This is our second car purchase from Enterprise. Both were delightful experiences.We bought our first one about 3 years ago, a Hyundai Accent with low miles and a great maintenance record. It served us quite well until it was totaled Sept. 02 2021.With our insurance pay out in hand, we set out for a replacement and decided to give Enterprise another shot. They didnt fail us having presented us with a beautiful Mitsubishi Outlander. Again with low miles, a clean maintenance record, full warranty and delivery service as we live nearly 200 miles from where it was located. This is a fully loaded vehicle (except power seats).We did some financial shopping on our own with some pretty good rates. However, Enterprise was able to get us an even better rate. They called us 3 times, each time with a better rate from highly rated financial institutions.If that isnt great service, I dont know what is. The car is fabulous, drives excellent and has features weve never had in a previous car.

The staff here is great! I had an appointment with DeShawn and when I arrived he greeted me at the door with a smile. He walked me through the process quickly explaining everything. My experience at this Enterprise location was amazing. I am a first time buyer and was looking for a newer used car to finance, and was quite disappointed when I tried going to a Ford dealership not too far away and said they would only finance a 2015 Equinox with 121,000 miles. I knew I couldn’t be super picky, but that just wasn’t what I was looking for at all. My dad convinced me not to give up and go to this Enterprise location since the option of cars to choose from was in my price range, and seem to be pretty new and well taken care of. Well I have thanked my dad every day since then! The car I picked and Enterprise financed was a 2019 Hyundai Elantra with 40,000 miles on it. A much better deal! The car needed nothing- just some minor inside detailing before driving it away. It was so perfect for what I needed-a SAFE, newer car with not a ton of racked up miles on it since I’m a soon to be first time mom and need something pretty reliable to transport my child in. It was a total upgrade from my 2006 Pontiac G6! I am super happy with the result and Anton was so friendly and kind to do business with! When I purchased a vehicle from enterprise they didnt inform me of all the damage to the vehicle hopeful that I wouldnt have a problem. However it was clear when things work or only worked part time there was a problem. It became very clear the vehicle was flood damaged when mildew started showing up.

The process of purchasing the vehicle went smoothly. Afterwards the process of securing a copy of the vehicle title and a temporary license tag left much to be desired. My temp tag expires today, 11/26/2020 and I cannot drive my car tomorrow. How can I expedite the process of getting a title to me?

Didnt know you had to have a deposit but it is reasonable

Was searching for a vehicle on several websites, including all the major car rental companies. Made calls on several and found that other sites either didnt provide accurate detail or their customer service reps werent customer oriented. The rep from Enterprise assisted with my search, and when I had issues with locking in a vehicle from another regional sales office, she worked to resolve the issue. The entire process of finding my vehicle, having it delivered to the local sales store for a test-drive, and finalizing the purchase, was extremely easy and stress free. Definitely will use them again in the future.

I recently went in to purchase a Jeep Compass on February 17, 2021. I put down a deposit of $2,000 and was told this would hold the car. After the deposit was put down they told me the car needed to be serviced for an AWD malfunction. Here it is March 16, 2021 and the Jeep is still not fixed nor have I been given an update. Will never do business with this place again!
