I was in Southern Utah on vacation. My previous Hyundai needed to have the engine replaced. All of the folks at Horace were so helpful. They were able to get the warranty work approved, took my car in trade and we worked a deal for a great new car all in 48 hours. Dustin was a superstar. I might travel back to buy my next car.

I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima that I purchased new from the dealership. After nearly seven years of harsh NM sun, the plastic lens over the Xeon headlamps were starting to do the UV fog. The automotive detailing team at Horace, where I always have the car serviced, worked hard with the just the right blend of compound and I would have sworn I had new lenses put on. Dont drive in a fog at night when the only fog is that on your lens. Horace will clean you up! Thanks service department.

Its not a very good business practice to leave late model vehicles on your online inventory list so that when people try to inquire about them you can say oh looks like they went to auction they were in pretty rough shape to then attempt to sell something else newer and with the possibility of financing, this is the second time I tried to get info on these vehicles and the first I never got anything back and thought it strange, now a month later still on the inventory list and its gone to auction. Use honesty and service as a selling point not some scam idea you think people wont notice, and to think I was listening to your radio show every Saturday, too bad, Ill spend money elsewhere .

We bought a truck from this dealer, it was never worth what we paid, we asked them to come down on price because it had been wrecked twice, they refused, we ended up buying the truck anyway because it was exactly what we needed at the time and they helped with financing. Ok, maybe 3 stars for this purchase. Before the truck over the past 10 years we had bought about 6 cars from them, last year we went to buy a bigger van for our family and asked them to run the numbers on our trade in to see where we would be at. Next thing we know they are running our credit from our previous purchase of the truck, without even asking us! We asked them to stop running our credit and walked out. 2 months later we received letters from 7 different banks they had ran our credit through, just about making us ineligible for financing anything else. Now we are in the market for another vehicle and as bad as I would love to use them I dont feel they have done us any favors to earn our business again. They havent given us great deals, they havent cut us any deals, and they lied to us, went behind our back and blasted our credit. Very upset I cant use them as now I want to trade in our truck we bought, no longer needed and get a sedan, which they have the one we want. Very frustrating.

No pressure. Easy and painless-when was the last time YOU could say that when youre buying a new car?! Really. William was on my level, listened to what I needed/wanted and was attentive. The price was right and so was the place to buy it from. Go see these guys if youre in the market.

I have had a lot in the last few months, the most recent was in regards to my Hatch not opening for the 3rd, time. I am out of warranty (currently looking for an extended warranty). It stopped working while I was traveling for work (with a full load) unloading and loading was extremely difficult so I was already taxed about it for the 3rd time in 2 years. I was given a quote on the cost just to look at it, not to repair, since I was out of warranty. Already in a poor state of mind. I arrived to my appointment. As always I was greeted kindly, respectfully, and taken care of on time. Within an hour I was called that the hatch was fixed, when I arrived (day before Christmas Eve), I was given a 0.00 bill and the hatch was fixed! Great team at Nissan, which always brings me back to them.

Tommy is the best salesman to work with. He will go out of his way to make sure he meets all expectations. Will definitely always go with him and recommend him.

Needed parts for a Hyandai. Part is not available elsewhere, only at dealership. I ordered two parts and paid for both. Only one came in and the other was not ordered. How is this possible? He said he used a wrong number for entering. He billed but didn’t order. why would a dealership need to have that procedure for a customer? He apologized but no compensation.

I live in Albuquerque and just purchased my second vehicle from Horace Nissan in Farmington. If you hate pressure and the back and forth price game, this is the dealership for you. I was a able to get a fair price for my trade and a great vehicle at a way better price than I could get in Albuquerque. I will gladly make the 2 1/2 hour drive again when Im in the market for another vehicle.

Everything went just as expected. My vehicle received quality maintenance care with the same outstanding customer service I have grown to expect.

Pretty upset with their service. I put my car in exactly 5 months ago to get my engine replaced! It started out with oh no there is no engines here for your car so your going to have to wait well that took 3 and a half months to get one engine in.......... then it took them another month to replace my engine! Now its been a half a months and they have yet to release my car to me. Paying half with a check half with cash. Very very disappointed. The most annoying thing was that they wouldnt allow loan vehicles or courtesy cars sense I was that long without a vehicle!?!?!?!?!?! Terrible customer service.
