I have been looking for a dealer that I could trust my Buick for repairs when needed. I have tried 3 others and the level of service wasnt what I was use to having before I moved back to Metro Detroit. Since I am living near, I called to make an appointment. When I said I would need a ride home, I was told they would put me down for a loaner. When I dropped it off for the sensor replacement, I told them to also check the brakes.I had to wait until the next day for the call because they were backed up. The brakes were fine. I did need some basic work on fluids and systems since the car is 6 years old. I was told that I could just could pick the car up after work the next day. When I picked it up, they even washed it.By them not replacing the brakes when not needed and their loaner policy, they have the service I am use to having. I have found my Buick dealership to have my car fixed when needed.

Andrew in service went above and beyond when servicing my Yukon. Had not purchased it at this dealership. Bought it out of state. Took it in for a check up and oil change . To my surprise was no charge. Thank you so much. Will be back for all my service needs. Thank you!

Great place to buy and service a car. We have leased 3 cars here over 4 years. Mario had been on top of it. Always makes me comfortable. Never pushy. Never that feeling of wanting to leave and run out. Much can be done over phone and online. Fortunately the service we have had has been minor and basic, but the service staff is very pleasant and helpful. Definitely plan on coming back and recommend it.

Im giving this dealership a one star and that is too good for them. I walk in two weeks ago applied for a car with Amy. To make a long story short, I was approved she sent me a link with trucks to choose from I chose one called her back to see if she got my selection. Finally after leaving her several messages I spoke with her she said she had get with Mike the finance person to put the numbers together for the truck I selected. He said I would have to put $5000 dollars down for the truck I selected so I gave him another one of my choices and he said $3000 dollars for that truck. I guess he assumed I didnt have the money or they didnt want my business because they never contacted me again about the vehicle. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I assume they dont need any new customers or sells. I dont want to play the race card, but I do think their actions were racially motivated. Mike is very aware of this Pandemic and he is clearly price gouging and caused Amy to lose a sell.

Very happy with this place. I have leased from several other dealers and Sellers Auto is actually different and better. No, i am not related to anyone there and no, i dont work there. It is just better in all departments then my experience at other dealers.

Great sales staff. We talked to Dan who said the truck we wanted to look at was sold. But he called right back saying it wasnt sold so we met him and bought the truck. Great finance staff with Judy helping us get a better interest rate than we thought we could get.

Stopped by the day before to look at a vehicle I had seen online. The salesman set up a test drive for me to compare two cars side-by-side. Great experience!

Paid over 1000.00 repairs for a valued 500.00 truck that they refused to wash all quality comes to customers who own a newer vehicle my 2005 pickup was parked in the back with the keys in it 20 minutes extra figure out where there were not fair at all

Outstanding guys working the parts counter, especially Brian. He took his time answering all my questions and looking up parts for me. Because of him, I was thinking of driving out there when I buy my next Tahoe. I havent dealt with anyone else from Sellers but Im exceptionally pleased with him and so should his bosses.

Sellers Buick sold me a great car that I am happy with, have had nothing but great experience with the service department ever since (oil changes/routine maintenance, had one minor mechanical issue). Everyone is very polite, friendly, and service is speedy. They even offer a complimentary shuttle service which made my most recent experience so convenient. THANK YOU Sellers!

The service department was quick and efficient. It appears the problem has been corrected. This was for warranty service, though. I have yet to experience their service outside of warranty. We will see.
