Medical West strives on patient care. Their goal is to treat their patients the way theyd want their loved ones treated. During the pandemic, MW was able to and still continues to take care of its patients needs with a high level of service.

Update 6/6/2019: I have gone back in to give this company one more try. They have gotten rid of the staff that was unpleasant to work with. I appreciate how kind and nice everyone was on my return visit. I would definitely say they are back on track and providing much better service.I have tried to work with this company numerous times and for some unknown reason I always get a run around. I can understand why others are very disappointed with their service. Guess I’ll find a different medical supply company for my CPAP needs.
