Treated like family from the staff here, Jeff and his wife were the friendliest people I have met in some time as well as Jeffs dad who is just an incredible human being. This business is pretty much all family from what I gathered from talking with Jeff and his dad, they helped me with making a decision on the right boat for my needs, they dont have the spend your money and leave attitude, they will sit down and talk with you like you have known them your whole life! When it comes to service for the times all boats at some point need, they take care of their customers pronto! I just am impressed in so many ways with my experience here, and the pricing to me is extremely reasonable on everything from boats, supplies, water sport knick knacks, repair and service work. Cant say enough about Jeff Nichols and ASM. I bought two Malibus from another dealer and didnt buy an MB starting in 2012. Throughout that whole time, Jeff was awesome to me. Answered questions via email, gave me tips and points when my own dealer took weeks to get back to me. Now, two years later I am buying an MB from Jeff. And why? Because he is a great guy and awesome to deal with. Local dealers should take a lesson from Jeff.
