I went in to buy my first car and purchased a 08 Chevy Equinox LTZ. The two guys were very nice and willing to work with me, all around the car is great, I had an issue with the breaks and rotors and brought it to their attention and they were kind enough to help me out with that. After buying a first car for my son I discovered a strange sound when in reverse so they suggested I drop the car off so they could look it over, within a few hours they had done some work to the vehicle at no additional charge. I havent driven the car much but the experience has been positive after a full week of owning the car. Ill look at them again when my daughter is ready for her first car.

Set up an appointment to look at a car. Drove 2 hours to check it out. Got there and the car had been sold the night before. I had no problem that the car had sold but, I would have appreciated a phone call or a text. Terrible communication and a waste or 4 hours.

After finishing the paperwork for purchasing the car I was about 2 blocks away and the battery light kept coming on and off. Turned around and went back. Turns out there was a problem with the alternator and it was fixed/replaced at no charge to me. They offer 50% off services to the vehicle you purchased which is great. Had a great experience.

Very nice owner and his son. I purchased a Toyota Avalon with 85k miles on it from them a while ago at a very good price. The car has been impeccable with no issues. Also, when I purchased the vehicle it was missing mud flap panel. The owner purchased a new panel for me immediately and gave it to me and said to bring it back anytime and he would install it and he did. Very happy with my purchase and would buy again from them.

Owners were very nice but I would not buy from them again. The car we bought was a $$ nightmare within a week of buying. They said they checked everything and that the car was good. It wasnt good. It was really bad.We called the owner and told him about the problem with the car. He would offer no help or advice, or any financial reimbursement for a car he said he looked over and everything was good, which it was not. I get that you buy these cars as is, but if the car fails within a week I would think they might offer some assistance in good conscience. Nope. He said I dont care.

I didnt mind the owner, cool older Russian guy(in my opinion). But the car I bought was a different story. I bought a 99 carolla with 155000 on it, should be a good car, right? Wrong. I test drove it and everything seemed normal, but within a few days I found out that it was burning oil(best I can figure) and had a miss on cylinders 1 and 4, I fixed the miss and it was good for about a month, but it came back a few days ago. I would not recommend doing business here to anyone, and I suggest you do the same.

We had a great experience here. Good pricing, clean vehicles, nice peole and fair treatment. Our daughter bought her first vehicle, a Plymouth Vibe, here and shes had no troubles with it in a year and a half of ownership. She loves it! Even though we live out of state, our experience was so good, were back checking their stock for our sons first car. We think theyre worth a look! (Also recommended an amazing inexpensive place for a steak dinner to celebrate afterwards that we enjoyed as well!)

LEMON ALERT! This “mechanic” knowingly sold me a car with a blown head gasket. He assured me up and down when I purchased that he had gone through the entire car and found no problems. The car ran for 45-days before it completely blew apart. I took it into a Toyota dealership and they said the car I had purchased had been in there TWO YEARS PRIOR and they recommended a new engine.I spent $3,500 for the car and even after contacting them for a possible buy back or a split in the cost of repairs the guy screamed at me and said “TAKE ME TO COURT, I DONT CARE!”I’m out $3,500 and now I have no car AT ALL because I couldn’t afford the repairs. This guy is either a terrible mechanic or a complete con artist. If I were you I wouldn’t bother trying to learn the hard way. Please go ANYWHERE ELSE but Nova Auto. Don’t be fooled by these jerks.
