Worst customer service. Order a phone said it will be ready in 2 hrs, show up only to be told they sold it already. They had to call another store to deliver another phone. Then try to charge me for them to do their job, I really surprised they didnt charge me for putting my phone in a bag. ( Oh, you want a bag?... Thatll be 40$)... Very very bad experience, the kind that make not wanna go this particular one.

Fast service

Well informed and knowledgable staff. Went above and beyond to get me 2 devicea for no to low cost.

Went in to get a SIM card was told I couldnt purchase one unless to had it activated there by the manager in this location. Got a manager from another Verizon store to go over with me and ask why I couldn’t just purchase a SIM card and they still refused my mother and I will not be going over to this location again! Much prefer the store further down.

These people are snakes and will jump at any chance get you to waste money on things you don’t need. If you want to be neglected or taken advantage of then Verizon is the service for you.

I walked in completely upset about my phone acting up. I was quickly greeted with a smiling face and asked how Deidra could help. I explained my problems and she gave me ways to fix them right on the spot as well as showed me some new things about my phone. Deidra then talked about the benefits of having a glass screen protector on my phone and even put it on for me. I am so blown away by the customer service this store offers. far better then some Albuquerque stores. I will definitely be comming back to this store for further business
