Used them for some spring maintenance and checkup after I failed to properly winterize my outboard. I was very pleased with the service overall. Felt like a good value and I felt I was treated well also. Thanks so much!

I have worked with Craig on various boats over the last twenty years and he has been consistent..no short cuts! If you need work his place is the best choice.

I bought a used boat from here labeled excellent condition. First time out wouldnt start. Second time out, started but was stuck in reverse, third time out stranded me and my 4yo daughter, had to paddle in with my arms. These people are crooks. Dont deserve 1 star.

They were nice, helpful and friendly here, and made exceptions on renting a truck to me so that I could get a larger truck at the price of one they didnt have available when I made my reservation at the price of the smaller truck. They also had the largest quantity and variety of trucks of any place in the area

Highway robbery! Was never quoted a price. Never received a call for costs. Asked several times on the cost. Was told he would call me back. Never a call back! No authorization given. If I didnt pay his bill, would not get my boat back. Poor planning on his part. Charge me for 6 trips to get bolts at local hardware store at $50 each trip. He stated I have to pay for him to sit on the internet to figure out how to build and what was needed. Asked for justification as to why labor time was twice as much, would not give me a breakdown. Never received a copy of the work order and rates are not on the work order, only posted. Bad business and unjust. He seen an opportunity to rip someone off.

These are horribly rude people who can’t run a professional business if I had the time I would go up there and choke slam them all

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WATERCRAFT HERE. I dropped my boat off for repair over a YEAR ago! It took a few months for Craig to even look at the boat, I was disappointed I was not able to use it last summer because he could not get to it...so excited to use it this summer I kept bugging him over the winter and he still took forever. It is now August, well over a year since I dropped it off and he told me he ordered the part LAST MONTH! I called the part place and they told me they do not even have the part for my boat for anyone to order...we had already paid him $1,200 for this part. After everything is said and done, he charged me $350 and the boat is in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. He did not put the part back on the boat that he took off in the first place, and I am now stuck $350 in the hole with a boat that I cannot use.

Only giving 1 star since that is the lowest I can give. Had called and asked how long and quote to repair my boat was told a week and a dollar amount. So I dropped boat off and a week goes by and nothing. I call and never get a return call. Couple more days go by and call again and nothing. I show up and ask about boat and oh we havent started on it yet this has been almost 2 weeks at this point. They get my boat done and the bill is 3xs as much as I was quoted. If your looking to have your boat repaired I would highly suggest going somewhere else...
