SOLD A 2015 Range Rover with Check Engine Light, 51k miles & filthy.I would NEVER even refer my worst enemy to Coast to CoastFiled a complaint with BBB and saw other peoples complaints there.If there was half a star I would use that one.Car was promised to be sold as in perfect working condition and detailed inside and outside.Had made sure the car was in good working condition and asked plenty of questions since I am in a different State and had to have it shipped.The car was delivered with a Check Engine Light which was for bad Oxygen sensors and would not pass emissions, a malfunctioning passenger side running board.When I received the car it was dirty, had leaves all over inside the hood, the interior was not detailed as promised by the Sales Person.After the GM Ty Lowery Sr seeing the pictures and the Service Manager Tyrone who was at least helpful in getting messages across to Ty Lowery Sr who is the GM and would not respond to voice mails, emails admitting seeing pictures I sent to them and they admitted they were wrong and would make it right by getting the car repaired and detailed and would reimburse me and they did not, kept giving me a run around saying they waiting for the owner to cut the check and they never did.I took the car to get new oxygen sensors and had it detailed and showed them receipts less than $900 and gave me a run around, back and forth, wasted hours on the phone with Ty Lowery Sr whose the GM of the place and he could not authorize a small check on $900, thats petty cash emails voice mails not been returned and calls until I was like not worth my time.It was the worst experience I ever had in my entire life of having owned over 100 cars in my life.

Had a very good car buying experience here. No high pressure sales tactics, just a little bit of haggling, but we quickly came to an agreement, no problem. I was very pleased that they accepted a personal check for my purchase, though I doubt they would do that in every situation. (My car wasn’t very expensive, I’ve got great credit, local bank, etc.) Sandy has been very thorough with following up on us as well, which I really appreciate. Last time I bought a car was 7 years ago, and now the title process can be done online. Nice! But the one reason I really wanted to leave a review was to let other potential picky buyers like me know that they even lifted the car for me to inspect myself. No rush, they answered all my questions & concerns. As I was making my way to the sink to wash my hands, a mechanic in the service bay saw that a customer was coming through, stopped and waved me ahead with an “After you, sir.” Very respectful, not your typical experience with a mechanic. It makes me think that this is a quality company from top to bottom.

Got a 2017 Jaguar XE. There were some imperfections on the car (it’s used), I expected it. Once I let Coast to Coast know, they were on it and got it completely detailed for me and took care of some other stuff wrong with it. Corey made sure we were happy from beginning to end. I recommend them to anyone! It was an easy process!

Sold me a $50k car completely dirty and with trash throughout vehicle and Ty (manager) didnt care. Sales person took it for a quick cleaning, but we both agreed it was still dirty. The sales person promised I would have a check in the mail, to cover having the car cleaned properly and detailed. Reason for car being dirty, they claimed to have no car detailors. Warning! Look at everything and question everything before you sign, after you sign, they will care less. The sales person said he would talk to Ty and have a check in the mail shortly to have it cleaned and detailed My sales person called twice and still nothing. Not one call from management, but Ty tried to sell me one of his friends tires and rims, for 1k. Would never return to this location for anything! Will reach out someone at a higher level and see what happens, post results later!

We visited several dealerships in the indianapolis area, including Coast to Coast, and we came back to them. We test drove several different makes and models. Moe Taha was our salesman. I only have the best to say about Moe. He was kind, honest, and never put any pressure on us. We fiddled around inside vehicles trying to figure this new technology out, and he never once hovered or made us feel rushed. The whole buying process was fast and easy. Not professional service. I bought a vehicle from them and within 10 miles of driving off the lot the check engine light came on. I took it back and the service team “fixed” it but the light came back on before I could get home from having it serviced. Took it back again this time to be told “we will definitely get this issue resolved”. I left my vehicle with them all day and when I picked it up - first off I had to call three times to see if it was done finally to be told “yeah it’s been done for awhile” which they told me they would call when it was done, but when I got there I was told “we fixed the issue but we didn’t put any miles on the engine so the check engine light is still on, but after the engine recycles it should turn off”. I knew this was code for we didn’t do anything. I left because I was done hearing their excuses. I will most definitely not be buying another vehicle from Coast to Coast ever again. It’s not hard to be honest and all they are looking for is a sale and getting you out the door as fast as possible so they are done with you.

Excellent customer service and a very helpful team. I found a car in their stock and made an appointment for that afternoon with Odai who was very gracious when I arrived. All of my questions and concerns were answered within an hour, and I was out of the house with my new Cadillac. Professional, humble and polite. Great buying experience.

I purchased a A5 Audi from this dealer - I am an out-of-town buyer and needed to travel to Indy for my sons lacrosse tournament one weekend. Previously to traveling, I coincidently found a car at Coast to Coast and made reservations to see this car when I was in town. I worked with Austin (Sales Rep) and Ty (Manager). Another players family drove us to Indy, so Austin picked us up at our hotel and was super nice about the process. We greatly appreciated it. We bought the car and were excited.However, I took the car home and 2 weeks later with normal driving, the check engine light came on and it was a serious issue, which was approximately $2000 for the fix. The local certified Audi deal asked if the seller (Coast to Coast) identified this issue as it is a problem. I said no.The Audi deal claimed it was an issue that did not just pop up and should have been identified and fixed upon Coast to Coasts inspections/purchase. I was not given that information obviously, nor did Coast to Coast fix it. I called Austin and Ty as it did not seem right to have this sort of repair upon purchase, and I did not get any support what so ever. I realize we all purchase vehicles at our own risk and I did not purchase a warranty. However, I would have expected someone to step up and work with me a little at the very least. 2 weeks after purchasing a car! The reason for my quick purchase was ...I had a car that had broken down (older car for the kids) and I could not get the Audi inspected before purchasing. The deal inspection showed me everything was good. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would really think about buying a car from this dealership and make sure you have a certified mechanic take a look at the vehicle before purchasing. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn you and let you know I still feel slighted and upset about the situation. I paid the $2,000 bill and got no support from the Coast to Coast team when I needed it. Take it for what it is worth.

I just want my registration paperwork so I can register my vehicle I purchased. Paper tag is expired and they don’t have the title to the vehicle I purchased for me register my plates. This is not personal against any person at the dealership, but your business practices are horrible. You would rather leave a customer hanging instead of taking care of the issue you created. Ty will call you but I have not gotten any result from the call. Not good business.

I can honestly say, in all my years of buying vehicles I have never had a dealership ignore me after I literally told them I was very interested in a vehicle and just wanted their best number. I was ready to make the purchase, site unseen. I was told on Friday that Austin would get with his sales manager Friday afternoon to work up final numbers. Austin and the sales manager (Ty) have both ignored texts and emails since that conversation. I also believe they raised the price on the vehicle $1000 since I first viewed it. This has not been a very professional experience at all.

I personally had a bad experience with Coast to Coast Fishers.I put down a 1,000 deposit to put a 24 hr hold on a vehicle. I was told before my 24 hrs were up that because I didnt fill out a credit application my money was being returned so the vehicle could be sold. The finance rep I spoke to essentially tried to pressure me into running a credit application when I informed him that I needed my wife to come see the vehicle first (which we were on our way to do within that 24hr hold) and also approve before we run a credit application. He essentially tried rush me into putting in an application. I told them I was on the way to come see the vehicle and would be there in a couple hrs. By the time I got there the vehicle had been sold and no one called me to inform hey, this vehicle is sold.To me the business tactic used wasnt one I would feel good recommending anyone I know to do business with.There was nothing told me that I must put in a application or my thousand dollar hold means nothing.Im sure the car itself was probably a good car but the business and how you treat people is important and for that they get 1 Star from me.

They put a temporary fix on it, they didn’t actually fix it. Like many used car dealers.....it’s now my problem, even after the empty promises of “If anything goes wrong with it, we have our own garage and we can fix it here”6/30/2021

AFTER TALKING IT TO A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC, THEY QUOTED ME $1,000 JUST TO FIX MY CAR THATS CRAZY WHEN I JUST PAID A BIG AMOUNT TO GET THE CAR. WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE OR DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN- THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! WITH HARD TIMES RIGHT NOW THE LAST THING I HAVE IS ALL THAT MONEY TO FIX MY CAR, POOR SERVICE.

So I work for/and my family owns a Ford Dealership (on my moms side, to y I say that comes into play shortly). I’ve been selling cars for 5 years at that place that’s been around for over 75 years. We strongly believe in integrity and would never sell a car to an individual that we didn’t inspect for safety reasons #1 and Bc it’s the right thing to do. But they sold my old man a car (2014 Jag F-Type with only 28k miles) 1k miles later the coolant pump went out and now 4K miles the engine completely blew. Trusted their word on the service and inspection, since I like to give car ppl the benefit of the doubt Bc “USUALLY” they get a bad wrap. Just absolutely jaw dropped on how they function as a institution

I drove almost 10 hour to buy a vehicle from Coast to Coast and it was well worth it. The vehicle is in excellent condition, the staff was excellent. They had everything ready for me when i arrived. Ive had 10 vehicle in the last 12 year and Coast to Coast has been my best dealership experience. They offer vehicle delivery but I wanted to see the vehicle before buying. I highly recommend Coast to Coast!

Jay Bechara was honest, fair and extremely helpful during my car-buying experience. I found mixed reviews about this dealership, so I was skeptical. However, Jay and his team addressed every one of my questions and concerns. My advice for future buyers: Do your homework, ask lots of questions, and be your own advocate. In the end, I am happy with my purchase and with my experience.

I highly recommend Coast to Coast. I purchased a car sight unseen for delivery to another state so was understandably a bit hesitant, but they took pictures and videos of the vehicle and arranged for next day delivery straight to my driveway. It couldn’t have been easier and I couldn’t be happier., Ty, Melissa and Addison all were great to work with, responsive and very helpful. You are in good hands with them.

Austin was great in doing his job as he never tried to sell me something that I didnt want. His customer service and sales skills are excellent: as he is easy to work with.
