Going to this US Cellular is always a good trip. I recommend Keith to everyone, hes super nice, personable, and dedicated to work with you! He is always willing to try everything under the sun if I come in with a problem. 99.9% of the time he can solve the problem. Any time you have a question he will double check to make sure everything is 100% to your satisfaction. Couldnt ask for better service from these guys who create a friendly, welcoming environment!

Great if you’re just starting out with them, but after your two year contract is up, run as far away from them as you can.The coverage is pretty great, but that’s it. They deceive you by telling you they’ll give you an iPhone or something, but then they say it’s only for new customers (after you’ve signed another contract). Do yourself a favour and do not get locked in with this company.
Simply can’t get waited on at this store. Multiple attempts in the last few months. Suggest staffing improvements or allowing customers to make an appointment. I’ve been a customer for years and I never had this problem before these recent months .
I received excellent service this week from Bianca at the farmington location near Burger King. I have struggled with reception for a long time now and was ready to give up on U.S. Cellular. She knew exactly what to do with my phone and now I am making calls comfortably without any complaints. She was a pleasure to work with. Also the appearance of the store is very up to date and clean. Every time I go theres always some type of issue. 1st time youll be told something and another is completely different and it doesnt matter what the 1st person said to you they will not honor it. Even if you ask and speak to a manager, All they care for are their sales and how much they can charge you...
Reps from the local store are helpful and really nice. The corporate reps are also but the store could not back up what the corporate rep promised. Notes are in my account for a certain amount. We got to the store and low and behold it was 40$more. They would not honor it. I spent 3 hours there one day and 3 hours the next. Not happy with my monthly bill!!!!
Although i hate being in cell phone stores in general, this location does have very nice sales staff. They are super friendly and try their very best to be helpful. Usually a bit of a wait. So, dont go in a hurry.
We walked into this store 1 hour before closing, in quite a predicament with our previous cell phone provider. The woman who assisted us in opening up a new phone plan stayed well over an hour past closing, and helped us find the best possible solution to our problem. Absolutely satisfied!

I have had service with US Cellular for over 10 years. This is the worst location I have ever had to deal with! THey are rude and it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour from the time you walk in to get service from an associate. My smart phone recently needed to be sent out for repair due to a malfunction, they gave me a phone which does not even allow for 3G or 4G service and doesnt work properly!! When I sent my phone out they said it would be 2 -2.5 weeks, now they are telling me it could be 6 weeks!!
Sometimes the wait is long. Staff may not have all the answers, but they will look for them. Getting back to you after your visit may not happen.
