I have long hair, and I had it cut by Rachel and she did a wonderful job. I honestly think this was the best hair cut I have ever gotten in my life. I love it.

Ive had dr. Laura for 21 years. she has been my best friends doctor most of his life. Shes so compassionate and loving to both people and animals. And the people that work behind the desk and in the back are really wonderful too!

I bought a 1 hour Massage for my wife for her birthday and every time she calls to make the appointment they say the lady is not there and they are not sure when she will be returning. One year later and the massage lady is still not there. So now the gift card is about to expire and when we ask for a refund they say they will only give store credit. Really. What a joke. Never doing business with this place again

Messed up my eyebrows ( one lower than the other) and lip liner (my lips looks chapped), both were permanent makeup. I had to get it redone somewhere else to fix. 700.00 down the drain and managment was no help and acted as if they didnt care when I called with my concerns.I would not recommend going to this business at all, non professional service and I do not believe some ladies are even licensed with the service/knowledge they provide, just my opinion.Plus their merchandise is way overpriced.

The lady rushed through the spray tan. I didnt get any after care instructions at all. I got home, water dripped on my leg and it was ruined. Im sorry, but I guess customers should Google info before going in for the first time. Waste of time and money.

For a town as tiny as Fernley I was shocked and amazed when I walked in. Its a wonderful boutique type salon. Shannon Howard is an absolute doll baby. Manis and pedis were divine. Jewelry, clothing, handbags....makes my heart flutter. Such a great girlie place!
