The store manager, Ricardo, gives outstanding customer service! His store didn’t have all the paint I needed, so he found another store that had the rest of my order and held everything until I could get there to purchase it. Thanks so much for your help and exceptional service!

I went in to check on the price of a box of drywall mud. I asked the guy at the counter how much a box would be and how much a big tub would be. He then responded in a very short tone we dont sell drywall mud. I thought that was strange since I have bought mud at other locations. As i turned to walk out i noticed a big pallet of boxes containing DRYWALL MUD! Either train your employee on customer service or at least give them an overview of your products before letting them interact with customers.

The guys that helped me were great. Answering a billion of my questions and joking with me about children misbehaving. But the selection was small and the quality of the paints i brought home severely lacking.
