Theres a lot of mixed reviews at this location, but I had a great experience. They greeted me right as I came in and asked me what I needed. I was three minutes late for an appointment and they said it was okay. I checked in, then waited for a Specialist to help me find the iPhone that I wanted.

Im pretty disappointed in this store. I’m from Texas and the Apple stores there treat me very differently. Every Apple store I have gone to i get greeted and get asked if I need any assistance even if it’s busy. I mean cmon it’s Apple! It’s known for this! But this store, I come in with readiness to buy a new Mac. The store has a few customers and many employees sitting around chilling and talking to one another. This is the first time ever at an Apple store where I walk in and go in front of a product table and don’t get approached by someone for assistance. I go up to 2 employees and ask if they can send someone to help. They said yes and after a few minutes I see them still talking to each other and decided to go ask a different group of employees. I asked if they had a manager but I decided just to leave it because I just needed a new Mac because I started my master degree and didn’t want to have any issues. I went home with a new Mac and left it. But after discussing the afternoon before bed with the person I was with it just didn’t sit well in our stomachs the experience and i decided to make this review. I really don’t want to say it’s because that we look different then the majority here or we look out of place but I don’t expect that kind of service from Apple. Disappointed with the service but my new Mac is awesome I just won’t come back to this Utah store again. I’ll wait til I go back home in Texas for any help I need. I think that statement should speak mountains in itself.

I had my phone battery replaced here before the pandemic. Everything was great with the process. Theres always someone to greet you at the entrance and direct you where you want to go. Most of the employees you meet there are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help however they can

Fast service, friendly employees and very clean. I was late for my appointment, but did not have to wait at all. I went in, was greeted right away and pointed to an employee waiting with my purchased item ready to be picked up. I was in and out within a couple of minutes.

They had really kind personnel but didnt do a great job. I took my iPhone in to repair the screen. They told me to back my phone up and helped me purchase extended storage so that I wouldnt lose anything. After assessing my phone, they gave me a brand new one. They told me the backup was complete and erased the old phone and then sent me home to activate the phone on my own wifi. When I got home, I found out the backup hadnt been complete. I lost all of my pictures from a recent vacation and more. When I called they didnt have many solutions and just said sorry. I lost a ton of images and am upset because I was told the backup had been completed. They need to change their process and activate the phones in store BEFORE erasing the other phone. I cant believed I payed to lose my data.

I want to stay that Ethan is a really really great. He helped us out with our super old ipad. Only thing is I would give a 1 star honestly on how he was treated by his own manager. I know he is suppose to cover the front but he was helping us out. And since we speak Spanish it helped my parents understand more. I found it very unprofessional to call out your coworker in front of customers. Made me and my parents feel uncomfortable. But then again Ethan is amazing and needs a raise.

Lance was super helpful! He patiently answered my specific questions. I struggled to decide between what product to consider. He walked me through the process and gave specific examples of how my use case would or wouldnt work for each product. Less knowledgeable reps answer with yes or no. But Lance always was able to go into in-depth answers which means he knows the Apple products. Very impressive and a fantastic experience made possible by him.

I set an appointment and still had to wait at the Genius Bar for 30 mins just to find that they don’t repair Apple Watches and I would instead have to order a new one.It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, workers standing around joking, and the lack of organizationI had an awful experience and would not recommend going to this location for apple care

Apple treats their customers like garbage.Expect long wait times, exceeding an hour, even when you schedule an appointment.Expect them to have you come back over three times to repair your device. They’ll have a new excuse each time as to why they can’t fix it yet.They’ll get annoyed when you ask any reasonable questions like asking for an expected timeline of completion.They act like you’re lucky if they speak to you, let alone help you, but won’t actually fix your issue.

I traded-in an old iPad Air for a new iPad Pro at this store. After experiencing the new iPad for a few days, I found that its not ready to replace my personal computer and decided to return it. Unfortunately the store botched the return and I didnt receive a gift card or credit for my trade-in. It took me two trips to the store and over five hours of talking with Apple in-person and over the phone to get the credit. During the process, the store manager claimed that their process and technology for transactions was perfect and accused me of lying to them-- that I had received an electronic gift card already and was trying to double dip. Me, whose purchased thousands of dollars worth of electronics from this very store, trying to scam them for $90? Seriously. I spent more more than $90 in time and resources to get that $90 credit. I could have stopped after the first trip to the store and gave up, but people need to hold big companies like Apple accountable.The store still hasnt owned up to the mistake, error, or whatever happened. I want them to prove that Im wrong, that there was an email gift card delivered to me with the original return, so I can take this post down and say sorry. If its their bad, they should compensate me for my time and resources to make me whole. But according to them, even if theyre wrong, my time and resources are equal to $0.Apple Station Park is a poor representation of the wealthiest company on earth. I hope they actually read these reviews and take action.

I have always had a good experience at Apple Stores. All of the employees are extremely friendly and are always willing to help you with whatever you may need. It is also great how they let you walk around and play with all of their products. It makes it a fun experience and makes you want to buy their products even more. It is just a shame that its just not open during the pandemic...

This store is super nice! The Staff were professional and super kind. I came in for an appointment and they directed me to a seat in the back and told me someone would be with me shortly, and not even 5 minutes later a staff member named Javier (Javie), (SORRY if I butchered the name)came up and helped me. He was professional and kind as well. Would definitely come back again and also recommend to my friends and family to come here if they have any problems with their Apple products. Its also decently small so a staff can just see you walk in and smile at you and you know youll be helped right away.

If you have an hour to kill, and dont mind standing out in the cold weather or rain, then Apple Station Park is a great fit for you. If you dont mind waiting 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment and then having the genius bar worker be frustrated at you that you dont understand Apple products as well as him, then I highly recommend. If done by first thing in the morning means not done for two days, if just a few minutes means 45 minutes, a couple mins means 30, and right now means 15 minutes to you, then you will love your experience at this store. Bonus if you enjoy being treated like a huge, walking, deadly virus.

Their process for line management is awful.First, we walked up at around 225 PM. They dont allow walking, so we had to make an appointment for 255 PM. We waited across the street in the shade until our time.We checked in at 255 PM and we were asked to wait until they were ready. Sun was out but the air was cool. After 25 minutes of waiting, the brought us in. First thing was to check temperature. The temp came back too high (we just spent almost half an hour with the sun beating right on us). So,they said we could wait for 5 minutes. The place they let us stand was at the front window with the sun beating right in. It was actually hotter there than outside. Luckily, they let us do a temp check on the arm and it came back OK.The consultation was fine, the guy was great. He said the phone would be ready at 4:25 PM, 1 hour from then. So, we went to lunch.We returned to thr iPhone store promptly at 4:25 PM. The phone wasnt ready, but it should only be 15 more minutes, so we went back to the shade. After returning at 4:40 PM, we had to wait a few more minutes before they let us inside where we were told to stand by the window again. We waited there another 10 minutes before the tech brought the phone to us. We finally paid for the service at 4:52 PM.Not counting the time before the first appointment, we waited for the Apple guys for an hour. We were shuffled around like we were there to visit Uncle Joe in prison. I did not feel like a customer. I felt more like I had done something wrong and this was just part of the restitution.I use a Samsung, but my family has been working on me to switch to iPhone. This experience has solidified my resolve to not buy a product from a company that can control repairs to the point that they dont have to be courteous to their customers..They got 2 stars because they did actually fix it.

Had my first experience with an Apple store ever last night and David helped me....let’s just say I was my expectations were blown away!!! He helped me beyond what I new I was going in for! We ended up with a fixed phone and solutions to problems and questions we’ve had for months that others told us was unfixable!!! Went looking for an iPhone adapter that can’t be found in other stores. Spent 10 minutes in the only line system at Farmington Station. A guy finally approached me asking me how he could help. Told him I was just needing a cable. He then asked “Do you have an appointment?” I looked back at him, “are you kidding me? I’m just trying to quickly stop and get a cable and already waited 10 minutes in line.” He then says “Well we are only taking appointments at this time.” Keep in mind, there were MAYBE 20 people inside the store. I told him nevermind and walked away. He then yells at me that there is appointment in 7 minutes. So... waited 10 minutes in line and telling me I had to wait another 7 just walk into the store. No thank you. This is NOT how you run a store. Will never visit an Apple store as long as I live and am seriously considering getting rid of all my Apple products. Hard to support a company that runs their stores like this.

So oh, Ive heard so much about Apple and there stores, and their staff, their phones, and the overall Apple experience. Ive been an Android user for 15 years. But my daughter recently bought an iPhone and they seem pretty nice. My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones and were looking for options oh, so I thought Id give Apple a try. I schedule an appointment and went to the Apple Store in Farmington Station. Honestly, I was completely unimpressed. There was no concierge service that Id heard so much about. The sales guy didnt even really answer my questions. He seemed unenthused to be there. And pretty much told me they were just phones. I had expected to be sold on the whole experience and walked out of there with two new iPhones. But after talking with the salesman and the lackluster experience I decided to stick with Android and saved about $1,500 on the purchase of two brand new, never used, still sealed in the Box LG G8 ThinQ phones, and I am pretty dang happy with them. And I saved $1,500.

These guys are lucky I can’t leave a negative 5 stars review!!! First of all I wanted to buy a new Apple Watch today and asked for a specific model and size. After I left I noticed they gave me the wrong size. When I went back to the store to tell them they said they were sold out of the size that I wanted. I asked them if they had another model and they said they had a different one that was in my size. I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy this watch. When I got home I had an email from Greg zeh saying that they sold me the wrong watch and that I needed to pay $100 more for the watch that I currently had. They said if I then I would have to take the watch back into the store. Forcing me to pay for the more expensive one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!

I never leave reviews but the experience I had over the past weekend was terrible. I came in on Friday looking to trade in my iPad for a new one, I have the Apple credit card so I was going to do monthly payments. I got $200 for my trade in and everything was good. Until I got home and noticed a crack in the screen. I was already planning on going back that day cause I was picking up my new phone so I brought the IPad so they could look at it. Without hesitation they said they would swap it out for a brand new one so I was happy about that. We had to return the cracked IPad first then buy a new one so I was immediately refunded my payment for the first one which was about $68. Then while going through the process of buying the new one the guy setting it up did not set it up for monthly payments after I told him multiple times that’s what I wanted and also forgot to add the $200 credit that I had so I ended up getting charged the full price for the IPad all at once. After catching both mistakes I was told that the only way to switch to monthly payments was to wait 24 hours for the refund to come through and then come back and start over. I had already spend so much time there it just wasn’t something I wanted to deal with so I told them it was fine and to just put the $200 towards my phone. So I paid for the phone and left feeling pretty frustrated cause I was not planning on spending $990 on an iPad all at once. I talked to my wife and we decided that it would be worth it to go back and get it to how we wanted it in the first place so we went back the next day and explained our situation. They told us we can do it but the refund won’t come through for at least 24 hours and because I have a $1000 limit on my card I would have to pay off the $990 balance first before I could we could set up monthly payments (because at the time of purchase you have to have sufficient funds on the card so Apple knows you will be able to keep up with payments). So I paid it off thinking it would be OK because I would be refunded in 24 hours and that was the only way to change to monthly payments. After paying it off and setting up the payments the total of the iPad was over $1000 because I no longer had the $200 credit cause it was used on for my phone the previous day. So after going through the entire process of returning the iPad and setting up the new payment he told me that it wouldn’t even be able to go through because it was over my $1000 limit on my Apple Card. The guy kept telling me that there wasn’t anything they could do and if I wanted that iPad (which at this point had a case and glass screen protector) I would just have to buy it out in full again. So I ended up leaving the Apple store for the 3rd time in two days worse off then before because I had just paid another $990 to end up in the same situation. I understand mistakes happen but for this many inconveniences I would have thought they could have done something to help me in this process. But they just kept saying “there’s nothing they can do.” And as a person in sales, I know that’s not true. I am extremely disappointed and went from being excited for my new Apple products to just feeling frustrated and annoyed.

I brought my fully working, mint condition iPhone in to get the display replaced since there was a defective display recall. The staff kept pressuring me to buy a new device instead.After I refused to buy a new device, they took my phone back to get the screen replaced. Two hours later, they said my phone was not repairable and cant tell me why. They return the device and it no longer powered on! They said I brought the device in that way. When I complained to the store manager that they broke my phone, she wouldnt believe me and stated that Apple employees wouldnt lie and immediately tried to sell me a new device again.I spent 5 weeks without a working phone. I had to contact Apples Corporate Customer Relations to get my phone replaced all because the employee lied. Corporate was able to confirm my device was working since they had record of my device functioning right up until the repair appointment. They saw I disabled Find My iPhone minutes before they took it back. Corporate said they were still unable to disclose why my device cant be repaired and refused to acknowledge that their employees lied even when they found proof in their own system. I never expected such poor experience from Apple.

They were trying to void my warranty because I didn’t buy my 12 from them. An iPhone is an iPhone and therefore is covered by a manufacturers warranty. They were running circles around this fact so they can keep their quota of new phones.Wanted me to buy a new phone from them even though it was the manufacturers fault that the display was defected. Couldn’t come up with a decision to swap my phone out until 2 hours later. Wasted my whole day when they could have just simply handed me the phone like they said they were gonna do when I called in from Provo where I live. Terrible customer service.Made an already negative experience even worse. No one should have to go through that when they buy a new phone.

The people were fine and the inventory was fine but they intentionally don’t want to speak to people on the phone. Forgetting calling to find out what inventory is like. You’ll be greeted by an endless loop of automated options that lead to more automated options.This place is worth it only if your phone provider or target is out of the iPhone you want. I went in to get pictures off of a device. I found out that I have to wipe out another device to add the information from my device to that one. Then I can put it on the computer. The device I took to do that was too old so I have to use a different device. They showed me how to do that at home. They were very friendly and helpful.

My iPhone 7 had issues with the cellular data dropping off. I set up an appointment (because walking in wait times are insane) and they have me a loaner phone while they fixed my phone at no cost! Very satisfied with the ease of the entire situation and how the Apple staff helped me during the drop off and pick up. They transferred over my old data and answered all my questions!

Currently there are 3 guards outside the store telling you no entry until you buy something online. You can’t talk to any employees until you have an appointment or an order. I needed to buy a case for a new phone, all of them were showing unavailable online. Instead of allowing me to ask an employee if any are in stock since I was at their store security told me I had to go online first. They couldn’t explain to me either why these new policies are now in effect. Meanwhile roughly 8 employees are sitting inside the store doing nothing but waiting for somebody to play by these made up rules. I’m taking my phone back, not worth the money or the hassle.

Large Apple store located in the Station Park shopping mall. Stays open late. Walk-ins are welcomed, but appointments are encouraged. Appointments can be made over the phone, which is quite a process. Knowledgeable service reps and technicians there. Have had great success with my specific issues. After making the mistake of going to Best Buy for a cracked screen, we made it over to Apple. Ill never make that mistake again.The wait was a little long, but it was nice to have someone check in with you so you didnt feel forgotten. Like everyone else though, when they get to you, they take their time and try to make it the best experience possible.I think Sam S. is the one who helped us and he was incredible. He listened to us complain and Best Buy and showed some serious interest in making things better at Apple. Took great care of our phone and us in a timely manner and with utmost professionalism. The worse experience. I came in to get support with my ipad but because it was not purchased by them, they refused to help me. Instead they said. Oh I cant help you but I can give you 10% off if you are interested in getting a new one. Eat Rocks!

My rating is based solely on trying to call and speak to someone at this specific location. I have made several attempts and all I can ever reach is customer support at some remote location. I did give at least 3 stars because they are very helpful and knowledgeable with the exception of answering the main question I wanted to know. HOW MUCH WILL A DIAGNOSTIC ON THE RAM COST. So frustrating that I have to drive all the way there and spend a couple of hours of my day just to find out it will cost too much to fix the ram I bought online and installed myself.

I love Apple products. The staff of this store was amazing. Extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I got the answers I was looking for and walked out of the store completely satisfied with my experience and my new phone. Thank you Apple! And thank you Shannon!

Its busy per your typical Apple Store but the genius bar is usually pretty fast and I’ve never been forgotten. All Apple stores are cool in that you can walk in, scan an item with your phone and walk out. That is such a great buying experience.

I went to the Apple store in hopes they could tell me why my phone was shutting off at random times and why the battery would not hold a charge. Because I have an older iPhone model, I expected them to try and sell me on a new phone. I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and informative they were. They gave us accurate wait times for how long it would take and replaced my phone battery that day. I was very happy with my visit and will continue to go here.

Me and my wife walked into the store and were ignored right off the bat. Found an associate in the back that was willing to help us find someone to get the item we wanted, ring us up, and the she helped us get it set up and working. Thank you Melanie, you were fantastic and made the experience a lot more enjoyable than it could have been.

Usually good people that work and always helpful but lately I guess they’ve changed I can in around 5 tonight looking to buy a MacBook and nobody came over to help me find the one that works best for me and give me the good apple experience. But that’s not what happened sadly the workers were just talking to each other and it wasn’t very busy so someone easily could have helped me just very sad and disappointing service from the employees.
