Richard the manager I have heard nothing but good storys about! Even when I met him, I didnt have anything bad to say! Very helpful and took as long as I needed. Just got a new phone, S10 and I was very apprehensive about the whole process. Angel was very patient and helpful. I had to back for a couple times and he and Richard were both so helpful. Excellent service, and highly recommend them. East Main in Farmington next to Albertsons.

My visit was unexpected...I am 77 and all this is both mysterious and miraculous...so..I was not sure how my queries would be taken..BUT...These guys were AWESOME....I am so happy that they helped me so much..and I felt totally comfortable...Thank you Verizon for taking such good care of your customers♡♡

I had Samsung phone upgrade. Was told that everything, including photos would be transferred to new phone. Unfortunately, photos taken with old phone, were not transferred including irreplaceable treasured photos. Old phone was cleansed of files on day of upgrade. Photos were ALL LOST!Lessons: 1. Trust but verify, make sure that your prized photos are indeed present on new phone(BEFORE you leave the store!) 2. Better yet, keep your old phone! REAL BUMMER!

He was far more knowledgeable than the service rep that I contacted at another Farmington Verizon store. Would highly recommend asking for him to address your issues.

I went into Verizon to get a case for a phone and talk with Eric. He told me about a program they offer for customers where I get screen replacements. My phone died out of the blue on Friday before my husband was scheduled for cancer treatments in Albuquerque on Monday. It was horrible timing to say the least. In a panic we came in store to see if we could get it replaced same day. Jennifer was patient (where I was freaking out) and AMAZING! She was able to get my phone replaced without breaking the bank and her customer service is outstanding. Even when greeted by a frantic, not so polite customer (me) she went above and beyond and I cant thank her enough for the peace of mind she restored!

Robert was kind enough to help me with a smile, after my Costco experience with Verizon being mislead it was refreshing to receive honest answers. I went into this store with a completely unlocked iphone. I told the guy at the front that I had it on AT&T and was interested in switching it to Verizon. I was told that it would not work on the Verizon network. Even though the phone was bought brand new and unlocked. For any network. He then asked if I would like to buy a new phone. Way to go. Chase off a customer. I went to t-mobile and had the phone activated. Since Verizon and t-mobile are both gsm networks how could the phone work on one and not the other. Thanks for nothing.A lost Customer.

Had the best experience ever after not wanting to go back to Verizon !!! It started off a little shady with one of the salesman he didnt seem to care a whole lot about what I wanted or needed. I think his name was Eric. He just didnt care and was extremely rude. I thought about it for a few days and went back in with intentions of a complaint and was greeted by another salesman and he was the most caring andsweet gentleman. He listened to my wants and then found a phone and plan that was right for me. I would not be with Verizon and would not have a great phone if it wasnt for Chris. Amazing customer service skills. After spending many hours becoming very frustrated trying to fix some issues with my phone, I decided to head to the nearby Verizon store. I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner by a young man. This employee proceeded to spend over an entire hour working non-stop to solve my problem - all the while keeping up an enjoyable conversation to make the time pass quickly. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service in my life. He is one of the few people who sincerely assist you and make an otherwise boring or unappealing experience a delightful experience. It cant be said enough how incredibly well I was treated, I wish I could somehow contact the manager and tell him all this myself - this employee deserves a huge raise because I feel like his incomparable service is invaluable. After he solved my problem, I demanded he tell me his name - usually great service doesnt entail reviews, but this was far beyond great, and I will give credit where its due.Thank you Chris Weaver for the fantastic experience - I seriously doubt Ill ever use any other Verizon location again - for anyone else who may be reading this, I cant speak of all the employees, but if Chris Weaver is there, then the greatest customer service awaits you at this store.

I came in because I went over on my data. I was pretty upset because I really dont do much. So my mind set was this company just takes advantage. I was dealing with Rob and all he could tell me Is Im not sure why, but I could raise your data and sell you an ipad. I know he was just doing his job, but definitely not the soLuton I was needing. Fortunately for me, Chris Weaver approached me and showed me on my phone where all my data has gone ! Not only did he show me ways to monitor it, but he educated me and set data limits that were even synced with my monthly cycle ! Im very glad I was over heard by him, because I was moments away from cancelling my phone ! Theres nothing better than an honest person, who cares about making my life easier, not suggesting I go out side my budget !

Switched from Sprint and was excited to use Verizon. Went into this store and was helped by a male sales manager. During signing up he wanted to sale me tempered glass and phone cases. We only asked to buy one case in which he said he would include the tempered glass with the case. He then played the Nice guy and stated he would throw in a case and tempered glass for two other phones no charge. He printed out my paper work, we signed he said that my first bill would be high but would come down. After receiving two high bills, I started to look at the original paper work and discovered that it was missing pages. I returned to the store and spoke to the same male manager to question him. He returned with the page that I was missing. He had charged me for the tempered glass and phone cases. I confronted him about the charges he was unwilling to help and lied to my face about giving me the extra case and tempered glass. I asked him to have his supervisor call me still havent got a call. Beware of this dishonest sales manager. Very disappointed!
