I just love our Farmington Xfinity store. Its so much easier than trying to do something on the phone. Ive had to go there 3 different times now and each time has been excellent! Absolutely the BEST customer service! Leslie helped me this last time and was just great in her abilities to assess and take care of my needs.

Nothing against this store. When I call xfinity they always seem to have no knowledge on resolution and frame rates. They’re like robots programmed to say they can get you faster speeds for just $10 more. They’re very rude too. I realize that xfinity has monopolized the city of farmington but they should still at least attempt to make their customers happy.
I pay an arm and a leg for internet that is constantly shutting down. Every single day for hours at a time. I think its time to switch carriers.
Poor connection in kirtland. I will be looking for a new carrier.

I love their newer mall location so much more than their old location. It has an open floor plan and multiple spots in the store where they can help you. The service is fast, and they will help you find the right plan for you. They are upfront about costs and will answer all your questions, including breaking down your bill if you have any questions about it.They have also put precautions in place to limit contact due to covid19.Just got back from their store, I felt very welcomed and my issues were taken care of within 10mins.I recommend getting their fastest internet and the unlimited plan if you do a lot of streaming and/or downloads. The speeds they offer keep you from being that guy that is lagging out in game and getting yourself or your team killed.Also, they now send out text messages when there are outages and an estimate of when it will be back up.
They were very nice and helpful when you signed a new contract with them. But when you do have issue with your bills and need help, theyre not only rude, unprofessional and just totally not helpful at all.
Great service when you’re upgrading or moving or need help with something. Not so friendly when you need to cancel a service.
The worst customer service!!!you send me an email that says I can watch free movies and when I cant access them and call in I have an agent telling me who said you could have free movies!!!!!
I walked in today to try and add a service to my moms account for her, they werent overly busy (two were with customers and a 3rd one was on her cell phone) there was nobody else in the store, as the two got finished with the people they were helping in walked more customers (native Americans) I was totally ignored and they knocked themselves out to get to the people who walked in after I did.Horrible move on their part, I pay the bill for my mom, once this contract is up, unless they go through and come up with a much better deal than what I pay for now at a much cheaper price, they will be coming back to pick up their equipment and I will be going with someone else.
Theyre really out to just make a sale, not worried about what you really need.

The New Service Center is located at The Animas Mall not to far away from Taco Bell and is located in the middle of The Texas Roadhouse Restuarant and to the left of JC Penny Store called XFINITY in Giant Red Letters! I live in Kirtland, NM and Im getting between 856-971Mbps Download Speeds & 38-45Mbps Upload Speeds for $92.00 a month and my family has a total of 14 Devices and we are all Very Happy! The agents in this store do not listen to their customers and only are interested in up selling their products. They dont even have their store number on their cards.. you have to call Xfinity so might as well talk an agent on the phone! Thats what I did and I got EXACTLY what I wanted and not what the agents in the store were trying to sell me. Save yourself a headache....just call the 1800 number and deal with someone on the phone and dont go to the store.

Needed to change my due date they give me 800 number they tell me to go on line....not everyone has access to computer....not even gunna try....the store tells me they cant do on their end!!! Now Im stuck with paying late charges!!!!! Maybe Ill go back to direct TV....
