This place is legit. I found exactly what i was looking for and for a reasonable price. Staff is extremely helpful. Especially Courtney. She LISTENED and responded based on my needs as a customer. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It definitely makes me want to go back for other furniture. They have financing options. Soooo glad that I picked them over Ashleys and Big Lots.

We bought 2 recliners and a sofa from Shanna at Freight Direct. She worked with us to find just what we were looking for. The staff went above and beyond to insure that our experience was the best. When their delivery men delivered the furniture they even moved our old furniture out for us. We would highly recommend Freight Direct to anyone looking for quality furniture. Great little furniture store with rock-bottom prices. We bought a mattress for 1/3 of prices we found elsewhere in town. Courteous, helpful staff. Delivery is extra but clean, courteous, efficient men delivered it. They have all kinds of furniture. Well-worth the drive for great prices.

I bought a leather sectional sofa from Freight Direct earlier this year and am so happy that I did. It is so soft and comfortable. It is a brand that was not on the floor to choose from but when I told the staff what I was looking for they found this Klaussner brand in their catalog for me. If you don’t see something in their showroom that you are looking for be sure to ask someone there about it, they just may be able to find it for you like they did for me. This little store is packed with good quality furniture, lots of selection, you cant tell it from the outside. I like it that there was no pushy selling, instead they are just friendly and really tried to help me get what would fit my room and my budget. I am planning on buying from them from now on. I recommend that everyone should look here first.

The furniture is great for the price! And the service is even better! We had a damaged dresser that we didnt realize until we unpacked it (we picked it up), and were so worried about them replacing it. We called and they immediately offered to replace it and even delivered the replacement the same day, free of charge. Were very impressed and will be buying out furniture there from now on.

Courteous staff, prices higher than new . Unclaimed freight is what is discarded from others, personal opinion. Is that it should not be priced equal or higher than new off a show room floor. I would not shop thereQuality does not equal price...
