Absolutely the best, most honest friendly mechanics I have ever known. I have been servicing my 2004 Cadillac there for years. Prices are very reasonable and I rely on Cadillac Specialists to keep me SAFE! I personally recommend them for any Automobile Service that anyone needs done.

April 2019 They were awesome. They werent answering the phone. I stopped by to check in, schedule an appointment. The signs are gone. They have retired. Goram at G&S Auto Repair nextdoor has hired some of their mechanics and is expanding. He works on European cars also. Im giving him a try.

They are very flexible and communicate well, and they are very transparent in explaining and prioritizing any issues with your vehicle.

Great customer service! I received a flyer in the mail on discounts for service and figured Id give Cadillac Specialists a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and courtesy of everyone on staff including the owners. Normally I would always take my Cadillac to the dealership for service because I take pride in my investments and dont like risking the service to just any mechanic shop but after reading all the excellent reviews that were being accredited to this company; I figured that many people cant be wrong so why not. The environment is clean with free refreshments that I am accustom to having at the dealership. All in all, I didnt miss taking my car to the dealership; I got very friendly and courteous service; I had free internet allowing me to work while on the go; my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner; and also received a 45 point free inspection!!! I would highly recommend Cadillac Specialist to anyone wanting quality service on their vehicles in a very very friendly environment. In fact, I am going to recommend my friends as well. This place is absolutely great. Scott and Mike are the most honest and professional people to work with. Its hard to find people like them these days. Professional, friendly AND theyre some of the only mechanics around that have taken the time to stay on top of all the new technology. Dont pass these guys up!

Cadillac Specialists has serviced two of my vehicles for the past 15 years. Cadillac Specialists Owners have always been honest relative to present and future repairs on my vehicles. Not once have they ever tried to sell me a product or service my vehicles that did not warrant the actual service. In 15 years, they have always been pleasant and understanding regarding any of my vehicles concerns (I am known to be difficult). Presently I have a Liberty Jeep which Cadillac Speclaists has been servicing since 2004 - vehicle is still kicking and in excellent condition - body and mechanical.

Mike and Scott are 2 of the nicest, most honest and helpful people you will ever meet. They back up their work, they will do many types of courtesy checks at no charge. I rely on them to keep my personal and work vehicles on the road and they dont disappoint.

Yeah these guys are super nice and very informative couldnt fix my problem but they gave me some pretty good tips on how to take care of it myself that was sufficient for me

With one caveat, it would depend on the work they needed done. You need an alignment machine even if you dont mount tires; given the conditions of the roads now front-ends take a beating and checking alignment is as much of a maintenance and fuel economy measure as oil and air filter changes. Matter of fact, I could have sworn Don had one back in the day.

Repaired frayed engine wiring on my 2006 DTS for $250.00 saying it would run like new. The loud engine valve clicking was ignored and when I picked up my car then Scott then told me it need an $8500.00 engine rebuild. My car barely made it 6 miles home before it became undrivable. He never should have repaired frayed wiring.

I go to Cadillac Specialists because I trust them. I drive a long way to get my car serviced or repaired, and I dont mind waiting, because they have free Wifi, TV and a comfortable waiting area; they even have a desk, which I take advantage of to do work.One other thing; they really listen to my explanation of what my problem might be, and they interpret what I need. They also let me know if the repair can wait, or if it is of necessity for my safety or possible breakdown.I originally went to Cadillac Specialists because I had a Cadillac, but I take all my vehicles there now.

In all honesty, this are the best mechanics I have ever had to work in my cars. Have a pontiac Aztek, a dodge Caravan and a 1988 Cadillac, and I used to take them to other places and they really butchered some of the work they did, but since I found Cadillac Specialists they have fixed all that was wrong from other shops.( Only oxy-morons or other competition to Cadillac Specialists would write a poor review out of hate and jealousy) The owners, Scott and Mike are the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met and they are really knowledgeable, honest and fair in their prices! I have been a customer at Cadillac Spcialists since 1986. I first had a 1984 Eldorado convertible which they serviced until 2000. I loved that car and only sold it because parts were no longer available. I now have a 2000 Eldorado convertible that Scott,Mike and the others service. It runs like a charm thanks to them. I would never trust anyone else with it. They are so professional and stay on top of all the latest information in servicing not only my car but all makes and models. They have become like our family. It doesnt matter if I am in Florida or in Massachusetts they guide me as to what may need to be done or what does not need to be done. Some repair services simply think I will let them do what they want. A call to Scott has taken care of any questions I might have had.
