Add to my list of place new to me that I like. My wife had the panda panda rolled Thai ice cream. And I had the strawberry blond rolled Thai ice cream. They take the chosen ice cream smoothie out thinly on a chilled surface, then using a scraper they push under the ice cream rolling it onto itself. They then put 4 of those rolls into a cup and offer you or choice of 3 toppings. They were both very tasty, the ice cream was very high quality. They also had their ice cream available in hose cooked crepes, that were formed like waffle cones. Might have to try those next time. And there will be a next time. Besides the desserts they serve, there was wide selection of tea drink on the menu. Im not a tea fan, but my wife was intrigued. Also judging by the number of people we saw getting tea drinks, they are very popular. A definite must try.

Tea & Crepe is one of the more original new and different downtown spots, and it is still busy as ever. I think they have the best boba in town, even though there’s few options and it may not mean a whole lot, it does at least mean something.Despite their name, Tea & Crepe does not only sell bubble teas and crepes- in fact, one of their most popular offerings by far is the rolled ice cream. Though it looks much fancier than it is tasty, it’s still pretty good. I mean, they mash the ingredients right into the ice cream as they’re rolling it so you know it’s real. And it’s quite mesmerizing to watch the whole process.They do actually have real food as well- rice balls and a few other things. I’ve never tried any and they’re certainly not the main attractions here. I would also highly recommend the cappuccino smoothie, boy is that one good. Their milk teas are good and a lot less sweet than the average place, a much more herbal taste. The boba is always a tiny bit too hard, but like I said, in my experience it’s the best Fargo has to offer!

This little shop is one of my favorite lunch spots in town! While they are well know for their delicious Thai ice cream, they also have fantastic hot food, as well!The onigiri rice balls are my favorite. Choose from pork floss, beef, or their signature (my recommendation) which has sea food inside 🤤Prices are on the cheap $ only $4.25-5/rice ball.The staff is really welcoming and I usually only have to wait 3-5min before my food is ready.

Amazing food! The red bean crepe is my favorite. Beef and chicken rice balls were excellent. The server was very nice and friendly. Very good experience. We will definitely come back to this place.

First time customer walking in 25 min prior to closing. Was going to order 6 crepes and was told that they are no longer serving ice cream and crepe for the night. Great customer service I guess so, if you would like to try a crepe at the Tea and Crepe buy it before dinner or you will never get it. Well done. I left a one star on poor management because I never tried any of their product.

I wanted to try somewhere new and love Crepes of all kinds! I have to say, these were absolutely the most delicious Crepes I have ever had in ALL the traveling Ive ever done! I was confused with which 1 to order and ended up ordering 3!! I had leftovers that were gladly eaten!! This is definitely a must try eats! And for the 1st time ever, picture of food matched exactly what it was advertised to be!!

I find myself ordering from Tea & Crepe more than I should. I absolutely love their milk teas. I have had all of them except for the strawberry (allergic). I have had the Mango Tango Crepe (w/o the chocolate) and the Cheesecake Delight Crepe (w/o the ice cream on top). I absolutely love the Takoyaki because I love octopus. The Kani Rice Ball is quite good too. It has spicy crab meat inside the rice ball (its actually a triangle lol). I sometimes order 3 different milk teas to be delivered with different jellies or popping bubbles. ☺️ And the Tiger Milk Tea is amazing. You just have to shake it up for about a minute or two, because the brown sugar settles on the bottom. I definitely recommend giving Tea & Crepe a try, whether its in Fargo or Grand Forks.

Great variety of teas and snacks! Delicious ice cream rolls. Sometimes a bit of a wait but everyone is polite and helpful! It takes time to craft such tasty treats! Haha

My first time having Boba and crepes, with my niece, and sister. Very delicious, it could be a new favorite place for me.

Stopped in for a refreshing drink and a cool treat. The service was great. Polite and professional staff. We had ice cold, flavor-packed boba teas. I had a delicious cookies and creme ice cream rolls. They prepare the ice cream right in front of you. A real delight for the kiddos to watch. The last had a crepe ice-cream cone like treat. It was filled to the brim with delicious fresh fruits and chocolate pearls. We will definitely be returning next time we need a sweet treat. Located in the heart of downtown. They also have an outdoor seating area.

Good price on all the items. Ice cream is cold and tasty. Smoothies are delicious. Atmosphere is quaint and calm. Highly recommend the Mango Smoothie if you go.

A good shop, actually has yogurt boba tea here which is pretty hard to find surprisingly. Would recommend the yogurt lemonade. Although its a bit expensive as well.Good cleanliness and friendliness. Would recommend, a great boba shop in Fargo.

Awesome food and even more awesome service. For a starting boba to try if youre new to the drink, get the bubble milk tea with tapioca. Its a personal favorite along with the classic rice ball.

I always enjoy coming to this place and have come here many times. The staff is always friendly and nice to me and has good food and drinks. I typically will get the bubble milk tea when I visit as they have the best bubble milk tea in Fargo out of the places I have tried. If I wanted someone to try bubble milk tea or some cool desert, I would definitely bring them here. I would suggest this place to anyone who wants a snack, desert or something to drink and they want to try a different type of tea. Also has a friendly atmosphere and board games.

I’ve been teaching English in China for a number of years and would like to say that this place is wonderful!! The jasmine milk tea with aloe is my fave.

I got the strawberry iced tea and I was so pleasantly surprised! It actually had a relatively strong green tea flavor instead of tasting like juice with a splash of tea. It was delicious! I am excited to try some of the other items on the menu!

Wonderful food, great service, lovely restaurant. You can’t go wrong with anything from Tea and Crepe. Don’t be fooled by their name either, they also serve hot menu items.

Fun new place! Different spin on an ice cream shop! Can get ice cream in a bowl or wrapped up in a crepe! Many pre-determined recipe options to choose from! Only downside is it took awhile to make the crepe.

This is my favorite place to eat in fargo. Honestly if you are a college student, have friends and family in town, or are looking for something for date night- this is your place. Price are very reasonable too. I just wish there was an option to tip when you do an online pickup order or tip with card.

Delicious! The rice balls are phenomenal, and I love the selection of ice cream toppings and fruits. The shrimp tempura rice ball was my favorite by far. I also ordered the kani salad rice ball and the beef teriyaki rice ball. I wish the kani salad was shredded but the flavor was wonderful and the dipping sauce made everything better. The smoothies are great too! The texture of the tapioca pearls was perfect. I highly recommend coming here!

Honestly, one of my favorite places in Fargo. The staff is always friendly and everything tastes amazing! The tea and rolled ice cream are amazing and a guilty pleasure of mine. I very highly recommend.

The cashier was wonderful. I ordered mango tea w/boba, Kani onigori, and takoyaki. The boba they gave me wouldnt fill a teaspoon and the takoyaki took 15 minutes to make a 6 minute order. Ridiculous.

It was good. Not a place I would go often but definitely a good experience.

See, being a member of the Council of Mixed Asian Heritage, I assure you that any establishment run for a set of parents who have their child in the establishment during operation IS A FANTASTIC PLACE TO GO. It is so obvious how hard the owners (who are the employees) work to make this place as good as it is.You can come in to chill, sit down and eat, or get something to go.☑☑☑☑☑
