Horrible customer service told me it would be weeks to get approved and to get in for my CPAP called another company in town was able to get approved and seen in just days. Dont waste your time here!!
Wow. These people deny areas they cover, claim they dont have any Oxygen or equipment. Cant return phone calls within 24 hours. If life matters to you, pick another company. Better yet, start one so that people can breathe easy again.
Miguel Gomez has horrible customer service skills, he needs some serious etiquette and social training. I have since reported his disgusting display of customer service to the corporate iCare. So disgusted.
