I cant speak highly enough about Best Cheer Stone and their staff. I was in a tough spot needing a single drawer face and the warehouse team got me exactly what I need on extremely short notice. Ive put these cabinets in many homes around DFW and my clients love them, especially the soft close feature. Emmanuel is my go to guy for every need my clients have, big or small. Emmanuel is a consummate professional and always makes time to help me take care of my clients. I would give more then 5 stars if I could!

Would not recommend this company. They buy their 2cm and 3cm quartz from different vendors and they do not match. This means your quartz backsplash will not matchthe countertops and then to make matters worse, no one informs you of this.Completely unacceptable and bad business practice.

Wrong panel was ordered by sales rep. When try to swap out for the correct panel, they claimed that we damaged the first panel so that was not possible. Poor customer service

Someone used my account and my tax ID without my consent . i emailed the owner and the manager regarding this issue and no body got back with me .

Their quartz products(poor quality) are outsourced from India and Thailand which produce lousy quartz compared to Triton(high quality)or Everest Stone.. If you want quartz countertops that stain then buy from BCS.

Dealing with this organization was the single worst mistake I made with my remodel project. They dropped the ball multiple times I recommend strongly enough to go somewhere else. The first time was when I simply needed some counter top samples. I even called ahead to request them. When I showed up, the employees at the front were making small talk. Rather than promptly greeting me they ignored my presence until after they wrapped up their discussion of what they’d done over the previous weekend. With that complete, one young woman went into the back to get my samples. After a few minutes, she returned to tell me I could only have 3 of the 4 samples I requested. There was no reason for it besides simply not allowing it. I even asked if they would prefer I took my business elsewhere, when no answer came I walked out without any samples and did get my countertops elsewhere.My biggest mistake was allowing my contractor to talk me into still using them for the cabinets. The designer Emanuel messed up the design time after time after time. Every time I caught a mistake, the correction would take almost a week. He couldn’t get it right even despite being given diagrams and 3D pics from a previous design as a starting point. Despite all the corrections, I still missed the incredibly asinine mistake of not putting in ceiling height cabinets. I frankly missed it because it never occurred to me a designer could possibly make that bad a mistake. He even put the correct ceiling high cabinets in the bathroom despite putting the wrong ones in the kitchen.This has put us back well over a month and messed up a number of other parts of the project. I like the Koville Cabinets themselves but stay away from this organization.

Good place to shop countertop materials

Cabinets are fine, but my experience in the showroom with Courtney was abysmal. She acted tired and uninterested in my business for majority of our meeting. I showed her a mock-up drawing I did of what I wanted my kitchen to look like and she sneered. During the consultation, she told me that all farmhouse sinks are the same size and now we are on our second farmhouse sink to try and fit their farmhouse cabinet. Maybe she was having a bad day, but bad advice on top of that and Im out.

This place is a scam. I bought over 50 pieces from them. All the boxes that were opened to assemble had things wrong with them (I.e. missing hinges, holes were no drill for shelves, holes for screw were not lined up, flimsy shaky product and chipped paint.) when I tried to return the product the company charge a 25% restocking fee for their garbage, pressed wood items that they sold. What they show you in the show room is not what you get in the box. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

This place sells a really cheap product that is not worthy of the money they want for it. As a home builder I would never use nor recommend this place.
