I have been getting my lashes done for 8 years and had several technicians during that time. I am so happy I found the Lash Lounge when my last technician moved and don’t want to go anywhere else. I have probably had each technician at the Lash Lounge in Fishers do my lashes because of my weird scheduling issues and they work around my schedule and text me for additional availability. Everyone is so kind and professional and does amazing work. I look forward to my appointments because I get to relax and feel pampered.

She I was little nervous getting lash extensions again because I had a bad experience in the past at a different place but she made me feel super comfortable and I actually fell asleep during my appointment! Ive been wanting to try out lash extensions for quite a while now and I finally took the plunge. Alicia was super friendly and took her time giving me perfect Lashes. I may go with more volume next time 😁 but other than that the experience was fantastic. The space is posh and clean. Just bring a blanket! The first session is a full two hours and you will be cold. I highly recommend.

Alicia, my stylist, was amazing. My eyelashes were exactly how I wanted them, long and natural. Unfortunately, the front office/ reception staff were unprofessional. They had multiple people texting me about my appointment. They did not communicate with each other that my appointment needed to be rescheduled or the time of my appointment. I had to call multiples to make sure their schedule was right. Also, at my first appointment, no one greeted me or even said hello. Even though, there were two girls sitting at the front desk when I walked in. Although I loved Alicia, I won’t be coming back to the Lash Lounge due to the lack professionalism and communication.

Alicia is the best! she does such a great job and she’s always on time and friendly. I have a membership because i always come back.

Everyone was friendly, but it was obvious my esthetician was not experienced in eyebrow threading. She would make several attempts at the same hair, and ended up using tweezers to do the majority of her work. Thankfully she was on the conservative side with the hair removal so I was able to finish them at home with my own tweezers. I had much higher expectations for an establishment specializing in brows and lashes in downtown Fishers, especially for the price! I won’t be back.

I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded elsewhere for years and have never liked them, I had just accepted that I’ll never have great eyebrows — until I came here and got them threaded and tinted and OMG!!! I’m obsessed with them! Alicia did such a great job, I sent photos to all my sisters and friends and they all wanted to know where I got them done because they just look SOO GOOD. I’m so happy to finally have eyebrows that I like, I don’t even feel the need to fill them in with makeup!

Had my brows threaded today and it was great! Almost painless compared to experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Lani listened to what I wanted and kept my brows full but neatly defined. The salon was super clean and comfy. I will absolutely be back!

I absolutely love my lashes!! Alice did an amazing job, was so kind and gentle. My lashes ended up being so beautiful! I got the brown tint and it’s perfect for people who prefer a more natural look.

Everyone is professional and customer service is spot on, very clean salon too. The product and quality of work is by far my worst experience with eyelash extensions. They don’t tell you they only lash every other one of your natural lashes. After a fill you can barely tell I got a fill and within a few days it looks like I am three weeks in from having a fill. Have been waiting 3 days to get a call from the manager. The staff is super nice but my gut tells me the girls are very inexperienced doing lashes and here I sit with no resolution and my lashes look horrible. Disappointing and just want my money back.

I went to the lash lounge to get my eyelashes permed and tinted, as well as a brow threading and tinting. Ashley did an amazing job! She was very helpful, sweet and informative. I have never been so happy with my eyebrows. This is the first time I have done an eyelash perm and tint. Lets just say I am obsessed and will definitely be back again. I love not having to wear mascara, my eyes pop!

Daisha was awesome! I have short stubby lashes and she made them long and luxurious. I’ve had issues with lash extensions in the past not looking like I wanted. These are beautiful!

I got lash lift and eyebrow tint/thread. She got the solution in my eye and it started burning, so she had to take it off and my eyelashes look the same. She didn’t know how to thread so she used tweezers and now my eyebrows look horrible, the dye didn’t really do anything either. Didn’t get a discount or refund. So basically spent over 100$ to look worse than what I did when I walked in there

After having a not so great experience at another place I decided to look into a company that specializes in Lash Extensions so I ended up deciding on The Lash Lounge. Not only were they able to fit me in quickly, but Jordyn took the time to make sure my lashes looked how I wanted them to, and she took her time with me. My husband even noticed how great my eyelashes looked and that is saying something!! I will let anyone know that are looking into getting their lashes done that you get what you pay for, so The Lash Lounge is definitely worth paying a little extra. I feel very confident now

I have been getting my eyelash extensions done since July. I started with Jackie, and got a full set of hybrid silk eyelash extensions done. Since October, I have been getting them done by Daisha due to schedule changes. They both do an amazing job and I absolutely love them as always! Every time I get them done it’s a very welcoming environment and everyone is so nice and informative.

Second time getting a lash lift and have been happy with how they turned out both times! Brittney is so sweet and does a great job! Highly recommend!

My original review was 5 stars as I feel this is a professional and nice establishment, but i am now changing this due to my membership and how the ending was handled. I do feel Lyndi tried her best to accommodate me but every fill after my first set was not up to par(I’m experienced with extensions and just moved to the area). I expressed my concerns and mentioned cancelling my membership each time I was there starting with the first fill. Lyndi convinced me to give them another shot and promised to make it right. Each fill I was less happy than before but was promised I would be taken care of if I cancelled and ultimately decided to try to let them make it right for the price I was paying. After my last less than satisfactory set I ultimately asked to cancel due to damaged lashes from my last fill. I asked for a refund on remaining fills as I cannot get more and I had expressed my unhappiness from my first membership fill and was met with that they can do nothing but offer me a full set again or products for extensions which I cannot get now because of the damage and needing to allow mine to breath. I am disappointed in the end and feel I deserve a refund and not more services since I expressed concern and even have pictures and texts to prove I was unhappy from fill/membership number one. I believe there needs to be some form of change to policies. The manager verbally promised to take care of an unhappy member paying premium lash prices for practicing technicians. I would not recommend getting a membership until you have been to them a few times to make sure they are up to your liking long term. Expensive mistake on my part

I got my first lash lift with Jackie G and I’m super impressed. The team gave great advise as to what the best option for me would be, were friendly, responsive, and gave me a great experience. The facility is super clean, the team is professional, and I will definitely come back for a touch up!

I loved the Lash Lounge! They got me in a few minutes early to my appointment, Lyndi the salon manager and the receptionist were very friendly and professional. It was my first time getting lashes. Jasmine did my lashes and she was very knowledgeable and through a short consultation she knew what kind of lashes I wanted, because I had no idea! The lashes are high quality they are long, full, and look natural!

Everyone was very friendly, and it’s a calm and clean environment. The technician answered all of my questions and helped me decide on the perfect style to start with. I have been here three times since they’ve opened and every time has been exceptional. I have not had luck with lashes in the past, they turned side ways, looked uneven, etc. Pantara worked her magic and I am feeling fabulous. The education I received about lashes has helped me retain between fills! The entire team is so warm and welcoming. I want to hang out with them all day! 😀The owners are awesome—you’ll often see Allison onsite. It’s been an awesome experience overall. I HIGHLY recommend 💛
