Recently I repowered my Skeeter fishing boat with a new 2021 Yamaha outboard. Tim Strand was diligent about ordering and tracking the Yamaha engine during a worldwide supply shortage. The staff at Frontier was terrific. From reception, sales, accounting, and service departments I have experienced great interactions. And its impressive to see that Lee Bakken goes out of his way to establish relationships with customers like me. Frontier is always my first stop for marine, snowmobile and ATV products and service.

Criag was one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable courteous always willing to take a call and just plain fun to deal with. Also marcy doing the paperwork for the boat was again very pleasant very knowledgeable had everything filed for me super easy and fun experience! I had a great experience with Frontier Marine & PowerSports picking up my boat on Friday. Craig and Marcy made the process very easy and enjoyable. DO NOT TAKE POLARIS LOADS TO THIS COMPANY. They have no ramps, dock or any other equipment to unload the ATV’s. Easy drops become nightmare because of this kind dealers.I was Lucky, tow guy showed up in 10min and took the vehicle off the trailer.

Had my Can-Am ATV serviced this fall to take care of several things. Am satisfied with most adjustments, repairs and items purchased, except for one critical problem that they dont seem able to figure out - the engine dies at idle. Had it in their shop twice for a total of about 2.5 weeks, and after talking today with them on the phone about this recurring problem, they want me to bring it in again. I dont think so.If I were younger and had steadier hands again, I would be more than happy to take the carb off, bring it in and show them how to work on it. I would charge them what they charged me - $100 per hour.

We come here to hire pontoon trailers and buy parts for the pontoon. I very nice showroom and service area. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have to say that I am not impressed with the service provided to us when purchasing our boat. I felt that the sales person did not care about the quality of the product he was selling. I feel he only cared about making the sale. Emailed my concerns to the general manager and the sales person. I never heard back from either of them.I am very disappointed.

The trim in the interior fell down on my 2013 competitor its been in there shop twice first time looked good, lasted about a year second time they left glue all over the side rail very dissatisfied. Also after they winterize my boat lower unit leaked took it back charged me 30 dollars for seal still leaked so I took boat to Tracker dealer to get winterized lower unit Has Not leaked since Very Disappointed

Not worth it! We bought a new pontoon this summer and had issues ever since. It took 2.5 months to have them put lights on it and nothing on our pontoon works except the motor, clearly these people dont know how to check anything before sending your pontoon back. Thought we were going away from McLaughlins and we would of rather have purchased from McLaughlins! The customer is always right and they continue to argue with you, not worth it if your expensive pontoon doesnt work properly.

I have brought my RZR here before for warranty work. Good service & turnaround time, if the parts show up on time. Which I understand is out of there control. They always treat me with respect and are kind. Even though I never bought it from this dealer. Because of how they treat me, I will be purchasing my next RZR here.

Prompt good friendly service

I had recently purchased a used atv and had them install a winch so I could plow my driveway. One I got home I hooked up the plow and everything worked fine. I went out to plow the driveway the next morning and the winch would not retract. So I called and talked talked to Tyler in service, I told him what was going on and how far away I lived and they talked it over internally. They agreed to let me bring it to my local dealership. After doing some testing they found that the switch was bad, Tyler worked it out with my local dealer and it works great!! Thank you Ryan and Tyler!I highly recommend Frontier Marine & Power!!!!!
