Dangerous place to live. Requests to have dangerous dead trees removed are ignored. Apparently they care more about profits than residents safety.

Always in meetings and will never call back when you leave a message. They fired the person in the office and now there is no one there if you have issues. They bought the oakwood mobile home Park a couple months ago and now its the worst place I have ever lived. Dont move in here!

My rating is not for living here, but reading what others have said and how the owners have responded. It seems like they( the owners) don’t listen at all, also putting what Community they(the resident) live I see as unprofessional.To the owners please listen to your community’s residents, really listen.And stop putting where they live it is very disgusting and unprofessional. And from what I have a been reading change your office employees and open the dang pools!

Horrible company! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. Constantly had problems with water not working. Boil advisory every other week. Some days absolutely no running water. I moved out in November & have been trying to get my security deposit back and have been given the run around. Claimed they sent a check out back in January and won’t return my calls or answer!!

Been renting almost four years. Severe water leakage/damage to home which is causing floors to cave in and ceilings to leak. Mold growing in 3 rooms. We are sick every day and they still refuse to fix the home or move us to a new one. Site and corporate staff very unprofessional; they just play games and lie to you. Never had a slum landlord before, but this has got to be the definition of it. Filing complaints with Attorney Generals office as I write this. Pay a fortune to live in an uninhabitable and unsafe home.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I can see from reading reviews that no one should rent in any of their properties but my advice is DO NOT SELL YOUR HOME TO THEM. Bayshore Homes/RHP Properties agreed to buy my home because they did not want it sold and then removed from park it is in. Evidently at the time, they had a few homes leave the park already and the corporate office was unhappy about it. If I actually had my wits about me at the time (because these are the same people that tried to evict my father when he was hospitalized after being found on the floor due to having a stroke), I would have sold to another interested party. But I live in another state, had to take a leave of absence from work and had been there since the beginning of August. During which time, my father had been bounced back and forth from the hospital to rehab to the nursing home to the hospital again then to the nursing home and then finally went into hospice care. My father passed away on August 27, 2017. I spent the next few weeks after his passing trying to settle his affairs. In my grief and haste to return to my own home and husband, I agreed to sell to them. Would you believe that I was actually trying to be nice to these people? Of all the things in my life, this whole ordeal with them is definitely one thing I regret.Anyway, I signed a purchase agreement in SEPTEMBER 2017 and have still not been paid. 5 months. Count them with me... 1-2-3-4-5 MONTHS. Actually, going on 6 months now. I’ve made numerous calls to the park office, the REGIONAL MANAGER and the CORPORATE complaint number. Corporate and the regional manager have not returned ANY of my phone calls. The park has either ignored me or (if they do bother to take my calls) is absolutely no help in getting me the status of the sale. Take my advice and do your research before dealing with anyone connected to RHP. It is now my mission to review every property they own to warn others about this company and how they operate.

You shouldnt subject yourself to such robbery, disgust, and disrespect. Set the bar higher than Bayshore.

Bayshore Homes SUCKS!!!! I have lived in their North Salt Lake Community for 8 years and When Bayshore bought out RTC the place really went down the tubes. Bayshore is primarily in business to SELL Homes not Manage the Property. It appears they look for any reason to evict you so they can turn around and sell your home. They are over charging the rent and they look for anything they can charge you extra for (example: they used to charge $15 for their RV parking where a sign says camera monitoring and there isnt and now charge me $20 and my trailer was broken into). They dont even maintain the RV lot there is junk and garbage EVERYWHERE! They have raised the rent every year $20 or more since i have been here in a community that is mostly made up of people on Social Security. When I first moved here there was an Exercise room, a pool table room a jacuzzi and pool. There is now no Pool table room, no exercise room, the jacuzzi hasnt been open in almost 2 years and the swimming pool hasnt opened up on memorial day in two years either and its closed allot. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE THE PROPERTY AWAY FROM BAYSHORE! Oh and I pay for irrigation water I have never been able to use. These are just a few things that are wrong with their management style... DONT MOVE HERE

This community has been bought recently with next to no communication to the residents already residing there. We have had a horrible experience just getting the pool to be opened this summer. Normal pool opening is Memorial weekend, as this is the second week of July before we were able to use our ammenity! Only open for a few days and yet again on a beautiful, hot, sunny day we are not able to use the pool with no letter, notice, indication, communication...nothing!! It is locked and no one in the community can use it. We also cannot communicate with anyone in corporate or local office to speak with regarding this ongoing frustration. The park itself is being mismanaged and the corporation apprently doesnt care, as the complaints are ongoing with park maintenance as well. Trust me, Im not the only resident here who feels this way. After 3 years of living in this community with next to NO complaints, we are making plans to pack our bags and MOVE ON!! If youre looking for a new place to move, DONT MOVE HERE!!

The worst customer service ever... Lady answers the phone with just a hello and passes me to another woman who was no friggen help what so ever.I need to know if they are selling the land my home is on..

Yes, I agree dont move in here, Managment are abusing their powers according to them they can do it. But yet until now everyone that has work at this office they end up in jail.

What a disappointment of company! No one answers their corporate office and when they do answer, the operator is the only person you will get to speak to. They have been instructed to forward your concerns for you to NO ONE.

Unbelievably rude and useless staff.
