Yesterday evening i was in your store porting over another number adding a line and the woman working who helped me. Around 5pm charged me 65 dollars to port over my number with a free phone. I didnt receive a receipt and didnt think much of it at the time. There was not one in the bag with the phone box.Paid the bill for another 70. But it seems to only be the 70 dollar charge and a 35 dollar charge on my account so it seems like she kept some of my money. It really seems shady like she was stealing.

I got helped by Jonathan and Adonis. They were both really kind and helpful. Full of energy and ready to work. They make a great team. Ask for them they are awesome workers for the company. Thank you guys! Made my crappy day better..!!

My son Switched from att to cricket, he wont get any service for two or three more days, maybe, no guarantee. No refund, they took his old att sims card now he has to wait for un none timeline for cell service or buy new cell phone and different service. They will rip you off and tell you thats the way it goes. Thieves
