Great customer service from my experience and also great service in general.I generally bring my vehicles here for; oil changes, flat tires and new tires.Havent had anything go wrong so I would say they are pretty good. Their customer service is also pretty spot on and they are pretty knowledgeable and friendly.

Called a day in advance to check prices on 2 tires and alignment. Was told that its first come first serve, so I asked what time they open for business. I was told at 7:30 am. So the next day I got up early and left home at 5:30 because it takes an 1 hr and 30 min to get to farmington from where I live. I got to the building 20 minutes before they opened. Went in as they opened, was told that there was some already ahead of me.. 🤔 they just opened. Anyway I waited all morning for 2 tires to get replaced and a wheel alignment. By the way I had done all the time rods inner and outer, ball joints and struts myself about 2 months ago. All I needed was it to be aligned. My point is I arrived before the store opened and left around 11: 30 . Too long of a wait I think! I hope to get better service next time around.

We are a family on the road with our travel trailer and we needed new tires. They were very helpful on the phone and in person. They quickly changed the tires and we were back on the road in no time!

I am so pleased with service provided from Four States Tire! Brandon Miller and his team were helpful, honest and quick! They prepared me for additional work and cost that may be needed but then got into the work on my vehicle they found I didnt need anything extra. They could have easily pulled one past me and I would have never been the wiser. They were wonderful and I will definitely be using them in the future!! Thanks again Brandon!

Blew a tire just outside of Farmington and called these guys for help. Brandon and Daniel arrived and jumped right on my flat. I also opted to have two other tires changed and they got those taken care of super fast. These guys were awesome and a life saver to get me back on the road to Texas. I get my oil changes there because everyone is very friendly.

I normally would have Four States do my oil change until recently I asked my brother to change my oil, he’s ASE certified and came home before the shut down of his work due toCOVID19.... Keep in my I haven’t drove my vehicle since they changed it, just until recently after my brother replaced the clutch. After doing so he advised me to just change the oil too.So my brother came to me and said they stripped my oil plug and replaced it with a new one. Now I’ve seen him change my oil a few times and sure enough it was a different oil plug AND there was metal shavings in the oil pan after he drained it!So they give you a break down of what they did and what your vehicle needs when they’re about finished with your vehicle, they could’ve added, “oh and btw we stripped your oil pan so we replaced it with a new one.”

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Four States. I loved working with Jean-Paul and having his help on my car. He explained what I was getting in a way that made perfect sense to me and I noticed a huge improvement after they worked on my car! The service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I had a bent rim and didnt exactly have the cash to spend on a set of wheels and mentioned the Goodyear program. 6 months interest free, cant beat that. Called in for a front end alignment that said bring it in. Got here at 12pm they took my truck to back around 1:15pm just checked on it at 3:30pm still setting outside. If you come in bring 2 vehicles or prepare yourself for a wait.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very busy, however they acknowledged me right away. Service quick and efficient.

*DECEMBER 01, 2018: FOUR STATES TIRE ON EAST MAIN - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I, myself do work at another Tire Shop but unfortunately for my own father weren’t able perform what he needed done so he got recommended from my own workplace to see if they were able to help him with that but in return he recieved a smart mouth by an individual who identified himself as the “Assistant Manager” who also wanted to start a physical fight. I am very disappointed and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would hope they do talk with whomever stated they were the “Assistant Manager” because this is not how to treat your customers no matter what title you have.

My go to place for when I need an alignment on my vehicle. Awesome service, it takes a bit of time but good work overall.

The staff were very professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning here for my next oil change. Thank you all!

Was almost overcharged for tires and camber caster plates. Saved myself hundreds of bucks. Bought my own parts and installed them myself. I recommend coming here for regular tune ups but no major part purchases or installs.

I was on the road got my tires replaced with a good Firestone Brand tire & the price was right

Brandon really took the time to LISTEN to what I needed and help me figure out the best solution to my tire issues. Im from out of town and was a little hesitant when I walked in the door, but he was such a professional! I will definitely be driving into Farmington for all of my future services on my spark!

Absolutly the best tire shop i have been to in quite a while very .I drive over the road for myself and blowed a drive tire .they had what i needed and very fast for me to get it replaced and back on the road very help . Will definitely be back to get the other drive tires replaced in the future

Service is slow. Waiting over 2hrs jst rotation, balance n one repair.

Poor service, had me waiting 2 hrs for a simple oil change... A regular customer of theirs came in for an oil change also and they changed her cars oil before mine.

The staff was kind and helpful. The price to repair a tire was reasonable.

I used to bring 3 of my vehicles for oil changes everytime i needed service even though i work at a tire shop and i was told by one of the sales person that if i was trying to get the company in trouble idk how or why he would say something like that i was so surprised and fustrated so i just stop going to four states

They did a great job on balancing the front tires then they found the problem on the front passenger tire. Im satisfied with their work.

Their ethics are questionable. Tried to sell me two,wheels for my RV. Long story short, after having a front end alignment at a different shop, found out I didnt need the wheels. ($1800).
