I have never experienced such rude customer service From a beauty supply store. Usually when you walk in, you are greeted and helped if needed. I walked around this place 10 mins before someone finally helped me(I waited in line). & when I asked for help buying hair color remover, which does not require you to be licensed, I was rudely told to read the directions.. on the box with no directions to read....no help what so ever! I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!!

Weve been purchasing Schwarzkopf hair color there for our business for decades and are very happy with the product.

Walked in and said hi one of the employees looked at me and didn’t say anything. When we asked for help she ignored us again. This was our first visit and we will definitely not be returning. These people are rude for no reason.

This place has everything you need. The employees are there if you need help, I come here because they have color lines that other beauty supply stores don’t have. And it’s much better price and always get good customer service even if I don’t need it . I super recommend this store they have amazing owner and employees

Your customer service SUCKS!!!! You have plenty of employees in the store but nobody knows how to help anyone or even acknowledge their customers at all. I have been in the store on Tecumseh Rd several times and today was the last straw. Usually I can get what I need on my own or figure it out because they cant be bothered.I was looking at the stuff I wanted for about 10 min then I went to ask for help, I then stood in the aisle for 20 min waiting for the help before I got fed up and left. Three people walked past me, not one of them said hi or asked if I needed any anything. If I came in there all faked up nails and hair done I would of gotten some help but because I didnt I didnt get any service. Not all of the employees in there are bad, I have met 2 of them that were helpful in the past but your overall service is the worst I have seen.YOU SHOULD LEARN TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ENTER YOUR STORE AND ALSO THAT A PERSONS APPEARANCE SHOULD NOT DICTATE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY RECEIVE.
