I provide respite care for a dear friend with dementia. The people at Geist Nails are so sweet with her, taking very good care of both of us. They provide excellent dip powder and basic manicures, and pedicures. In addition, everything is very clean. We appreciate their services and care.

This place is top notch! My daughters and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very professional, clean and always friendly. We’ve had dip powder, gel polish, pedicures, and no complaints ever!!

I got a full gel acrylic set and a pedicure. The acrylic set turned out good, but the pedicure did not. My toenails were not even fully covered by the polish. The skin under all of the nails were covered in the polish and smudged. For $33, I was extremely disappointed because it looks like something I could have done myself. As for the acrylic set, it was way overpriced. I ended up paying $100 and for my pedicure to turn out the way it did I was not pleased. I wish I could be refunded and get my pedicure somewhere else.

Andy, as promised I am revising my original review. Today was my second chance. I came in with no expectations except to give you another opportunity. As I mentioned to you in the salon it was not about the money. I was merely SHARING what your business has listed on Google (you are able to contact them about changing that). I would like to start out by saying you could have addressed me privately rather than scold me like a child in front of the salon. I am not confrontational. I am not writing reviews to hurt your business. I am writing them so people can see my experience. So I will include our conversation from this morning. Being told I am a bad communicator for not telling her she did not shape my nails correctly is not fair. The girl that did my nails did not speak to me and both times was facetiming someone while she finished. Today I was not given an opportunity to speak up. When I did I was met with a disapproving look from the tech next to me. The girl doing my nails did fix the one I asked about. The lengths are close enough this time I wont be that picky. All I will say moving forward rather than attacking customers in your lobby in front of everyone have a conversation privately to the side or in the back. I did not mean to cry. I was embarrassed and felt extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking the entire time she did my nails because I felt so unwelcome and judged. I hope the best for your salon. I really do think it is very clean and well maintained. The other nail techs seem very nice I cant comment on mine seeing as in both visits she did not say a word to me. You yourself seem like a genuine and passionate person. I will give you an additional star but there is no way I have had a five or even a 4 star experience. You got the additional star because you made me feel guilty enough.

Just went for a gel manicure with a design on my ring finger. Im happy with the polish and design, but the more I look at them, I think they were all filed at a bit of an angle, making them look a little crooked. Not a deal breaker as far as coming back to this location, but definitely something I will have to watch for next time.

First time here. I got just a manicure. Very clean place. Friendly staff. Offered a soda or water. A gel manicure is $30 and a dip is $37. Got a dip for the first time. I really like it and feel that she did a great job. I was a little surprised that she didnt do much at all with my cuticles. Ive had several nail techs tell me that I have a lot of cuticle so it surprises me that she spent less than a minute on mine. But I think my nails look nice so perhaps I dont need much done to them. Ill be back and would recommend them!

Loved loved loved this salon, and Ill go back! Im not always a fan of paying to get my nails done, but here I was surrounded by an incredibly beautiful salon, with very friendly and expert service. Cant wait to return. Many of the other women I met there also said they had been going to this salon since it opened, which is a good sign to be with so many salon options.

I have been a customer at Geist nails since the beginning of the summer. I was there this morning, Ann was doing my nails...Well, she was doing dip powder on my nails and the color that I had chose was too light so I asked her if she can put a darker one on. She actually scolded me like I was a little girl, In front of all the customers in the salon.. She started yelling at me, and said she can’t do this, and some other unfriendly things. I even asked her to help me find a color that Would help and she told me “no I can’t do that”... Well, after this experience there is no way I will ever go there again. Everybody that works in that place seems to have an attitude problem especially Attitude

Happy Birthday Andy! I went to another place down the road to get a gel manicure and my gel polish only stayed on for a day before I had chips in my nails.I think goodness I found Geist nails. Andy has only done my nails twice but I know I will be coming here every time from here on out! Thank you!

Called for same day appointment, they got us in at 530 which I now know was closing time. Was in for a pedicure on myself & mani/pedi on daughter. They do not have child seats (she is 3 but they had none to accommodate little ladies) they did her sets while she sat on my lap totally uneasy, they did not dry her so obviously as a 3yr old her nails were smudged several places. As for myself I paid $52 for Gel Pedicure. We hurried to leave so they could clean up & close so I didnt notice until the next day she didnt paint my L pinky which has a full nail. Literally 4 days later the entire gel painting came off one toe, the following day another. So now Im removing the entire set less than a week later 😤😤

Geist nails, is absolutely wonderful. The presence of the staff was warm and delightful. My nail technician was wonderful. I got a full set with gel (coffin style) she was very thorough and gentle: she took the time to clean up my cuticles without me even asking. I really just enjoyed the time she took in doing my nails with out feeling rushed. This will be a regular place for me. 💕

I followed my favorite nail tech as she and her husband opened Geist Nails. They have created atmosphere, great customer service, and unbeatable nail services! This is the best in the fishers area. You will not be disappointed!

Best pedicure ever!! Wow.

I went here for my first time two weeks ago, and Andy did my gel nails. They were super nice and stayed on the longest I’ve ever had gel. He was engaging and took his time to make sure my nails looked great. I came back last Friday to get them redone and Tina did my nails. I was actually unimpressed. My gel nail color is peeling off the cuticles and sides already, my nails shape was uneven, she didn’t hold my nails under the light for the full 60 seconds and rushed to do my nails. It took a total of about 25 minutes to be done with my nails. I got there at 9:30 and a little before 10. When Andy did my nails I was done in about an hour getting the same service. She also watched me do my card information and tip, which is invasion of privacy, i will defiantly be coming back but not getting sevices done by Tina. My first experience was the best nail experience I have ever had. I will be keeping appointments with Andy or Ann.

I bring my 98 year old mother here for her manicures and pedicures. Ann does a fantastic job and treats my mother really well. So glad I discovered this place.

I would not recommend this place! I visited this nail salon 5 days ago because there was too long of a wait at the salon I frequently visit. It was clean and the staff was friendly, but the female tech filed my nails too short on the sides. I didn’t hardly notice at the time, which is why I didn’t say anything. I now have 3 ingrown nails that are infected and extremely painful. I would expect nail techs to know better than to file like that. I will not be visiting this salon again.

The end result of my nails was decent but a few small things made it less than desirable.I get that you want people to come back asap to get their nails done. Maybe thats why they didnt touch my nails to push back the cuticals at all. They trimmed what was up and left a few raggedy spots as the end product. Also, maybe cleaning under my nails would have been nice.I wanted my thumb nails shaped different and I felt like an imposition. I do not care for the sides of my nails filed down so it looks like chicklet nails.I understand there can be a language barrier but if I ask you to repeatedly repeat yourself speak up.I can not understand mumblings with a heavy accent through a face mask.It was $40 for dip nails with absolutely nothing else done. No lotion and hand massage. Just in and out.When I was done drying she came over and put oil on my cuticles and hands and just left me there with oily hands and then asked me to pay with greasy fingers.For $45 w tip I felt like a number.I wish this would let me post a pic.Again. I might go back if i didnt use the same girl.

My first time going there was a week ago and my friends talked me into doing dip powder instead of gel manicure. I was not happy with it and it was just not for me. I called and talked to Anne and Andy the owners and the offered to take it off and do the gel for me. I went in today and they fixed it for me. I am very happy with them and love my nails. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get their nails done! Very professional and friendly!!

I went to Geist nails on Friday for full set of dips. I left with skin irritated from rough sanding. The nails were wavy and never cured. They were smudged and matt finish. I dont recommend this place.

Ann took the time to explain dip powder which Ive never tried, took her time and did an amazing job on my mani and pedi. I will definitely be coming back!

So, this is the last try at this place for me. I asked if I could have a mani/pedi done in 1 hour 45 minutes, the girl started yelling no, no, no we cant guarantee that! No, cant guarantee it! I didnt care that they couldnt do it. I understand that. What I cant get past is how little disregard she had for embarrassing me in front of everyone by yelling at me. 2 of the ladies in there getting their nails done mouthed wow to me as they looked at me with sympathy. This same girl was rude to the next lady trying to check out because she was having some problems. This isnt the only nail place in town. Theres 5 or 6 within a mile of here. You might work on teaching some of these ladies customer service and manners. I ended up walking out. Btw, Ive made appointments in the past and still waited 45 minutes to get started so doesnt seem to matter if you have an appointment or not. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because I have had 1 good experience there, but thats it.

I had a wonderful experience here! I did the mani-pedi with upgrade for massage @ $60 total. The amount of care I received was amazing. Most places really slack on the massage part especially for the mani.. Geist Nails gave me what I paid for in that upgrade. This is my new place!! Tina-you were kind and engaging!

My new go to. I walked in at a few minutes past noon on a Sunday and was pleasantly greeted. I got a Delight Pedicure and basic manicure and was out in a little over an hour including drying time. The extra few bucks to upgrade to the midgrade pedicure was money VERY well spent. Id go there just to let her massage my feet and calves! The most meticulous mani-pedi Ive ever had. Polite, attentive, clean, friendly. I was expecting the usual Geist area” markup and actually was very pleasantly surprised with great prices. Just over fifty bucks for both (standard polish). Id been driving downtown since all the other places in the area are uber expensive for average service. So very happy I tried them out!

Worst. Experience. Ever. The woman who did my nails was first of all, extremely rude. She nicked my skin multiple times and when I said that it hurt she laughed. My nails are uneven sizes, she messed up the acrylic and didn’t fix it, and didn’t pay attention to what she was doing to my nails. Not to mention the fact that she made me pay her while she was doing my nail instead of at the front. And when I gave her the money she asked for an unreasonable tip. I gave her 2 dollars, but when she saw that I had a 5 in my hand she demanded that too even though that was about 45% of the pay. I refuse to go back to this place and advise you to not step foot in that sad excuse for a nail salon.
