Had to go to 3 different stores for over a month to get switched over to TMoble,,, The store on Midway and 635 is the store to go to for anything,,, those people know what they are doing and are very helpful,,, The store on Josey ln. Next to Ranchero are not very helpful,,, one person says one thing and the ither Denise it,,, the store on Beltline is not custumer friendly at all,,, I forgot to wear my mask when entering the store, i asked if they had a mask for me to wear but they said they just ran out and asked me to leave.Do yourself a favor and Go to the TMOBLE store located on Midway and 635,,, it might be a little bit further to drive but well worth the trip,,,all of the people there know the tricks that the latest phones have,, I left there knowing I have support when I need it. The other two stores can learn a lot from them,,,I give the Store on Midway and 635 ☆☆☆☆☆ for their custumer service, support and friendlyness.The other two stores doesnt deserve a star but sense I have to give a rating 1 star for each of them due to one store liying to me and the other not wanting to help me.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The managers and staff are always friendly and helpful, but I have a special shout out to the absolute WIZARDRY that is their assistant manager, Cisco. My LED screen went out only showing the top quarter of my phone visible. Cisco worked an absolute MIRACLE and was able to still activate Smart Switch (it was a long and tedious process) and save very important data to safely move it to my new warranty replacement phone. This would’ve cost me at least $150 to try and retrieve at a cell repair place. I so appreciate his assistance. He deserves a raise! He is DABOMB.COM!

This site does not have a culture of good customer service, I walked into the store and nobody greeted me (welcome to T-Mobile) nobody came to ask me what I wanted or even put my name on the customer welcome. Apathy and lack of energy can be seen on this site.

I come to get get a service and they told me to get registered and wait in the car. I sit for almost an hour and see everyone get in and served, I walked in to ask whats going on. They said they have not my name or number on the list. I asked if the guy who put my name is there because he was the manager and they said hes out for lunch and they cant do anything unless I have to get registered again and wait with attitude. Its shameful to just tell someone after an hour you didnt have his name.Worst customer service.

The employees were so nice and professional. The staff was well informed of their products and current promotions to help me decide what my options were. I felt very safe as they adhere to the physical distancing guidelines as well as wearing masks to ensure both the customer and employees safety.

I went in due to having issues with my phone. The clerk told me it would be a 10-15 min wait and that they would have to text me. When I rcvd the text it said it would be 19 mins. I ended up sitting outside for 45 mins before I went in to get an update since I havent rcvd one. When I went it the clerk told me she had someone that would take like 10 mins and there was still one more person ahead of me. This is not a good look and they should have a better quoting system!

Terrible terrible terrible terrible. They’re polite but incompetent. I’ve made four trips there waiting over four hours to simply convert my personal to a business account and it never gets done. The reason they’re so cheap is because they are the worst phone company by far, and we all know that’s saying something.

After being with Spring for 20 years, I made the switch to TMobile (I had no choice really). I was essentially lied to in the store so that I would be the newest Samsung that was just released. I was promised a rebate and credit towards accessories. I was told the forms would be mailed to me by post. I triple checked my address to make sure it was correct. But nothing. It was basically all lies to drop a grand on a phone.

Great service. I appreciate Adriana and Danny. Although both busy when we walked in they both greeted us and when I asked to play music while we waited Danny gave us the green light. Once we started working with Adriana we were quickly done. They were not only helpful they made changing phones over actually fun.

Phae was WONDERFUL! We were interested in upgrading one of our phones and she was very informative and helpful from the start. She made the whole transaction a pleasant experience. We were transferred to Nancy over to finish the transaction and she was very nice and helpful as well! We had previously visited the tmobile on Montfort and the dude that helped us there was incredibly pushy and gave off a whatever vibe, if that makes sense, so this was a breath of fresh air. We definitely recommend this location!

I came to this location because it is close to where I live and had the highest reviews of all the shops in the area. I was greeted immediately and I told them what I was looking for. I was in and out with a new phone with my existing plan within about 15 minutes....he even pointed out my plan was outdated so he would switch me to the lower price plan similar to what I was currently on. I felt he went above and beyond and hope management is aware of the people who were there this evening and extend a kudos to the rep. Thank you!

Ana A Was the person who was the Retail Store Associate when I got my connection.She was friendly at start but later on when the agreements needed to be signed came she made a mistake of not looking at the documents her colleague already printed out and....sounded as though it was my fault which I disliked.Apart from that excellent service from the location.Will continue getting my service there.

Came in to get a SIM card on prepaid 50$ plan, employee name Adriana was helping me, she charge my card and took money from my bank, then she said transaction didn’t go through I opened my bank app and showed her that money have been taken out from account worse service, Adriana who was helping me said come back tomorrow. Never coming back again if I could give negative 5 star I would they suck here.

I have had Tmobile for YEARS never had a problem with them went into this store to do a trade in the rep at the store... well long story short the store rep put in a wrong number for my trade in. Now I have called the tmobile customer service line 3 different times trying to fix this issue.

Horrible service. The guy didn’t even look remotely interested in helping my mother. We came in looking to buy a new phone for her and he couldn’t even answer our questions. When he was talking to her he was looking away and around the room. He didn’t help us when we told him we wanted to know what deals they had on the phones. Never going back to this store again.

Horrible bad customer service by Ray TI left my phone to transfer my data to another phone, and they lost my case that I bought in the same charisma shop, and says its my fault ... its not the first time they treat me badly aki ... I miss the by webb chapel and Lombardy
