It’s a hit or miss for this store. either they have your size or they don’t. kinda annoying when you go look for 11 size crocs and they don’t have any. then they want you to order them. if i wanted to order them then i wouldn’t have came to the store in the first place.
Just a cool store. They will special order. Cool kids staff.
A couple weeks ago I went to the findlay Ohio journeys with my 2 grandkids age 14 and 11 I was looking for a pair of Sperry duck boots for my granddaughter they didnt carry kids, but they made every effort to see if they could order them When they realized they couldnt, I ended up ordering me a pair, they were super friendly and very helpful ordered them the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they came that Saturday. I wouldnt hesitate to shop there again. I realize journeys for the younger crowd but they never made me feel intimidated, they were alot of fun.I ended up ordering from the website journey kids and got boots delivered for my granddaughter,awesome in my book
