IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. After getting my screen replaced it looked scratched I took it back and he said it just needed cleaned and that they would eventually go away. After that it was glitching and freezing up. Then it slid off the console onto the carpet and the screen shattered and my phone went black. I took it back and he was very rude. He told his employee to just ignore me. I do not get how a screen can shatter by hitting some carpet. I had already been complaining about what was happening and told them I did not think it was put on right but was blown off and they made excuses. Now after a couple weeks I have to try to replace the screen and see if they ruined the inside or if that can be fixed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE OR IT CAN COST TWICE AS MUCH!!!

Dropped a phone off for a new screen, paid in full was quoted 3days, continuously lied and keep stringing me along finnally after almost two weeks i went and got my phone, still broke, and a refund. Waste of time/money/gas/ and energy

Horrible experience...will never go back again. I bought a screen protector and the finger print area didnt work at all and within a week the screen protector had dust between it and the phone...like how does that happen and he says maybe I pealed it back...and couldnt even replace it or refund it

These cellular repair people are amazing. Their prices are decent and the customer service is better than most places in the cellphone repair businesses. Their timing for repairing my phone was fairly quick. I didn’t have to wait long. Thank you, you guys are awesome!!!! I’ll definitely recommend you guys to the people I know.

Very dissatisfied, I bought my husband and I both new phone cases and they both broke within the first week of using them in the exact same place which is where you plug it in to charge. Took them both back and he would not exchange them and you could tell that this particular model was defective. He said I could pick a different style but I would have to pay for them. I will not give him another penny of my money!

I recently difficulties with my iPhone 6s Plus . I researched every website and phone company to repair my device. No luck . My friend told me he could fix it for me but i was kind not confident. Lucky I was in Farmington and I stop by the animas valley mall and saw this phone stand called cellutions and asked if they fix gray static lines and bars issues and when I touch the it opens a different app or automatically calls people. Sohail told me could repair it for $95 dollars and it will take about 30 minutes. I said okay sure . So I left my iPhone with him, awhile later I got a call saying my iPhone is ready. When I got my iPhone back it worked just like brand new and saved me a lot of money from purchasing a new iPhone . So I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a phone repair stop on by the animas valley mall and let Sohail take a look at your device.

***Rant***HORRIBLE HORRIBLE REPAIR FACILITYRECOMMENDATION TO AVOID GOING TO CELLUTIONS IN THE ANIMAS VALLEY MALL. TOOK MY CELL PHONE IN FOR REPLACEMENT OF CRACKED SCREEN. NOT ONLY COULD THEY NOT FIX THE SCREEN AND BLAMED IT ON THE CELLPHONE PROVIDER AFTER MESSING WITH MY PHONE FOR AN HOUR, THEY PUT MY ORIGINAL CRACKED SCREEN BACK ON MY PHONE AND LEFT A PORTION OF MY SCREEN A DARKENED COLOR. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE GENTLEMAN ABOUT THE DARK AFFECT ON MY SCREEN THAT WASNT THERE PRIOR THEIR FAILED ATTEMPT, HIS RESPONSE WAS YOUR ATTITUDE IS UNACCEPTABLE!I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE THAT IS SEEKING RECOMMENDATIONS ON SCREEN REPAIR FROM USING CELLUTIONS.THIS IS THE CELL PHONE KIOSK IN THE ANIMAS VALLEY MALL. NOT ONLY WILL THEY MESS UP YOUR DEVICE, THEYLL TREAT YOU HORRIBLY AFTER DOING SO.Mike, the owner at Screen Savers said he could see exactly what damage Cellutions caused to my device. Mike did fix the screen that needed replaced but he is unable to fix the dim affect my phone has that was a direct cause by Cellutions. I was also told that this place tries replacing screens with previously used screens. Its one of those you dont know what kind of defect youll get and unfortunately you could unknowingly to yourself, get a screen that destroys your whole device from even working again. This is not a business that is ran by honesty or even integrity. This is a business that is just out to make a buck while other trustworthy facilities fix or attempt to fix the disasters that come from the Cellution within the Animas Valley Mall.
