Bought a wood stove from this place. I found a cheaper place but casa hermosa told us “NO REFUNDS”customer service was 0/10. Theyre a furniture store but they don’t have a forklift all four men trying to get this 300lbs wood stove into a truck didn’t have steel toe shoes. I guess this place had no safety pre cautions for their employees.

We ordered furniture from another store in January and they kept changing our delivery dates but we needed the couches by a certain time. I went in with only a few days to spare and Leo got us all set up, and they delivered same day! Amazing customer service, furniture looks great! Will definitely return for any future purchases we may have!

I was impressed with the selection and customer service in store until after I paid for a kids bed.Originally I was told there was only the floor model us one in back. I paid for the bed in back and pulled around to load up, only to be told they had loaded up the last bed for the car before us.Then I was told I could take the floor model but it had to be disassembled. I agreed to come back in one hour to pick up.I called after the ageed upon hour to be told the floor model had also been sold. Then I was offered a different deal for something in stock or a refund.The refund was processed promptly but I am very disappointed and will not be going back.

Leo sold me furniture recently after I was referred by a long time customer of theirs to this business. She said good things about Casa Hermosa but once you buy, they will not budge in helping their customers further more. Im not happy with what I was sold and Ive only had my furniture for a couple months. Brand New more like USED. I feel scammed. And I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE REFFERRING ANYONE to Casa Hermosa. Take your money elsewhere people.

My wife and I gotten several items from this store and they helped us and were flexible with the payments and helping it fit with in our budget. I recommend to use them if your in a pinch and in need of an appliance or piece of furniture. I pay about 200 for a nice washer and dryer combo. When my order was in and the dryer was damaged they reorder another to replace no charge and the exact model I had no problem with it. On top of that I didnt have to make the first payment for the trouble. Great people and customer service. The people who gave complaints dont seem to valid. Every time I walk in to make a payment everyone who sees and acknowledges me says hello and greets whoever else I am with. They ask how I am enjoying the purchases I made with them and make sure everything is in good hands.

My husband and I had such a great experience from calling the store and asking for the General Manager and they said he currently isnt here today and a few minutes later gave us a call back letting us know he was off today, but if we would like to meet today, he would come to the store on his day off. He went the extra mile to increase an amazing customer service experience. Showed my husband and I every mattress they had at the store and we got to lay down with pillows and try different mattresses they currently offered. We later left with an order that would be in shortly, it arrived to our door step with a note from the General Manager (personalized) to thank us for coming in and choosing CASA HERMOSA for our needs.
