This store and store manager Sarah are WONDERFUL. The store was clean and well organized. Sarah had the best attitude and was a pleasure to work with. You can tell she cares about her customers and store as a whole. She resolved my issue, was very knowledgeable and made me happy to be a customer. I will be visiting this store specifically anytime I want to upgrade devices or need assistance in the future because of how great my experience with Sarah was. Thank you Sarah for caring about me as a customer!
Lisa was such an awesome, personable and welcoming lady. She helped me figure out how to set up my new iPhone and not only that but we had great conversation in between. She seems like a hard worker and I admire that! I hardly ever write reviews but Lisa deserves this one from me. Hope to come to this AT&T location again if I ever have any more problems.
Employee was extremely friendly, and helpful. I went in there to get my service switched over. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get me set up fast.

The girl that helped me this morning was wonderful. She said it wasn’t even her home store and she spent way too long trying to get it all fixed for me. She did everything she could and eventually I walked out incredibly happy! Thank you so much.
The store was very pretty with their GOLD decorations. The staff especially Sarah was so nice and patient with me, will definitely come back and refer all my friends and family to this location!

I am truly disappointed in this store. I arrived there prior to 9:00 to see if I could get my cellular device activated. Id already purchased it but had trouble setting it up. The lady didnt even open the store until 9:05 and when I entered and told her what was going on, she didnt even look at my phone but said she couldnt help and I needed to call AT&T. When I told her I dont have a phone to call AT&T since my cellular service wont set up, she told me to dial 611, which I again said, my phone has no service. She then said Id need to call AT&T, when I asked if I could use her phone at the store to call AT&T (mind you, Im in an AT&T store!!!!), she said there was no public phone and Id have to go to the corporate store. I understand that maybe she truly couldnt help, but to not even try and not even offer an AT&T customer the phone to call AT&T is pretty gnarly. I would not recommend using this store ever. My only regret is that I didnt get her name.
The worst - tried to buy a new phone - only one person running the store and she couldnt get anything right - I was in there for a hour and she could never get the phone to work - pathetic

Lou is great! Went in this morning looking for a new phone, was a bit hesitant on how much I wanted to spend, but came away with a great phone. When I arrived Lou was in the process of helping another customer, but he immediately greeted me. Lou did a great job of working with me and giving as much info as possible as he waited on the other customers set-up to take. By the time he was finished with the other customer I was already decided from all the info he had given me. We even looked over my current plan to make sure I was getting the best deal for my money. He was very knowledgeable and spoke in terms where I could understand where I was at with certain charges/deals/promotions and so fourth. All and all A+ customer service. Ill definitely always go to Lou.
They said my bill would be a lot less if we turned in our current phones and we did but the sales person at the time had lied to us now we are stuck with 300 dollars a month..definitely going back to T-Mobile at least they don’t lie..

I visited this AT&T location on a Monday around 10:00a. There were 2 sales persons in the store helping two customers. They were quick to acknowledge me and let me know that they would be with me shortly. The store is very clean and well kept. My 2 year old tagged along for the trip and the salesperson was very kind to turn the TV to Nick JR while we waited to help entertain the kiddo! This allowed me time to browse products and look through some information. I was there to purchase a new iphone. We waited about 25min to be helped, but I didn’t mind because I understand getting people set up on new devices can take a little while. The salespeople were very knowledgeable with the iPhone and the insurance plan to cover it. They had the phone I wanted stocked and weren’t pushy in selling me an upgraded phone plan or anything (which I appreciate). He did insist I buy a case for the phone (which is understandable) but their selection of iPhone X cases were limited. We left the store around 11:45a so it did take a little while for them to help, purchase and set the phone up. I do wish they had more brands and color options for cases in store, just so you could knock it all out in one stop. However, my experience was great. I would highly recommend this location.

Lou was AMAZING!!! Not only taking care of our shopping experience but safety as well! They had noticed some suspicious activity and locked the door for our safety all while still being there for the customers as they came and went. I had an issue with my account and after explaining the issue he got on the phone and took care of it along with the rep on the other line in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Lou for all that you did for me and my family while at your store!!!!
I got here 10 minutes before they opened. It is now 10 minutes late opening and she told me she needs 30 to 45 minutes to get the store ready because she just got here. So you open the store late, and then I have to sit out here for another 45 minutes? I would fire her
Verreon was great! I was running into issues with corporate customer service in trying to get a SIM card replaced for a new phone, and they kept insisting that I couldnt do it in store. Of course they were giving me the run around. But Verreon was friendly and helpful in getting my SIM clipped and ready. Quick to acknowledge me when I entered the store while he was busy with another customer. Im coming to this store first before I call customer service next time.

Terrible. My girlfriend was originally with Sprint, and switched over to AT&T after a rep told her that they were doing a promotional deal where if she traded in her phone, they would compensate Sprint for the termination. She gave the rep her phones and they have not been able to find any record of her returning her phone. Long story short, she ended up having to pay Sprint $1500!!! All because AT&T was unable to find the invoice number. This seems like a scam. Whenever we call to get this resolved, we are constantly transferred to people who dont know what to do. This issue has been going on for MONTHS. Im most likely going to opt out of AT&T as well. Very disappointing

I go here every month to pay my bill and I have never received such great customer service like I did from an employee named Michael today. I appreciate good customer service since it is so rare these days. Keep it up Michael and hopefully your fellow coworkers can learn from you! Thanks!

Not one to write reviews but If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady answered the phone rude, I told her I wanted to change my plan to a prepaid account, she told me “eh that’s not even possible”.. I told her AT&T corp told me to call this store she answered “Emm no like that’s not even possible to do there’s no way that’s not a thing” put me on hold for like 7 min then hung up I called back and she kept forwarding my call to voicemail. Super unprofessional

One of the only AT&T stores that I have ever had good experience at. I came in to swap out my old phone for a new phone that I already had, and the staff had me switch down in no time and did not try to upsell me at all. We actually had a pretty decent conversation before I was on my way.
I havent had att in years cause bad of experiences, but i decided to give it another chance. Apparently i went to the right location, right away Eddie was eager to help and got me set up. Havent had problems since!

Very bad experience. I was told by a reps named Kayla & Elliot that ordering a phone online through the AT&T website with a 2 year contract was not an option even though i had seen it with my very own eyes. My only option according to them was to buy a phone in their store since the one i had was broken. I had taken an older replacement phone with me but Kayla was not able to activate the phone even after she inserted a new sim card. She said my device was too old, so she sent me on my way. I was able to do activate my phone by myself in the parking lot. After i got to my office i went online and ordered a phone from the AT&T website for 99 cents.

I have been a DirectTV customer for almost a decade with fabulous customer care service. I have had to utilize AT&T for internet with only adequate service. However, since the two have joined every call for assistance, whether a question with my bill or technical support, has been met with outrageous disrespect by both customer service reps and their managers. It takes multiple phone calls over several hours to resolve any issue. I have been hung up on, spoken to rudely, interrupted, and patronized. I cannot even get them to transfer me to the cancellation department so I can end the nightmare. I would not recommend their services to anyone which is very distressing after ten years of being a happy customer. I am currently shopping alternate service providers for all my needs.

They tried to aggresively upsale me on a new phone when all I needed was a new battery for the phone I have. (something like a $500 price difference). What really didnt gel with me is when the sales guy didnt take any of my not to subtle hints that I wasnt getting a new phone that day and kept grilling me. It got me out of that store a lot faster and into another that got me my battery. Be wary, these guys are aggressive salesmen. The flagship store just down the street from them, I highly recommend. Its like oil and water.

I had questions about my storage on my iPhone 6+ since it is not that old. Getting notifications of manage storage and wanted to find a solution. I asked about THEIR AT&T app that refers to protection, since I have a protection plan I get 50GB of backup space to the cloud. 6 people in this location and no one could help, or was willing to... Told me to YOUTUBE it.
