I recently bought a new 2021 Silverado Trail Boss from another dealer because they had it in blue which I wanted. I took my new truck with 720 miles on it and 13 days off the lot of Lemonds Chevrolet (great dealership btw)to auffenburgs service department. My drivers door has a defect in the window seal which is covered under warranty. The service department manager said I caused it. He nonchalantly called me a liar to my face. We exchanged words and he told me to leave the property. I told him to get ****ed as I happily left. Im a retired disabled combat veteran. Customer service can be a nightmare for me. As was the case here. So, so, so glad I didnt buy from them. I take my truck a few more miles down the road to Park Hills Chevrolet now. Much better service, so much so it makes this GI happy! :) I hope auffenburg chevy farmington goes out of business. Thatd also make me happy as well. Burn me, I hope you burn down. The manager Barry was very nice and the sales person that I started with Ethan, awesome, then we ran into some problems with my friends and family discount, The person that took over was a Ryan Cooper and we had leather put on seats which at that moment they did not tell me that it had to be done in St. Louis and someone would be driving my truck to St. Louis and back. was not happy with that situation at all. when Barry, the manager agreed to get the leather seats he did not inform me that the truck would have to go to St, Louis to get done and some one else would be driving my truck there and back and putting extra miles on my truck that I was not compensated for. I would have taken it up there myself if given the chose. I was thinking it would be done some where around Farmington, Mo if going that far it should have been hauled there and back. Then the tonneau cover we had agreed on was $329.00 plus installing it and I had GM reward of $125.00 and at the end I ended up on the short stick of the pole having to pay $301,69. Ryan Cooper a supervior under Barry was nice put in a very arrogant way, if anyone at Auffenberg Chevrolet in Farmington needs to be a supervisor under Barry it needs to be Ethan! If I had to do it all over again I definitely would have not done the trade. Its been a nightmare for me!

My wife dropped off and picked up the vehicle for servicing. When she picked it up, the lady at the front counter couldnt even tell her where it was parked. She told my wife it was in the parking lot somewhere, usually in back. My wife had to walk around the lot looking for it! They should definitely have vehicles pulled up to the door for customers. I will certainly not get my vehicle serviced here again. Even though I still have another free visit.

In and out with no issues. Polite sales. I bought a vehicle I really liked. Bought during freezing weather in an ice storm. After the first day I found out the window didnt roll up and to their credit they fixed it. Two weeks later it was warm enough to try out the AC. The AC made a funny noise so I brought it in and apparently the compressor is broken and the entire system is leaking which is like a $2,000 fix. Obviously theyre not going to fix it. Which made a competitively priced vehicle a really bad deal. Im not saying dont go here but I would say buyer beware. Theres really no way they could have not known it wasnt broken if they did a basic inspection. Not really sure how to feel about the dealer at this point. A dealer should stand by what they sell.

Went in to buy a truck and was repeatedly lied to about price on the truck. Left called back to see if they would honor what they said the first time they said they would. Then revoked on that as well when I was on my way back in to buy it even after I was stupid enough to give them a second chance. They dont honor online pricing for there own website. Then was lied to about trade in numbers. My only trip to affenburg and will be my last trip. A

In case you were wondering my engine light came back on and the automatic start does not work.

Sales person was friendly, but didnt take the time to go over truck controls and features, especially infotainment, new tailgate etc. like I had hoped. Last two trucks I bought, the sales person familiarized me with infotainment and other features of the truck. This purchase was more of a sign the paperwork and out the door experience.

Had my vehicle towed in there to have security system reset and was charged $230.00. Got it home and turned vehicle off and wouldnt resart. Had to tow it back over to them only to find out the only technician who could work on it was out of work due to injury . Waited 3 weeks till he was back to work now they say vehicle is fixed but they want to charge another service fee of $62.50 cause quote time is money.

The worse experience I have ever had. John in service should definitely not be in customer service. A very rude person. Went into get power window fixed and he quotes $2900 bill for me to buy new tires and a bunch of stuff that I wasnt there for. When asked to break it down in cost for just fixing the window he couldnt give me a total but of $2900. I would recommend Turner Chevrolet or Barleys in St Genevieve. #cancerforjohn

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. They are super friendly, get my car in right at its appointment time and have a nice waiting area. I like that they have a kids section with coloring books and crayons. They also have donuts and coffee. And a tv with multiple stations to choose from. They also gave me papers for a rebate to save me some money. Have gone a few times now and dont plan on going anywhere else.

I have taken my car to Affenburg twice to fix my radio. Both times I was told there was nothing wrong with the radio. Then the service manager, was not very nice, when I became frustrated. I know there is something wrong with my radio. There is even a full forum on google with other customers with my same complaint. I was told to bring my car in the next time it acts up? I dont leave close to the dealership and cannot always drop what I am doing to run my car 3 towns over?! I was told by the manager that that was the only way to get it fixed and his crew would also be put out when I brought it in because they would have to stop what they were doing to look at it?! I was told he dont get paid if he dont fix my car?! I have contacted GM and they have started an investigation into my problem.

Bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox from them. Good overall experience. Had some confusion over what Out the Door means. But I should have read the contract before signing and they did do something after the fact, not what I would call coming to an agreement about the term out the door, but it was a sign of good faith so Im not going to fault them for it. Over all a great experience. Our salesman Mike was super nice and helpful. The financing did have some issues due to the bank being difficult but they got it all sorted out. Overall not a bad experience considering the pain Car buying can be. I will be back to order my ZR2 from them.

Found a car with BIG sticker saying it would be $199 with financing. Find out the next day they they wont finance the car because the mileage is to high. Why list a financing price if you cant even get the car financed. Absolutely ridiculous. Then, over the phone, they said I can get this other car for $250 a month. One that I never even looked at! Shady AF.
