So as soon asyou walk in to this Family Dollar, you are greeted with- hi, just so you know, you have to pay with exact change or card.. Then you walk through the store of half empty shelves, and when you get to the counter the same cashier notifies you that she cant do cash back either.. So I was about to ask her if she could tell me what they can do. I understand the pandemic has affected businesses, but this has been the routine in this store for almost 2 years. No other store in town has these problems. Dollar Tree right down the street is fully stocked and always has cash. I usually go there but I was in a hurry for an appointment. The good news is there is never any customers in this store. Just like today, there is never anyone stocking shelves or recovering the store. There was a manager standing by the bathrooms holding a clipboard, but other than that, no one else in the store. Cant imagine this store staying open much longer.

I spend a lot less time getting what I need here. Not bad traffic.

Policy states company wants you to be thrilled with your purchase... not a half an hour passed and I went in for a refund.. Both Carrie and Kelly were extremely rude and refused a return w receipt in hand. I submitted a complaint t to the company and will never shop Fernley family dollar sgsin...

Their isles are already narrow enough that 2 carts can barely pass each other. Then, they clutter them up with boxes of freight. I get that they have to put items out on the shelves, but there were boxes everywhere. Several were blocking items on the shelves. The guy emptying the boxes was no help; he totally ignored me as I was trying to reach for items. I ended up leaving without items I wanted.

Would not recommend going to this store. They allow their employees to have friends and significant others come in the store while working and be bothered while a customer is asking for help. They also let their employees threaten one another that they’ll show up where they live to teach them a lesson. I would honestly give a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Not the right environment for customers and employees. Not worth the trouble when being ignored while asking for help.

Family dollar is great just dont try to take anything backBig pain in the keister!

Nice customer service but cart would been nice to shop

Bought my dad food from there. It was stall. Bought him beef jerky from there 2 nights ago the beef jerky was moldy at the bottom and caused him to run fever from 100.3 to 103.7 almost killed him. After 2 daysd in the hospital his fever broke. Never buy food from that store ever again. Check Facebook we have pictures and videos to prove it.
