The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all our questions, and worked together as a team.They were very positive and polite with all of their customers. I recommend highly.

I dont even know why they have this office open. Covid-19 or not.Ive been in here twice and both times they told me just go call customer service and Im not going to spend an hour and a half on the phone to remove one device from my plan. The website is impossible to navigate. Im going to Augusta thanks for nothing. *Edit*Your response is invalid and not customer service centric. I asked when I walked in if I needed to make an appointment and was asked what I needed. I needed help removing devices. You sat there 2 feet from someone with new Jersey plates and no mask on either of you. You said I dont even understand their bills, call customer service why are you open?

I went into the Farmington branch to see if they would help activating my replacement device, and the woman working there told me that they couldnt do anything for me, and that I would have to do it myself. I then called the Verizon in Mexico Maine and they said that they would be more than happy to help me activate my phone, and that it was there due diligence to help assist customers in such situations. Unfortunately Ill be spending what I think to be unnecessary gas money to have something done that the Farmington branch could have easily helped with... Thursday February 6th 2020 at around ten p.m. was the date and time at which I attempted to seek help at the Farmington sight.

Upon calling the woman said they have no phones, why are they open? A phone store with no phones?
