One of the owners (Gary) assisted me this morning. He was friendly and explained the specifics of the mattresses I tested. After my purchase, I asked him for a delivery timeframe. He told me between 2 pm and 5 pm today. The two delivery men arrived at 2:54 and assembled my bed in a timely manner.

Found just what I wanted and it was $200 less than skaff!! And could be delivered on my schedule.

The owner is ONE VERY NICE PERSON. Took his time to help us. Great place to buy new furniture.

Such a pleasant surprise! I was prepared to go to Art Van’s in Flint but I stopped at Steven’s on the way and got a really good price on a sofa/loveseat. They were even able to deliver them to my house the next day with two delivery guys who were awesome. I plan on going back!

Great store...quality furniture, helpful sales staff!

Awful first time experience here. While they seem to have a nice showroom of products I will never shop here again.A price was quoted, not once but 3 times for a dryer; quoted by 2 people on different days.My credit card was charged and then they called to inform me that they cant get it for the price they quoted. Maybe not intentional on his part, but the sales person seemed to only be frustrated by the amount of time he invested into talking with me and placing the order. And he didnt even ask if I would be willing to pay the higher price he just said we cant do it...so strange to me. Had the whole thing been communicated differently or had he offered a future discount on furniture OR SOMETHING, I may have just paid the additional $250!I am flabbergasted by the lack of knowledge they displayed about the product they sell (2 different salespeople) and I cannot believe they wouldnt honor the price they quoted 3 times to lock in my family as customers for years to come. I am totally blown away that they are in business.I do not like talking poorly of anyone but my experience was that bad that I will never go back. Maybe buying furniture is a better experience but if youre looking for Speed Queen washers & dryers go elsewhere.

We have purchased several quality pieces of furniture at Stevens over the years. I think we always get great prices, service and product. I always recommend them over big box stores, to my family and friends, and I am never disappointed.

Long time local business...very competitive pricing, refreshing not to have salespeople pressuring you. We bought two sofas and office furniture. I definitely recommend.

They are really awesome at working with you. They are super friendly and patient. BUT when it came down to delivering our couch I was super excited because he offered free delivery an hour after I paid. When it got here I was super upset because it was the wrong couch. Wrong color, size and style. I showed the picture to the movers and they said it was the lighting. When I called he said it was wrote up as this one. I showed the picture and he said well I wrote this one down. Didnt offer an exchange or money back. Now Im stuck with something I hate! After waiting a month. None of the stuff I picked out matches! I am not ever going back there again!

Very very Stevens furniture thankful service

Great furniture, reasonable prices, friendly service and has always been that way over the 15 years that I have been purchasing pieces from this store.

We bought two chairs from Stevens. One of the springs broke and we tried to order it from the manufacturer. They said we had to go through Stevens as thats where we bought the chairs. They charged me $60 for a $15 part. (The receipt from the manufacturer was in the box!) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would NEVER recommend this store.

At first they gave me a discout on furniture but I didnt like the chest so I cancelled it, they cancelled the discount. I shouldve went to art van where I couldve got it almost $300 cheaper. So much for shopping local.

I have purchased an entire living room set and two mattress sets from Stevens Furniture. Both bases on the mattress sets were terrible and within months they made loud creaking noises. I contacted Stevens and they were not interested in helping me at all and were actually very rude. Terrible customer service. I wanted to shop local but now I will be going to Skaff instead.
