Spent a 34 hr reset here, ample parking, water was wet and warm if you wished - cleaner showers that I have been to in a few months! The town was just on the other side of the bridge that you see when turning onto Pilot Road. Good food in town, friendly folks, has a grocery store as well. Blue Beacon next door to the Pilot = bonus before rolling out!!Watch out for two guys acting homeless and in need - here is what they drive. They sit on a white bucket at the stop sign leaving from Pilot Road. They take turns begging and playing the roll - when I first got their I saw them, and the next day too. BS story!

This is gotta be one of the cleanest pilots I ve been to . The staff and management are nice and friendly.

Nice place but always pack at night, so arrive early or your parking in the dirt lot across the street.

The store is small and a little uncomfortable when it gets crowded. Theres a Casino and a Wendys inside. Place is clean but the parking is also small to maneuver. Best advice when you get heres is to drive slow and dont go all the way to the back because theres no way to get out unless you get help. The worst time to take a shower is around 7pm to 8:30pm.

I had a blow out during a heavy storm. I asked the stuff on that night if it ok to leave my truck in the parking lot until I could get a tire and the weather cleared up. Of course they said yes theres no problems with. Thank you Angel for help out letting me do that. Love the friendly staff and good clean environment. There prices on goods not too bad either. Will continue to get fuel and other stuff.

A travel stop that doesn’t work for RV and travel trailers with gas (non diesel).

Very neat and clean travel stop along I80 in Fernley, Nevada. Their bathrooms are extremely clean and tidy. They have a Wendys and a Dairy Queen inside along with a place with slot machines.

For a pilot truckstop is one of the better ones to stop at. Thank you BULLDOG RV TRANSPORT. Llc.

First of all, the staff is interested in the presence of a mask among visitors, it is a pity that there is no order on the territory !!!Dirt in the restrooms!

The entire staff went above and beyond. I drive the lower 48 as an OTR TRUCKER and its nice to be treated with respect. That is what I got here.

Great parking for truckers

Had truck washed they did a great job.

Apparently this site doesnt exist on the app. The app dont pull up this site so you have none of the features of the app such as reserving a parking spot or a shower.And of course you call PFJ customer service and low and behold a truck stop business dont have 24/7 customer service because you know trucks only run 6 days a week and only from 7 to midnight.It truly is a shame pilot had to buy flying j. The only truck stop chains with good customer service for years, and now that pilot owns it the service sucks.Way to go pilot flying j...

Shower was clean, good pressure with hot and cold water, neither was overbearing. Store was clean and everyone polite.BTW. I glimpsed the woman cleaning the showers. She was literally scrubbing the floors with her hands @ 1pm, 7-15-20. Pilots lucky to have a employee like that.

The manager angle has one of the best personalities anyone could have!!! She was well groomed well dressed and as friendly as anyone could be. She quickly got the line of customers through and the went over to Wendys and helped them out. After Wendys she went back to the register at pilot and began doing what she does best customer service!!! Great job Angle you madam lead by example. I see why you are a manager.

Perfect place to hop off the freeway and hop back on quickly. Prices are good and there’s plenty of space to pull through with our trailer.

Good rewards points, great customer service. All the pilot employees are very nice and helpful. The downside is theyre really busy during peak hours. Truck parking fills fast, there is a dirt lot across the street.

Last stop before Black Rock City each year. I have a fondness for this station. Reasonable gas prices, lots of last minute supplies, clean bathrooms, and plenty of snacks - and a Wendys! Even a Casino if youre feeling lucky. Thanks, Pilot!

Absolutely impossible to leave the property via the single driveway leading to a side street jammed with semis all wanting to turn left to I-80. Been waiting almost 20 minutes to just exit the property on a Friday night.

I normally stop at Loves, but decided to try here my most recent time passing through... and I think Im going to go back to Loves. The prices were fine, the cleanliness was average, the staff were okay, nothing really stands out about this place, other than their fountain sodas taste a bit off, which isnt really something that you want standing out.

There is a couple girls that I see working there all the time, they are pleasant to deal with. High turnover rate for employees but mostly for outside work. Their dump station is not level for dumping tanks, so they wont empty all the way, (driveway tilts to wrong side). That being said, I go here all the time for fuel on both vehicles. Usually best prices and they have free WiFi.

This has been the default stop on our way out to Burning Man every year for past 15 years.The place is kept clean and staff are polite and helpful. it has a integrated Wendys and Dairy Queen as well as the mini mart, and a place for slots.All in all, its been one of the best stops on a long haul and recommended if you have any reason to take a break

I love this place... the new coffee machines are great... you select the coffee you want, and it grinds it and brews it right there, and in under 1 min.... the staff is awesome, we stop in almost daily before work. Pam is amazing..

Very well-equipped and has a DQ.Theres also a good selection of basic CB components and 12 volt small appliances like refrigerators. The small vehicle side gets a little crowded, but never unmanageably so and is surprisingly organized and polite.

Showers were hot. Need a shower curtain. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for a shower to open. Found a gal and asked her where the porter was, hes on break. She promptly cleaned a shower for me.

What is it that can be said about the modern day truck stop experience from the perspective of a non-trucker? They have bathrooms and gasoline. Boring I suppose but in reality each of them is a microcosm of the general consumer experience one might find at any given big box store that also sells groceries. No, these truck stops actually define the big box stores by determining what is actually essential to modern living, on or off the road.

It would be nice if drivers could really learn how to be more courteous about pulling forward after fueling. We watched quite a few trucks just sitting on the fuel islands with all trucks empty and not fuelling. We fueled and had to back out as the truck in front of us kept coming back to his truck and then going back inside. The staff is friendly and busy enough to not need baby sit. Is it really that hard to go and park?!

Plenty of gas pumps gas is much cheaper than in washoe county. They have a little bit of everything in the store.

This was a perfect stop. There was a Dairy Queen, and Wendys. A small area of slots!

The people were really nice.The store is an older smaller store so its a bit cluttered.The biggest draw back is the size of the bathrooms.For as many trucks as they park and the amount of people in and out of this location, bathrooms are inadequate.

Go there usually once a week with my boyfriend when he has to go see a client in Fernley. We always stop there to have ice cream from the Dairy Queen and play a few bucks in the gaming area. Nice staff at both and at the convenient store part. Pretty clean, even the bathrooms. For such a small gaming area they have a good array of games.

It was so busy at 12:30pm there was no parking at all until my 3rd circling the pumps. Even Wendys drive thru was backed up to the road. Very nice inside, just parking lot is too small for how busy it gets.

Generally, an adequate place for stick-it-in-your-pocket food, has, Dairy Queen. The biggest beef I have is that, easily, 75% of the time there is a problem at the pumps; no receipt paper, no towels for window cleaning, broken squeegee. I know it sounds petty but that stuff is important.

Well stocked Store and Truck Stop for cross country traveler. Fernley Pilot Store has competitive gas and diesel fuel prices and features a Wendys Franchise.Store has sandwiches beverages, fresh made coffee.Also clean restrooms and showers.

As an RVer Pilot has been a gift from god! Great customer service, clean restrooms and full shower/toilet suits! But I can not explain how convenient the showers have been! I got a gym pass and expected to use it but I’ve been more on the highway than anything! And no gyms in sight! Gas, water, air, trash, weight, food, restaurants, and showers! And their rewards are awesome! Free drink? Yeah why not??

Plenty of fast food options available with shopping and other fast food options available nearby. Friendly service.

If I was a truck driver I would stop here anytime I went by this place. They really have everything you can think of! It doesnt matter if youre looking for tampons or weird headphone adapters or knives or hamburgers. They have massage and showers and so much more.

Favorite place to park in this area. Staff is friendly, food is good, blue beacon out back, plenty of easy parking, lots of showers, and plenty of bins around means no litter issues like at some of the other truckstops in the region. Exit can be a little awkward during high traffic periods thanks to a railroad bridge blocking a lot of your view, but thats a small price to pay for such a nice place to park a semi.

Could always use more parking, LoL. Medium sized lot with a decent layout. Great coffee, breakfast burrito had a little bit of a cardboard taste. Friendly staff and clean.

Convenient and gas prices are very competitive. The driveway is narrow and the pump islands are angled...fyi. This is a ver well stocked store for truckers and travelers, coffe, lots of it and always piping hot. The usual snack offerings, auto repair, t-shirts, souvenirs. My favorite is the staff tho. They are fun, kind, and helpful. Well be back on our next trip through...

Easy on and off the interstate. Clean bathrooms. Hot food, fresh hot coffee, cold drinks, snacks, fresh pastries. Numerous gas pumps for a short wait time for filling up.

Friendly Service, Wendys attached, some prices are way too high, kinda feel taken advantage of because you cant always go to Walmart. Discontinue Price Gouging!

Outstanding truckstop! The staff make you feel like one of the family. Its a 1 stop shop. There are others in the area, but I have no desire to change. The Pilot travel center has it all. Give it a try. I am a customer for life.

They always have the lowest gas prices. Plus with the rewards card you get an extra discount on gas. I highly recommend getting the rewards card you just sign up for it there is no membership cost. They also have great coffee options and snack selections.

Best customer service I have ever had!!! The young man helped us with not only pumping gas but, also bought oil for me and put it in. In addition he checked all of my fluid levels under the hood. Typical pilot. Nice and clean. Easy parking.Staff were amazing, I had gotten sick and when one of the employees discovered me vomiting in the showers, he offered to bring me tea or water. They got me checked into the hotel next door and made sure I got there safely. They went beyond expectation.Thats definitely one way to secure a loyal customer for life. Cause you never forget peoples kindness!!!

Very nice staff. Clean washrooms and showers. This Pilot has Wendys and DQ. Busy place. Sufficient truck parking. Some truck parking spots are available on a dirt patch across the road.

This is the cleanest rest stop I have ever been to. Smells clean despite the never ending traffic.

Dairy Queens been my favorite for a long time. Located within the Pilot truck stop its still the same great ice cream shop I remember as a child. Tho this one does serve a little more than just ice cream. Dairy Queen, with the curl be on top.

Nice and clean inside and out. Parking spaces are very wide and you can usually still find one available at midnight and into the morning depending on the day of the week. Staff are friendly and polite. Overall not your average Pilot in a great way!

Clean truck stop, it also has a Dairy Queen and a Wendys restaurant in it ad well so thats a big plus and of course Wendys is 24 hours. They also have a decent selection for all you truckers out there everything for your rig and/or your comfort items.

This place is nice..Very crowded with bus tourist, took forever to use the restroom. Not good for a person in a hurry. Good food options. Long lines be prepared to wait in line here.. Bus almost hit me while I was walking so watch your surroundings! ! Bus drivers are not parking in the right area. Apparently they can not read the signs! Gas lines are long .One bus load after another. Left here and the police were stopping people left and right so be safe!!

Friendly service is always a bonus. It just gets a lot of traffic and that can be hard to keep up with, Im sure. Ive been to way worse places for pit stops.

Our family would go there to to rent a shower when our water heater was broken. The employees Curt and Duane were very nice and remembered us everytime we came in. They would ask how our kids were and were very accommodating.They have a Wendys and dairy queen connected and good coffee. The showers are very clean.

Stopped in for fuel and water for shower tank. They had water to fuel island turned off. I asked if any water was available. The manager informed water is turned off during winter. Its 60 degrees today. So drivers with big sleepers dont stop in the winter time if you need water.

This is a very convenient truck stop / small casino located in Fernley. The staff is friendly and has many current popular slot and video poker / keno machines. They also offer a $20 for $40 e-cash deal. Whether you live in or around Fernley this is for those who prefer a smaller casino environment. The gas is also many times less expensive than you find in Reno and Sparks.

Great one stop shopping. Burger King left a little to be desired tho. Couldnt get an order right if their lives depended on it.

Lots of parking. Parking lot was full of goat heads (little sharp stickers that stuck to my shoes and my dogs feet). Seemed like a good place as they had a lot of other places around them.

Very clean restrooms, staff all friendly and willing to help.they have easy access off the freeway and a western union. Open 24 hrs a day I would definitely recommend stopping in there.
