When youre an A/V dealer, you have to meet or beat your strict competition. Some would say that its pretty cutthroat while others just breeze by charging huge markups for the same products as you. To this day, I dont know how those guys do it, but I believe that Wave has something to do with it. They have great prices, (some are even negotiable with volume) and excellent service - all of the salespeople are or were A/V installers or Dealers at some point, so when I ask a question I know that the person who provides the answer knows what theyre talking about. The showrooms may not be up to date every time you come by, but theyre certainly impressive enough to bring your clients in. Prices are protected and not listed, so youre free to tour the place with potential buyers onboard with you. Keep up the great work, guys!

At one time I thought this was a great company and we need one in Oklahoma.My company has been using Wave for years but the last lady that did our order botched the order and was rude and I was rude right back,needless to say probably wont be selling there items to my customers anymore.

Its unusual for a wholesaler to have everything you need in one place but these guys do it best!
