Very pleasant young lady who waited on us! Wish I could remember her name. I do remember that her shoes matched the red checkered dinner theme lol.The husband and I had several errands to run that morning before we went for breakfast.This young lady was about the only person who we encountered that morning who was pleasant and professional.I am not referring to any of the other dinner staff. Other places we visited that morning seemed that everyone was unhappy or disliked their job.It was definitely nice to end our morning errands with such a pleasant young lady!Food was good. We had an Omelet that was alot of food.2 people could definitely share one. Each should get something different so you have a variety to share with one another.No wait time at the door or for our food which was nice because after running that morning we were ready for breakfast.
Quick and friendly service. Lots of food for the price. And the good tasted amazing, the hash browns were crispy and not mushy, everything tasted fresh.
Food was really good, very good coffee. Only problem was our waitress wasnt the most attentive. While our food sat, she was busy talking at the counter. The daughter of 1 of the servers had to keep telling her what to do and she was like 12! We even had to walk our ticket up to pay as she talked some more...
First time here. Passing through. Would be willing to try this place again. It wasnt terrible, but nothing blew us away either. My husband had a gyro with fries and I had the fiesta skillet. The fiesta skillet was bland and added hot sauce to it. Staff was young and friendly, but not very tentative. Never refilled my drink or checked to see how everything was. It was not busy.
Our service was great as well as our orders.. one of my favorite places to eat

Ate breakfast here. Sit where you like. Lots of options for meals. Food came out quick. Food was hot and fresh. Coffee was great. So why the three stars? No one came back to see how I was doing. If I needed more coffee (I ran out halfway thru my meal). Other waitresses checked on their customers multiple times. They offered to top off their beverages several times. My waitress disappeared for my entire meal. Maybe there’s rules for attending clients between the waitresses that should be revised? Also, full transparency, I was offered a cup of coffee to go. I accepted. I did leave a tip. I very seldom not leave a tip. This was a Friday at around 8:15 AM. This little restaurant is well within walking distance of the three hotels located around it. Very reasonable prices.
Wow...poor service, no tea, nothing special regarding fries or Ruebens. Only 2 customers, Very Long Wait....will not return. Loved the Park Hills location......

I live in Saint Louis county and friend of mine and I Wanted to take a little morning road trip. So we drove to Farmington Missouri where this restaurant is and we were impressed. The prices were right and the food was amazing. Unfortunately I didnt take a picture like usual next time I will.

The best place in Farmington for breakfast. Love the Mediterranean omelets. They give you enough food for two people. I try hard to eat it all but never can. It is sooo yummy.
Had to send biscuits and gravy because it was cold.This is the 3rd time this has happened. On a positive note,our waitress(Summer) was our great and very pleasant! Better than any waitress we have had for a while!

It was busy and they need a cook. It took awhile to get our food because they were short handed. Not really their fault. The wait staff was really nice.
My hashbrowns were very undercooked and cold. I only received one cup of coffee from my waitress, I had to get up and pour my own second cup and retrieve my own silverware as I was never once asked by my waitress if I needed anything. Very slow service and alot of tables left unbussed for most of my time in the restaurant. I probably wont go back. It used to be delicious so Im very disappointed.

Terrible! We were visiting the area and looking for a small local diner for breakfast. When we walked in, there were dirty tables everywhere and we were told to sit at one. The waitress was rude, she barely wiped the table with a rag that was dropped on the floor right before she came to our table. Another waitress told her they would need to help with bussing tables and she said “no” and sat on her cell phone. Would not recommend to anyone! It was a disgusting place, I can’t even imagine what it was like in the back.
Bacon was over cooked, pancakes were rubbery and the sausage gravy had a trace of sausage in it
Service was rough today, and the food not so great. My daughter got a fruit cup, and half the fruit in it was bad. The server ignored my table when she was placed with a larger group. I get it that its busy but waiting 15 minutes after were done eating for the check is ridiculous. Normally it is really great, so Im just gonna say it was a rough day for them.

The food is good. The service is sllloooooow 3 servers walked past our table two times each finally we got to put in a drink order. There was 3 maybe 4 tables covered in dishes. They decide to sit and text on their phones. I like the food its good. Service needs to be overhauled

The waffles were dense, the coffee was tasteless, the bacon was greasy and thin. The hashbrowns were cooked just barely done. I would not return to this place if I was paid. I asked to speak to a manager and the head waitress came out and said im the best theyve got. When I asked again she said what do you need. So guessing no manager was there. When I addressed she apologized and said ill be right back. When she came back she said ill refund your drinks thats the best I can do. I had a waitress who was on her 2nd day and she did a better job than anyone else in the entire place. Take my advice go somewhere else. $40 for 3 people and left hungry.
Food was great.The waitress was on time with very thing. From the time we sit down getting drink to table to getting our food to us . Very happy we left factory 3 and came to eat here at factory 2. FACTORY 3 CAN LEARN A LOT FROM FACTORY 2. WILL BE BACK TO FACTORY 2 NEXT TIME WE COME TO MISSOURI

Service was good waitress was on her job doing her thing very polite ...prices was good...had high hopes on eating there...food looked fire on reviews...but I was really let down...mashed potatoes were very cold and my veggies were jus plain ole canned mixed veggies...but the roast beef was umm..edible...not horrible...jus..ok...but I will say that the salmon my wife ordered was good...tea n coffee was good..if they offered more/better sides I would of given 4 stars maybe 4.5

Visiting from Florida. Had a wonderful home style breakfast. Great service from our waitress Olivia. Coffee was always “topped “ off. Will definitely come back.
This place has a great breakfast I mean you never seen so many things on a breakfast menu and if you cant find it there why you just dont need it. And the waitresses are second to none they got a great sense of humor theyre full of ideas and they work real hard at keeping everybody full and happy.

Was given burnt sourdough toast, was given the wrong Skillet plate they had to take back when I got the right one the green peppers were raw not even cooked biscuits tasted like they came out of a freezer bland gravy scrambled eggs not even cooked all the way and runny sunny side up eggs overcooked waitress service was terrible this is why I stopped going to the one on 1st Street thought Id give this one a try but this ones just as bad not going to try it ever again goodbye factory diner
First time ever my husband had to send food back at a restaurant. When you order hash browns and they come completely white and undercooked for breakfast, thats not good. The waitresses couldnt stop talking to each other long enough to even bring us our menus to look at for quite some time. The table next to us, we overheard them complaining about their food being undercooked. The waitress told them that their food couldnt get any crispier after they had sent theirs back as well. Not sure what that was about, but we heard them discussing removing an item from their bill. First time there, well look for another Diner.

I love their breakfast! They have the best breakfast omelets! My favorite is the factory dinner omelet! It is HUGE and tasty! The customer service is phenomenal! They always get everything ready for me to pick up as soon as possible! The servers deserve the best tips possible, they work so hard to please everyone! Thank you so much!

Me and my wife came here I ordered the country fried steak meal with well done hash and my wife got a waffle meal my steak was soggy and cold my hash was undercooked and all the food tasted of burnt grease I wouldnt feed this to a starving dog.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My Farmington omelet tasted like a sponge. I couldnt even cut my nieces pancakes up for a butternife, even drenched in syrup, there wasnt even viable knife marks on them. When we went to pay and told the waitress about how our food wasnt eatable, she didnt offer as much as an apology.

Food was delicious and the pricing was great too. The atmosphere is a little “aged” and it was very quiet. I plan to order again, but probably carry out to avoid the awkward feeling inside the diner
The food portions are large .. coffee was awesome... And the ladies that were waiting on us was very good.
We came on a sunday, and it was pretty busy so I wasnt upset that our breakfast took 45 minutes until we realized all of it was room temp (except one of the omelets). It was clear that omelet was made last, and way too late. The one warm omelet was good, but the other omelet and cold hashbrowns, toast and biscuits and gravy ruined the appetite. Also, our server was very kind, but just couldnt keep up with the customers. They have flavored creamer though which is cool.
Pretty good food, good service, not very good atmosphere, very loud rap music coming from the kitchen and lots of yelling from the cooks at some of the waitresses.

Not gonna lie! I was really hungry when we arrived and ordered food and it did the trick filled my grumble nothing spectacular to mention. As I set and ate I observed others leaving and watched the waitress use the same rag to wash several tables and just laid it on the counter to reuse again. As we stood at the counter waiting to pay I noticed how disgusting the carpeted floor was I was literally sticking to it the carpet looked as if used oil was dumped all over it. The waitress was very courteous and polite. And the service was prompt. But that is my experience.
