This Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is superb. Their service dept. is phenomenal.extremely professional, impressive, knowledgeable & courteous. The shuttle service is also excellent. Ive been to other work shops when my car needed work but this one is the best one hands down! Highly recommended.
Went to service. The rude man who “greeted” us was very rude. First thing he said was “ we ain’t taking no cars till about Tuesday.” He appeared to be on cocaine. He was very sweaty, seemed agitated and wouldn’t let us speak before telling us how wrong we were. Once he got the details he never apologized for his rudeness. Basic people skills go a long way which is why I’ll tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place.

Been waiting here over three hours for a single tire change.
Currently lease a 2018 Jeep Compass and was told the engine has damage to the cylinder walls. Im currently at 33k miles and till 45k miles to turn in. Lease is up in 10 months. Should I just turn in early and get a new lease? Or hope an engine can become available as it is on backorder. The most recent conversation is that it will be sometime next week or the next or even longer. Thoughts? Hard to have a vehicle sit and cant drive it. Not safe and stalls burning oil.

Very rude and unprofessional. Claimed my car that I purchased a month ago was not under warranty even though it is a CPO vehicle. Basically the tech and the service advisor made any excuse to not service my vehicle due to circumstances outside of the issue. Would not recommend going there.
Took my 2019 Rogue in yesterday 11 .19 .19 for its first oil change and tire rotation also had a camera and radio software update, was given an ETA originally on appointment day of about 2 hours which I said I would stay, my service advisor Kyle was outstanding not only did he get the job done within one hour also washed and vacuumed my vehicle totally awesome! other dealerships should take note its little things like a wash and vacuum that bring people back.Again thanks Kyle!!
Absolutely terrible I made an appointment for 12pm at 9am drove 45 minutes to see a vehicle only to be told someone called and placed a deposit on the exact vehicle I was there to see about 15 minutes prior to me showing up which was even more terrible to hear sense I had just spoke with someone about 20 minutes before this while I was on my way to inform them i was running a few minutes late. Yet nobody cared to inform me. I will never return
Always a wait of 45 min or more for the quick oil change. Their advertising is extremely deceptive. Basically a bait and switch approach. They constantly advertise models they do not have and did not have when the ad was mailed, then try to steer you to a much more expensive option each time. This has happened at this dealer 3 separate times and not even just this year! Email went out a few weeks ago so I went in for a oil change ( well I tried. 2 hour wait) and immediately walked in and said I would like 2 of the advertised models. After a few quick excuses the truth came out--- they havent had a single one in over a month and will not be getting more.... well.... why did you email me an hour ago with the special if you have ZERO available!! They should just advertise free car then tell everyone they just sold out. Thats exactly how it works. Avoid this place and go somewhere a little more honest.
Terrible service department.Brought my truck in for some repairs...Was told they cant hear any rattle, therefore there is nothing to fix.Charged me $130 diagnostics fee.I went to pick the truck up. I start the truck and it immediately starts to rattle. I go back inside and ask a service writer to come look at it with me.The service writer Raymond comes outside and says oh yeah, I can definitely hear a rattle!What a joke of a service department.I asked for my $130 to be refunded. They refused saying they would take another look at the truck.I declined!
Pretty decent for a car dealership. My person to see there, Clarence, is super nice and straight forward. When I ask him about other vehicles, he is happy to introduce me to another dealer who handles that brand of car. The service department is great also. Only downside is the horse hockey sales pitch you have to listen to when the papers are being signed ( oil additives, glass coatings, etc). Otherwise, great service.

Visited the VW repair.Dealt with Brian Cummings. Very thorough, and professional. Will not hesitate to return. Repairs completed promptly and correct. A little upscale in cost, but I expected that. Its a dealership.

Went to one of your sister businesses out in Waterford yesterday and looked at another Infiniti JX35. It was the biggest piece of junk Ive ever been in. And they have it listed for 11999. So now I am completely skeptical about doing business with Suburban Collection. The tires on the car were completely shot. The rotors were bad and you could feel it in the drive, along with the breaks being completely worn out. There was no gas in the vehicle and could only drive about a mile before I had to turn around. the front bumper clearly had a dent and the grill was cracked. Carguru shows an accident and they told me carfax was clean with no accident. the leather was all cracked and the dash display didnt even work. Including the backup camera display. Seriously disgusted they would even try to sell that car. It wasnt even road safe.
Service is superb! Everything was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. Service consultant was friendly and helpful. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I am totally satisfied and will gladly return.

These folks are always polite and respectful. The service department is professional and will offer you a loaner vehicle while yours is being repaired. Be careful when getting warranty work because they will attempt to sell you multiple other services to make up for the reduced income of the warranty. Also accessing the parking lot can be tricky at high volume traffick times.
I bought a used vehicle about 5/6 days ago and the sales guy Dennis assured me that the car was checked by a certified mechanic and we went over all the details. At first he said the prior guy took amazing care of this car (which he did not, it was a sales pitch) but admitted later on that the dealership sank 2.5K into “bringing it up to where it is.” This wasn’t a cheap car, it was about 11k plus all the interest. They didn’t even originally clean it when it was available for viewing as there was a whole bucket of plaster dried in the bed of the truck and Dennis advised that they must have missed it. I told him that absolutely must be cleane did I purchased it and he assured me it would be. Well it doesn’t seem like the car was fairly cleaned as went I went to pick it up, there was still dried plaster on the body of the truck and a bunch of water still in the bed. It was apparent to me that I would need to just clean this myself which didn’t seem like a big issue but still.Well now 6 days later the car has an issue with the keys / immobilization and when I called today and spoke to the sales manager, Doug, he said there was nothing they could do and he wishes me well with it even though I told him that this was inspected by a certified by the state mechanic based on what Dennis advised. Doug said they didn’t even have the equipment to reprogram the vehicle and that I would have to go to a Honda dealership to have that done.STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. Even it is your dream car or it is a good price point for the condition, like this one was for me, they will lie and do anything to get it out the door. Buyers beware! They will lie to you and won’t help if there is an issue. Even if it is just a could days after. Unprofessional.

They do SHADY deals in my opinionDaughter leased a jeep from Farmington Suburban Collection. I initially signed on to be the co-signer with my daughter as Primary. I asked multiple times prior to signing if I was only the co-signer...I was told yes. Almost 3 weeks after driving away with the jeep, my daughter was called and told that the contract did NOT go through..in fact they wanted me to come back in and sign as the primary owner of the jeep. I said no. Then spoke with Elliot Caston who called. I told him since there was NO binding legal contract, leave me out of it. and allow my daughter to simply lease the jeep. I also learned out of the mouth of the finance manager, John (Tomasek?) that originally HE put me as the Primary(lied that I was just the co)..which is how my daughter was able to drive away...finance mgr. thought he could flip the ownership after the paperwork went through, and that I would never know that was done.Elliot Caston called to bribe me with $500 signing bonus IF I go back in and sign to become the Primary. I said no,,,he then claimed he would try other solutions to FIX everything.Even my daughters salesman, Greg Tucker call,ed trying to smooth things over, claiming that in the background the mgrs were trying to make the contract valid one...leaving me a a co-signer...I called Elliot Caston back, leaving multiple msgs to find out what was going on.......no calls were ever returned. I was basically flipped the middle finger...as they apparently figured out who to (according to Greg) pull a FAVOR from someone at Ally that could make the non-valid lease agreement, VALID, with me as the co-signer.What a shady dealership in my opinion!!! So make sure you really have a valid contract before leaving that dealership when you purchase there

Unfortunately I cannot rate zero stars.We turned in a lease vehicle with no cracked windshield, but received a call 48 hours later that there was a crack and we are liable.We refuse to accept responsibility and they do the same. The Sales Manager was an absolute insensitive p...k. He stated that they are in a sales business and its our fault even though it had to happen on their lot. What kind of customer support and help is this?We have leased 3 vehicles there and dont think we will do it again.I suggest someplace else for customer satisfaction.

Service stations need to be better went in with an issue and they said nothing g was wrong with the vehicle which was under complete warranty and still having the issue they refuse to fix
A year later I had to bring my car in for brakes/oil change and Brad was a freaking STAR. He was gracious, I showed up early and he was un-phased, he helped me get the best deal possible and I walked out a few hours later with new brakes that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I will definitely be back._____Hell yes. Quick oil change, friendly staff plus a free car wash!

The VW repair is over priced. I was not impressed that I would need to pay 1000% more than a competitor. I am glad I took a competitive quote. I think the car diagnosis was wrong.Anyway their customer representative was very friendly.

After receiving car requested service to contact me with issue on car but never responded back. I will take my business to the dealership in Ann arbor instead.

Lost my wheel lock, found it under my hood, closed my hood on it and damaged my hood reinforcement. Did do oil change and tire rotation as requested. Two star because it took 15 minutes to find the wheel lock and vehicle damage.

They are ok. Their prices are much higher than other Nissan dealers in town. I just used them because I didnt want to go across to to my regular dealer. They are right done the street from my house but I wont go to them again. The service specialist was friendly. They honored my coupon from another dealer but then proceeded to tell me that the other competitor doesnt use the same Nissian oil as they use. I need a CVT fluid change their price 349.95 my Nissan dealer is 219.00 with tax.....I guess you are paying for them being in Farmington Hills, MI v.s. Tamaroff Nissan in Southfield MI . Oh yeah they wash you car and cleaned my mats. I was impressed with that portion and the. Put tire shine on my tires...

Something terribly wrong in the service department. Having attempted service three times where scheduling has been a disaster.Four hour oil changes, scheduled for air bag replacement service dropping off the car the night before only to find they have no parts at 2:30 in the afternoon and finally no one seems to know how to service keys. After the recent service attempt I decided that I would not trust this dealership to install an air bag and will take the car into another dealership that values service and understands how it can lead to future auto sales.
