Came in on Sunday looking for a new fun ring to replace my current one that’s a few years old. Staff completely ignored my existence. No greetings. No “I’ll be right with you”. Wouldn’t look me in the eyes. Even when talking amongst themselves behind the counter after helping other customers, nothing. I might be younger than most of your usual clients but I’m still worth your time.

My fiance and I had a great experience looking for a wedding band at Kay Jewelers. We worked primarily with Heather, but also with Randa, and they did their best to make our experience less stressful and fun. I described what I wanted but I hadnt been able to find the band that matched my engagement ring. Heather listened and helped me find one that worked perfectly. It was on the very end of our price range but I told her we would get it because I had been looking for so long and it was exactly what I had been looking for. She went out of her way to call her manager, even though we were already sold on the ring, and saved us quite a bit of money. This made us feel more comfortable about the purchase. My fiance already found the wedding band he wants online but if for some reason that doesnt work out we will definitely be going back to Kay Jewelers!

Me and my hubby to be has been to this Kay Jewelers 3 times already and each time a girl named heather has helped us out 10 times more than what he or I had expected! she so nice and down to earth and when you think sales women let me tell you she can sell a ring that you always dreamed of! I purchased my fiances ring here and the customer service was impeccable. I sat down with Tabitha and chris and they listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect ring. They called me as soon as my ring was in the store for me to pickup. I would highly recommend Tabitha and her team to help find what you are looking for.

Had an amazing experience was looking at opals and was going to settle with one but she redirected me to the levian opals that I didnt know about and fell in love. Great customer service!!! They help get my ring in to my price range and make the payments comfortable for us.

Every time I go in Kays Heather, Tabitha, randa and Chris are always so friendly and helpful!! They helped me find a beautiful bridal set and were extraordinarily nice and do an amazing job when I come in for cleanings. highly recommend!!!

I took my Mivado Museum piece watch to Kays at the West Acres Mall to have my watch cleaned and replace the battery. I asked if they could take care of Movado watches and was assured they could do the work.When I picked up my watch, I saw there was a piece from my watch left in the repair bag. My watch was supposed to have been sent directly to Movado.I asked to see the repair slip to see where it was actually sent. She refused by saying it was against company policy. She said the repair company couldnt do anything more for my watch and if I wanted my Movado watch back, I had to pay $400.To date I still have my Movado Museum piece watch, and its still in the bag with a piece from my watch.Ive never gone back to Kays and never will. I dont know but have wondered if my special watch was sent to the jewelry repair shop downstairs at the mall. Ill never know what really happened, but I do know I wont return to Kays.

Highly disappointed in the service we received from Kay. The sales person we worked with simply DID NOT listen to anything we were saying. We were working with a vintage heirloom that needed to be resized, re-plated, etc. Getting our ring back was a fiasco. They had given us a date, and then the ring was late because they had to order material into their design center but failed to notify us that it was going to take an additional week to complete. They werent able to even locate our customer information on more than one occasion. Furthermore, the sales person didnt help us to properly determine sizing and now my ring is too small and uncomfortable to wear. It was a very unpleasant experience and we will not be going back, and we will not be giving positive recommendations.

Terrible custom service and super unprofessional. It started off with me bringing my ring in the day after my proposal (december 21st) and the lady took down my info to get it sized. Literally a minute before leaving the store some other employee came over to tell her they cannot size Neil Lane rings and it needed to be built to my finger size. Okay, thats fine but maybe you should tell all your employees that. So he told me it would take 40-70 days and continued to tell me they custom make the ring to your finger, alright. Well then he comes back and tells me March 20th. Thats 90 days. Fine, whatever I had no choice. So about a month ago I go in to ask the status on the ring and after being looked at like a complete moron they looked it up and told me March 8th and reminded me it is a custom built ring to my finger. Okay its not a custom ring! I am not the only person with this ring! I called today to verify it would be here next Wednesday and after being put on hold 3 times I got told March 20th and the girl messed up telling me March 8th. It has literally been a headache and a half trying to get my ring. My dress came in before my ring! Needless to say I will not be buying my band or my fiances band there. Not impressed.

My fiance ordered a black ring, they have sent us 4 incorrect rings, either the wrong size or the wrong color. Still do not have the ring, and our wedding date is near. The sales people are incompetent, obviously this big purchase is not important to their sales people. Go somewhere else for your jewelry.
