Ive dealt with the team at Action since 2014 when I bought my first MC from a private seller. Bruce and the service team always gave me the best service even though I didnt buy my boat from them...fuel pump went out the first weekend it was in the water and he had one and even gave me instructions so I could put it in myself. Finally bought a new 2018 last year and the transaction was awesome. Really feel like part of the family. Aaron was awesome and made the buying experience great. I had a lot of non factory extras added and worked closely with Bruce and they did a great job at a reasonable price.

This place is very clean and nice. Great selections of boats, boat accessories and clothes. We were trying to find parts for our older Crest pontoon and no other company could help us. Bruce in parts had no problem finding the parts and we got them in no time. Thank you. It was a great experience.

Never thought wed be writing another review of AWS only two years after our last boat purchase, but super excited to be able to do so. The XT22 is a great boat, but the X22 caught our eye from the moment it was introduced. Troy and AWS worked so hard to find a way to make it possible for us, and we cannot thank them enough. Troy, Gregg, Mary, Lindsey, and Mark were the ones most visible to us, but there are so many more there that we know help to bring it all together. It truly is a family business, and they treat their customers the same way. AWS handled everything with great professionalism, through some especially challenging times with COVID-19. Took delivery yesterday, and we are just so excited for this summer to get rolling!

They have been outstanding. Ordered one board and it was damaged in shipping. They quickly sent a replacement and had me return the damaged board. Then after I lost a fin (my fault) that I was having issue finding a replacement for, they found one and sent it to me when I reached out for help. Highly recommend these folks!

Action Water Sports and specifically Troy Rising have went above and beyond to support all things boating for me over the last few years. Ive gone to them for a dented prop on a competitor ski/surf boat, questions on the various MasterCraft lineups, and most recently their pontoon selection. Every encounter Ive had with them has been pleasant and their objective continuously has been to answer any questions I had, or help solve any issue I brought forward. They never tried to up-sell and were very specific to address what I was looking for. We ended up purchasing a pontoon from them after Troy nailed the exact specifications we were looking for. Lindsey made the paperwork quick and simple, and even had some treats to get the family excited to get on the water. The boat was delivered today by Eric who went through every detail of the boat and made sure we were setup at the dock following launch before leaving. I recently had my MasterCraft stop running, as you can imaging, frustration quickly set in. I worked directly with Devin and Matt who quickly put me at ease. I believe they treated me fairly and kept an open line of communication. Hats off to Dan Jones, he found a couple issues I was not aware of, repaired them, and I can see the difference in my boats performance. The pro shop, at Action Water Sports is the best. They quickly credited shipping charges after free shipping card code was omitted by me on order. They also shipped my new Carbon V ski on the very first business day after ordering. Jordon, the manager, is super friendly, customer service oriented.

First, let me start with the fact that I have NEVER wrote a review before. I purchased my boat from Action for two reasons. Aaron is a great sales professional. Everything he said during the sales process was accurate and honest. The second reason was because I wanted great post-sales customer service. I have had a couple small issues and they fixed them immediately. Meaning, they sent someone to my house rather than remove the boat from the water. The second time, they sent someone to my house within 45 minutes. I can call and speak with them 99% of the time and when they need to call me back, it is usually within 5 minutes. As a new boat owner, it is critically important that I have access to knowledgeable people, quickly, and with a quick response. I always get this from Action. I even called Aaron for help on operating the boat on Memorial Day and he took my call and spent 10 minutes walking me through the process. I also dont want to leave out Matt, Mark, Dan, and Derek. This has been the best post-sales experience I have ever had. I wish I could get the same support for my Audi!!!

We purchased a boat from Action and have been pleased with our entire experience from start to finish. Action is truly a family-run business and they treat their customers like family as well. Troy was our sales person and he was wonderful to work with. He was readily available any time (even after business hours) my husband called with questions...and trust me, he had A LOT of questions! Action Water Sports is a first class operation. From sales to service, the level of knowledge, experience and customer service is impeccable. I bought my boat from Troy Rising 15 years ago. At one point I took my boat to be serviced by another boat dealership. The other dealership couldnt fix my boat and told me I had a lemon. I took the boat back to Action complaining about the boat I had purchased from them. Action fixed the boat and the problem never appeared again. That was almost 10 years ago - LESSON LEARNED - DONT HAVE YOUR BOAT SERVICED BY ANYONE BUT ACTION WATER SPORTS and of course dont buy your boat from anyone other than Action Water Sports.

Went there Preapproved and ready to buy a boat. We were shown a boat that we liked and left feeling hopeful. We were told we would receive a call back pertaining to negotiations. 1 week went by, no call. We called and left a message, no return call. A second call was made and we were told to expect a call the next day, and, once again, no call back.

Daniel & Derek did a fantastic job facilitating a wake surf clinic for me and my family. I needed some repairs on my 89 Mastercraft, and Matt in the Service Department was patient, thorough, helpful, and efficient. I cant speak highly enough of the customer service and quality of work done at Action Water Sports! I wont take my boat anywhere else.

Saved the Day!! There we were, out on the lake, tubing on our new tube (sure, we could be skiing or surfing or something, but kids, you know...), and after a quick stop for a change, all the sudden, NO STEERING!! I couldnt turn left or right anymore...So, I talked to the guys in service, they were able to get a technician to stay late, got our boat in, replaced the steering cable, and the boat was back in the water by 7:00pm, the SAME DAY!Cant say enough for all the guys that put the time in to turn the fix around that quickly so we didnt miss the whole weekend of the 4th.THANKS!!!!

I bought my mastercraft at action water sports last spring and was totally pleased by how helpful the staff was and love my boat. Trent Rising the salesman was very helpful and followed up with me. Derek DeLong helped me pick out equipment and came to our house for their second delivery and free wake board clinic. Derek was awesome! My 9 year old and 11 year old both got up on their boards and were riding by the end of the day.Very happy I bought at action, Ive bought boats from other places and it wasnt nearly as good an experience.

I am very pleased with Matt in the parts department at the Action Water Sports. I called two other dealers to get pricing on exhaust manifolds for my Master Craft ski boat. I called Bills MidWay Marina and Boat House Marine at Tri Lakes. I called both dealers and both of them transferred my call to the parts department and the parts department never picked up. I left several messages at both places and I did not receive one call back. I called Action Water Sports and my call was answered right away and then when transferred to the Parts department Matt, in parts, answered the call right away. Mat took my information and researched the parts and he called me back within the hour. I placed my order with him (almost $1400.00) Matt was very professional and very polite. Boat House marine is actually 20 minutes away from my home but I would rather pay $80.00 shipping to work with Action Water Sports because I know my order will be right and I have confidence in their business practices. Matt and Devin in the service department were excellent! They were great communicators--from arranging picking up our boat, detailed in the accessing our boats needs (quoting both winterizing and other repairs), and delivering it home when the work was completed.

Action is the best tow boat dealer in the area hands down. If they tell you your boat will be done in 2 days, it will be done in 2 days and usually earlier. Top notch service, sales and ownership. You couldnt ask for better.

I generally do not write reviews, but most places do not provide such a great experience to spend the time doing so. From the start, Troy and the entire Action team were extremely helpful in educating me to finding the right boat. Troy and I stayed in touch via text for weeks before I pulled the trigger, and he was always responsive regardless of the time of day. When we finally decided on a MasterCraft XT23, I was so excited I wanted to take it home the same day. Rightfully so, Troy insisted we wait so it can be properly prepped and delivered with a full day tutorial from Mark (who was also incredibly personable and helpful). Troy, Mark, and the entire Action team are truly committed to building relationships much more than just selling a product. I am happy that I chose to work with them, and am already planning the next boat.

I would like to express my gratitude and sincere thanks for the outstanding service we recently received on our Mastercraft ProStar 197. We discovered an issue with our engine on Saturday of Memorial Weekend that required immediate service. I contacted Action Water Sports (Bruce Jesionowski) on Tuesday morning and was informed that I could bring the boat in that afternoon. When I arrived at Action, a mechanic met me in the parking lot and asked me to explain exactly what had happened to the engine. As it turned out, the issue was isolated to the exhaust manifold which needed to be replaced. These manifolds are typically not stocked, but Bruce was able to get a new one delivered by Thursday of the same week. I received a call Thursday afternoon informing me that the manifold was replaced, the engine had been fully tested and checked out and the boat was ready for pickup. I picked up the boat Friday morning and had it back in the water Friday afternoon. Bruce and the rest of the staff we dealt with at Action were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. It was very evident that Bruce was genuinely concerned and committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible in order for us to get the boat back on the water before the next weekend. We couldnt be happier with the service we received and will continue to remain loyal customers of Action Water Sports.

Took delivery of my boat yesterday!! Hands down best customer service Ive had ANYWHERE..... If it werent for Troy and Aaron I dont think I wouldve even purchased a new boat. I would walk into Action after work(on multiple occasions) in my dirty work clothes driving my beat up work car and they treated me like I showed up in a Corvette wearing a suit. First time walkimg into the place. wanted to buy a GPS unit for my boat. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, made eye contact with several associates. Purchased our first boat from Aaron at action and it has been nothing but a pleasurable experience from the moment we walked into the showroom. Aaron stayed in constant communication with us until we finalized the sale. The pro shop was very helpful in helping us pick out new gear and the dealership has reached out to us numerous times to see if we had questions or if we needed anything from them to make our boating experience better. We’ve also been to the dealership several times and each time, every employee has stopped us to ask how they could help us.Mark did our first delivery and he was very informative and remained calm and pantient as he taught us the ins and outs of our new boat. He even stayed late on a Saturday to get us out on the water.We just finished our second delivery with Daniel from the pro shop, he was also calm and patient throughout the time on the lake. My wife is new to boating and is a little uneasy. Daniel took extra time to teach her how to drive the boat and even got her to pull me while wakesurfing. Then he gave us a ton of pointers on surfing and wake boarding, I was able to hone in my skills a bit and she was able to get up and stay up in the wake. Came into ACTION for the first time to buy parts for my boat dock.Becauce I was not there to buy a boat they acted like I was non existent.Who I assume is the manager was walking around the sales floor eating a banana in his own world being completely useless.First time and the last time going to ACTION for anything.

So its mid-summer and I have significant service issue on my ski boat (not even a Mastercraft). Requires engine to be pulled and everyone is being noncommittal on when they could even look at it, let alone fix it and get it back to me. By all estimation its looking like mid to late August at the earliest. Bye Bye Summer! But a call to AWS changed all that. Polite, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable are just few appropriate descriptions of the phone conversation. It only got better after that. The extra half hour drive to Fenton was well worth it. They got it right into service for review, responded back to me within days and finished the job in less than 2 weeks. Thanks to Matt (service), Mary (owner) and your service techs. You appear to have reset the standard for customer service in the ski boat business.

Very pleased with our experience at AWS. From helping to facilitate the sale of our previous boat, to guiding us through the purchase of our XT22, Troy and the staff was always supportive and knowledgeable.We must have changed our minds on colors and options a hundred times. Troy worked with us to find that perfect combo, describing pros and cons of the different colors, gathering pictures and samples to help us better envision the final product, and explaining the different features and options. His knowledge of the different boats and all the features is amazing, which made the overall process a lot easier.After we ordered, Troy kept track of the build date, and was able to arrange a tour for Brenda and I of the MasterCraft plant in Tennessee, while our boat was being built. Have to say, that was one of the coolest experiences ever! It was amazing to see how these boats are built, and meeting the people who work there and care for each and every boat like it was their own. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay to follow the boat through the entire process (about 10 days in total). But Troy made sure they took pictures at various times through the assembly process to help us see it come together.AWS made the delivery process so easy. Troy was in Florida at the Mastercraft Dealer Days with an AWS contingent getting all kinds of well deserved awards. Lindsey and Derek took care of us back home, bringing the new boat into the shop so our family could climb around in it for the first time and get some pics. Had a big red Christmas bow on the windshield for us, a nice touch. Lindsey had all the paperwork ready for us, so the whole process was really quick.Can’t say enough positive things about AWS. It is clear that everyone there is passionate about water sports and MasterCraft, and they want to share that passion with you. Thank you Troy, Lindsey, Derek, Mary, Gregg, and the whole staff of AWS. We are excited to be part of the MasterCraft family, and anxiously await spring!

I bought a used Prostar from Dirk at Action Water Sports Pine Lake Location. I had a great buying experience. I can be a very demanding customer and was dealing with Dirk for about 2 years and looked at several boats before I found the boat that was right for my family. Dirk was always friendly and courteous throughout the whole time. When it came to purchase our Prostar, I dealt with Lindsey at Action Water Sports in Fenton to complete all the title/registration/financing paperwork. Lindsey worked hard to make the process easy and painless. I would recommend Action Water Sports and Dirk to anyone looking or a new or used boat.

Called for a new cable for my hoist. Right off the bat the gentleman in parts dep. was kind of rude. When I told him my boat hoist model # he rattled off a different incorrect model # from memory other than the one I gave. I then gave him the correct model # again and then he got short with me like I must be incorrect and told me the wrong hoist model# again. I calmly told him again he had the wrong model #. He clearly wasnt listening and if I would have simply trusted his expertise Id be getting the wrong $100 part minus a week of boating before ordering the right part elsewhere. I was done trying after that. There are too many other boat parts dealers to put up with rude service.

Action (Fenton) has gone above and beyond meeting and surpassing my service /customer service expectations. If you aren’t doing business with Action, you’re doing yourself a disservice! Thank you Action!!!
