Pharmacist refuse to give prescription that was prescribed by doctor & approved by the insurance even after doctor called and talked on speaker phone to that pharmacist. The prescription was requested after 3-yr, indicates no abuse of sleeping medicine at 68 yr old lady (me). That is against the law. She violated pharmacist code of conducts and Right of Patient.

While staff is nice, its extremely frustrating when the pharmacy is closing for lunch in the middle of the day. I dont know any other pharmacy chain that does it. I was forced to take my RX to another pharmacy.

Andy & Alana are the absolute greatest in the pharmacy! Always so kind, helpful & knowledgeable. The staff in this store are always friendly & it usually brightens my day when I stop in this store. As a result, this is the primary Walgreens I shop at - highly recommend!

I am very very appreciative that during Covid 19 Walgreens’s offers curbside pick up and delivery as well. We use delivery service and want to give special recognition to the delivery person, who is always on time and radiates warmth and kindness! She is a star!We have also had very good experiences with other staff members when we used to go in the store.

The pharmacy is AMAZING! They are a wonderful group (Margaret, Andy, Naga, Alana, etc.) that are so helpful and kind! And did I mention efficient! They work really hard to provide the best costumer service and to help in a timely manner. I’ve been coming here since Warren’s and i will never switch pharmacies :)

Excellent customer service, clean store, compassionate, prompt pharmacy staff. Many stores do not have a public restroom in that shopping plaza. Appreciate the store for what it is; a friendly neighborhood drug store.

Seriously, it took over 25 minutes before I could get someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy. Then whomever I spoke to I could not understand what she was saying. Poor customer service!!!

Worst customer service. If you’re a doctor calling in a prescription for a patient, I highly recommend avoiding this place. You’ll be put on hold forever!!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. My doctors office sent my prescription over and when I arrived they said they didn’t have it. I spent 20 minutes talking on the phone with the doctors office to figure out what went wrong. They said that it was 100% sent over- when I told this to the pharmacist he said “oh, here it is”, indicating he hadn’t actually searched very hard for it. Then he said “that will be 30 minutes”. I had already been in the store for 20 minutes and there was only one other person in line. I didn’t have time to wait that long and had to leave without my prescription. I typically have had great experiences at other Walgreens, but I don’t recommend this location after the way I was treated.

They said they close at 9pm. I rolled up at 845pm and the lights were off.

I have been going to this stote the last few years since I moved into the area. The pharmacists are very nice and helpful.Your front staff is all very nice,especially Clair. She always says hi and asks if you need help. Wonderful store and employees.

Every time I go to the pharmacy or the store, the service is excellent. All the employees and pharmacists Ive encountered have been helpful and nice. I dont understand the bad reviews.

Poor customer service.

My medicines always outta stock ! I been going here almost a year . I get the same medications every month . still one month I will have it next I dont . pharmacists will say you have enough dont you . no you want me to wait days after the date I had it refilled .. Cant wait to switch as soon as I go back to the doctor .

All the employees are rude and act like you are an inconvenience when you ask a question.

This place should be shut down. Old building and dirty, bad customer service. I went there with my 4 year old to find out there is no public restroom in entire store. Horrible. Will not be back.

Poor costumer service, pharmacy employee rude when I asked if they had a blood pressure machine.( I dont know what the specific term for those are so thats what I called it). She replied annoyed and asked what that was. I found it weird that by saying blood pressure machine she wouldnt had understood being that she word at a pharmacy. But I replied to the best of my ability and described them as one of them stations that ypu put your arm in and it reads your blood pressure, like the ones in wal-mart which she replied... this is isnt a walmart its a walgreens... i stood in awe that my very reasonable question and description had her make a rude comment back like this.

Had an issue being shorted on my medication here while my daughter was in the hospital and the pharmacy manager was really condescending and rude about it. Accused me of “Doctor shopping” but all my meds come from the same office. If he hadn’t taken so long to sit and talk down to me I would have had him look that up but I had already spent an entire day trying to get my medication that they screwed up

My favorite neighborhood Walgreens. Its usually quite and clean and you get pretty much everything.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and polite.

Horrible service. CVS 100 times better! Pharmacist complains about too much work and not enough staff instead of trying to fix problem. Blames computer system limits.

Very very slow. There’s an older lady who is alone at the register regularly she’s very chatty and takes FOREVER Long lines. Manager refuses to do anything to resolve this issue.

The fat lady behind the pharmacy counter is really really rood. Almost as rood as she is fat. She has red hair, beware.

The roundabout makes me feel frustrated. The service is not as good as it had been and has been less active in my opinion.
