I was there with my spouse so that she could get her hair cut. From the time we got there until they were done cutting her hair, ended up being a hour and a half. The stylists seemed more interesting in taking their time with things and talking to one another rather than get haircuts done so people were not waiting as long. In their defense they seemed short staff that day, we went on a Saturday afternoon and we did not have an appointment. I would reccomend making an appointment so that you dont have to wait as long. They only do same say appointments though so you have to call the day of. Haircut was good for my spouse and the stylist was kind and friendly overall.

They cut my daughters hair when we were in a bit of a rush on graduation day, and did a quick style for us too. Great job.

Took my daughter today and she was only in the chair maybe 5 minutes. Come home later and we are finding really long hairs all over. Will never go back! The pictures are just 2 I took.

I, typically, would give them a great review. However, yesterday was the exception. The stylist was very nice but when I asked for layers, ...ugh. So disappointed. My hair is not at all what I wanted nor asked for. Now, I have to wait two days to get it fixed.

Shop closed when I arrived. I had 1pm appt time. No call from anyone.

Edit: Since implementing a regular call-ahead scheduling policy, they have much improved! Havent missed a haircut since. It just took a little bit for them to get the hang of.Generally a very good salon, but scheduling is not their strong point. I had an appointment scheduled for Sat afternoon, but when I arrived, the store was closed. I understand that issues will arise with Covid, but cancelations need to be communicated to customers. This is the second time Ive had to miss an appointment here. I may have to find somewhere that will actually take me...

I tried to walk in today and the sign says there open but no one is there and lights are off

The prices are great for both the services and products.I went in for the first time today for an eyebrow wax and hair cut - I got introduced to new products that the stylist tried on me with no pressure to buy.The environment and is mellow, and the music they play is great (alternative).Shout out to my stylist Tiffani for a great hair day!

I wanted to keep my length. I have been putting my hair cut off for over a year! Anytime I say I need a trim and want to keep my length they always cut inches off my hair. Andrea took me in, washed my hair and brushed it. She spent a lot of time on my hair. She kept my length, gave me a trim and style! All for an amazing price. I will continue to come here as long as she is here! My favorite expirence in a salon n by far! Thanks Andrea!

Unfortunately every time I am in the shop there is always a costumer who is making everyone else uncomfortable, or children running around, not being watched by parents. And the staff here are nice ladies and they know what they are doing, always willing to help and answer questions about products or cuts. The turn off is children unattended. But I always go back, because the ladies do a nice job. And they try to deal with the unruly costumer, I will say they have better patience than I do. Congratulations to the ladies at FS you do a super job.

It was my first time in here and I was pretty wishy washy based on the reviews it was very up and down but I know you can’t judge an entire place by one person so I thought I’d give it a try and I’ve got a family reunion this weekend and was wanting a cut and color and went in and no one seemed to want to do it but one of the girls was on her lunch and she said she’d clock in early from her lunch to do my hair if no one else was going to do it so Christal clocked in and actually talked to me didn’t just do whatever she wanted and was honest about what she thought would look good and I couldn’t be any happier she said she just moved back to the area and was gone for however long and so if your wanting to try again but have had bad luck in the past go back and ask for christal she was so honest and sweet! Thank you for squeezing me in sweetie!

Stylist was fantastic, but check-out machine charged me double. Will check with salon manager when they open tomorrow. Will report back on resolution. Meanwhile...be careful!

I am extremely upset, I booked an apt 2 weeks in advance and when I show up, no one was even there. No one showed up to open the store and never called to inform me. If I could give no stars, I would.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Ive never been able to say I liked my old hair better until now. I was supposed to get a pixie cut. My bangs were supposed to be below my eye and right above my cheek. Instead they are above my eyebrow. I literally cannot even part my hair or push it to the side. It is way to short. The girl rushed it and just started cutting it. Didnt even ask how short I wanted it. I even showed her several pictures of how long I wanted it and how I wanted it cut. I dont even want to leave my house. So embarrassing.

Ive been here a few times, seems like I always see new faces though, Ive never gotten the same stylist twice and I really appreciate being able to find a good one and keep them.

Literally cried the whole way home. Went in for a trim and she had cut about 6 inches off. I definitely learned my lesson and will never go anywhere new again!

Was by far the WORST I called to talk to a manager today because of my daughter haircut, aka butcher cut, and the first person I talked to I asked to speak with a manager andWas told there wasn’t any or they currently didn’t have any so they asked me what they could do for me I said I would like to talk or have a number to contact a manager she laughed and said talk to so-and-so couldn’t catch her name becauseIt sounded like she threw a phone to someone else who got on the phone laughing and rudely asked what can I do for you when I repeat it again I want a manager or managers number she became stupid rudely almost like she was on some kind of crack or something and told me they didn’t have a A manager then the next minute she tells me that there’s a guy that acts like a manager but I would have to give her my information before she even thought about giving it to you in amazing it went from no one can help to maybe he can help way to run a hair salon by far the worst and I live in St. Louis experience I have ever dealt with so I would definitely say run from this hair salon ! Someone really needs to get the hours updated on Google, it says they are open till 5 on Saturdays but they told me 4 and it says they open at 8 am on mondays and its 9:05 and still not open and no hours on the door. I have had great haircuts here but Im very frustrated about this

I have tried several chain salons and was very reluctant to try the branch here in Farmington, MO. The Arnold, MO branch was horrible. I could have done a better job if I had done it myself. Whole different story at the Farmington branch. Angee cut my hair and did a wonderful job. She listened to what I said but I also told her to do what she thought best. And she did. Best haircut Ive had in years. I will continue to go there as long as they have people that are as good as she is.

Pay for a shampoo cut and style, yet hair was cut dry..didnt even ask if I wanted the wash that I was to pay for.. took MAYBE 5 minutes and she was done....again didnt even ask if I wanted it styled....Sure didnt walk out feeling fresh and pampered! I will not be back!!!

The lady who cut my hair questioned my nationality and I didnt think to much of it until a person came in whos skin was darker then mine and they refused to cut that persons hair until ID was shown to them. They said I dont have it because I didnt know Id need it for a hair cut. Then the person left. And the lady cut hair 5 or 6 inches SHORTER then I told her. She totally screwed up my hair and discriminated against me and another person because of our dark skin.
